We had Gen 3 out to do a repair on our breaker box that was found during inspection - a double tap on the breaker. We also had them switch out the electric stove outlet for a regular outlet (we were switching to a gas oven). The work was quick and efficient and the worker was very willing to explain all of the work to me. I thought the price for the work was high, but I will use them again as they were so professional, helpful, and clean.

It was fine scheduling. It was just that I continue to have problems with the circuits tripping and it took them several visits to diagnose the problem.

It was expensive. The guy had to come back, because he said the remote on the ceiling fan wasn?t working. It turned out he just didn?t read the instructions and do what it said to resync the remote to the ceiling fan. I had to go through the company where I brought the ceiling fan and asked them to send me a new remote, because I didn?t realize that?s why it didn?t work. He also didn?t do a very good job installing the remote into the wall either and it?s still doesn?t look very good and it drives me crazy. The light works, it just wasn?t attention to detail. I don?t have a lot of electrical work done, but based on the quality of the work, I would say it is probably more than what I wanted to spend. They were pretty responsive as in scheduling and stuff. It was annoying that I had to have them come out again even though he didn?t do his job right the first time. They were punctual. If you need something basic done, I think they?re good. Maybe, the stuff I was doing was too basic and they wanted something more complicated, I don?t know. The attention to detail wasn?t great.
Description of Work: They were only okay. Three things I had done. I had 2 light fixtures to replace and installed a ceiling fan in my daughter’s room.

If I remember correctly they did very good work but I thought they were a bit expensive.
Description of Work: They changed a couple of light switches. They change just about all the light switches that I had. They modernized them. They don't have, like, the little round switch on it; it is all, like, white decorator switches -- white rocker switches.

The guy was very professional and he actually probably could have done some more work but he said he'd everything looks you don't really need this so he did what I wanted and I thought the price was high.
Description of Work: I had replace an outlet in the kitchen to put a GFI outlet in instead of a regular one in the kitchen and he did that.

It was great. I have used them several times. Just because they are qualified, you don't get the best deal. You pay for quality. I wish the number was lower. Two people came out and it took them two days around four hours each day. They left the area clean.
Description of Work: They had to run HDMI cables throughout the house. They changed outlets and moved locations of light switches.

They were unable to complete the job. They did a lot of things incorrectly and I had to have everything that they did replaced. All the track lighting had to be totally redone. They were supposed to come during working hours and the guy showed up in the evening. It was very disturbing to the neighbors in the condominium complex that there were people banging in the house in the evening like that. They were supposed to show up at a certain time and they never did. The workers were courteous but they didn't leave the area very clean. They could work on timeliness for one thing, getting the job done on time, coming to the job when they're supposed to be there, and of course doing the job correctly; they put in track lighting and the tracks fell down. They didn't know what they were doing with the track lighting.

We were very pleased. We did have some disagreement where the worker went ahead and did something on the property without our permission and when we talked to the company about it they took it off the bill so we were extremely pleased with that.
Description of Work: I use Generation 3 Electric Inc for electrical services. It was sort of an emergency situation and they came out on a Sunday morning first thing and the changed out the entire electrical panel that was in the house, apparently it was having an major melt down and it was bitter cold and there was no heat in the house. They sent a worker out Sunday morning and he did it all it took him a couple hours and he fixed the whole problem.

I think it was fine. They did a good job and everything went okay. They came pretty quickly and did everything fast. They were all very good. It was clean when they finished and it was in the basement, so there was nothing I had to clean up.

What they did was fine, I learned something from the person that came out, so I’m not so sure that I felt comfortable paying what I did because he indicated that he gets paid per job according to what he charges or whatever their people come out and charge. So then I’m kind of like upset with the kind of work that they do, like they can add or subtract or whatever a little bit accordingly, so I’m not sure that I like dealing with people that do that, I don’t even know how to rate that. But like I said, the person was friendly, as a matter of fact I would say because of what he told me he was almost too friendly, but the work was good. Like I said, I would have given a review, but I didn’t know how to handle that business, it was more my feelings than actual, because I have no idea what any of these stuff costs and I wish there was some place where I could look to find out the average price in this area for some things that are done to people, because I never know whether I’m being ripped off or not.
Description of Work: I got my dryer from someone that gave it to me, my previous dryer was broken and it was hard wired, the dryer that I got needed a special line and because the previous dryer had been hard wired, there was nothing there for me to plug it in, so he had to put a new plug on there, but he did a really great job. The line that I had from my washing machine was like falling off from whatever it was attached to, and he reattached that and fixed it up, I felt safer with it, the way he did it.

I've used them several times. They are dependable. They come when they say they're going to come. The quality of their work is very high. They are aware of budget issues, that is to say, they don't over-specify or try to sell me unnecessary services or parts. I would absolutely continue using them.

It was all right. They did okay. Their price was average. They showed up really fast. They were good. I probably would use them again. One guy came out and it took him half an hour to complete the job. He left the area clean. He did a good job. It's hard to give a really good grade because what they did was not that hard.

It was absolutely great! I can't remember what the price was, but it was reasonable and before they did anything, they told me what the price would be. They're close by to me. They came out quickly. They were polite and cleaned up very nicely after themselves.

I think they were pretty much right on spot. They were good with scheduling. They showed up for the job when they said they were going to show up and hit the job out of the park and cleaned up when they were finished.

It went very well. I was very happy with the work. I actually plan on using them again in the future to replace my circuit breaker box, it's a little bit bigger of the job. I like that they work electronically as well. They sent me an electronic quote and an electronic invoice. I like companies that are very modern and they use modern technology. They are very up to date and modern with all of their processes. They are very modern and tech savvy, I like their processes.
Description of Work: They run a new electrical line to my air conditioning unit, so they run a new line out to the compressor behind the house. They also run some electrical wiring for me. They installed a couple of new circuit breakers for the new circuits and they wired out to the new plugs.

They do excellent service. They show up when they say they are. They're reliable, professional, good rates and they problem solve. They were all professional and hardworking and I can't say enough good things about them.
Description of Work: Some work in my restaurant kitchen. Replacing ballast for the florescent lighting. Repairing some lights in our vestibule area and I think that was it.

They're great! They're always all A's. I've used them multiple times. I like them because they come in and do a free estimate and email me the estimate almost immediately. Their service people are courteous and timely. They confirm the appointment and always when I ask for a project and have a basic idea of what I want to do, they come up with an even better idea. The work always gets done on time and I've always been happy with the results.
