They were very nice. They did a wonderful job. Their pricing was reasonable. You can't go wrong with them.

Gen3 performed prompt and professional work with two technicians on-site over the course of two days working in a 115 year old home which needed a lot of TLC. They did little things like clean up the messy old wiring and made smart suggestions about plans to deal with knob and tube wiring while doing what they could to bring the house into the 21st century. They respected my choices and I had fun learning more about my house with them around. I like them so much I referred them to my parents.

Absolutely no complaints. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything they were doing. Asked my preference/confirmation for placement/relocation of fixtures, outlets and switches. Coordinated rooms to be addressed based on my work from home schedule. Took special care with all the antique ceiling light fixtures. Customer service is outstanding. It took a while for me to get some of my fixtures rewired (about 1 year I am embarrassed to admit), but Gen3 responded right away and rehung them all with care. I will definitely use them for any and all electrical needs. I've recommended to neighbors and friends. I have had bad experiences with other home contractors and I just do not have enough praise for this company.

Generation 3 Electric is a very professional company. I received an email confirmation of the deal I had purchased, along with the names and pictures of the company's representatives. This was comforting, as we would be able to identify whichever representative who would be coming to perform the service. On the date of service, I received several informational phone calls that kept me updated on the representative's time of arrival. The representative, Keith, was professional, courteous, friendly and quick. He checked out the circuit breakers and explained other options that were available to me. After that, Keith put in the dimmer switch in approximately 10 minutes. Overall, the visit was pretty much stress-free.

There initially was a problem with the inspector about the location of the service. Gen 3 kept at it until they got the problem resolved (location should have been grandfathered in), and we received a certified approval from the building inspector.

Start to finish, one of the best contractor experiences I've had! I called to request an estimate, and Cyndy promptly scheduled it for the following day. She and the customer service team were always extremely helpful and efficient. Mike called the morning of the estimate to confirm our appointment, and arrived right on time along with an assistant. I authorized them to perform a home wiring assessment for a small fee that would be applied to future work if we hired them. After about 1.5 hours, Mike asked me to walk around with him to review their findings. The next day he emailed me an explanation of their findings with supporting photos and a detailed services proposal. To that point and in all of our follow-up phone calls and emails, I found Mike to be highly knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. Brian and Jim, the electricians assigned to our job, were outstanding. They were punctual, professional, and accommodating. They were conscientious about protecting our belongings and cleaning up at the end of each day. They answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. And they were flexible when we requested changes. Generation 3's pricing was comparable to other proposals we received. We chose Gen 3 because we thought they'd provide the best service and quality, and they exceeded our expectations.

The guys showed up, were personal and even stayed later to answer all of my questions. They explained how the old outlet was needing to be updated and the fire hazards if things are not ran correctly as well as if there is any corrosion on the outlet. They are always on time and always helpful and explain it in a manner I can understand. They did a great job and I have hired them for multiple issues - a large project and several follow up small jobs because they always get the job done in the time agreed upon and above any standard I know.

Excellent job!!! The team that was dispatched to my house, Kevin, Deb, and Dan couldn't have been more knowledgeable, professional, thorough, courteous, and prompt. The job was done on time and budget. Prior to the start of the project, I had envisioned one issue after another. That didn't happen, in fact, the team made the project painless and easy for us. They did a fantastic job of patching and cleaning up after work was complete, too. I HIGHLY recommend Gen3!!!

To me they put two big of a hole in a wall and did not patched it right. I had to get someone else to fix it. They should have put a bigger electrical box. They should've done a much better job for what I paid for.

Awesome! Tyler, Osiris, and Cory were all on time and extremely professional. They were also very easy to talk to as design issues arose on the project.

This is the 2nd time we had Gen3 come out to do work. They installed 3 ceiling fans, 2 outdoor entry lights, and a range hood. This company is so good at what they do and how they treat their customers. A++++++ Will use Gen3 again!!!!!!

They were very good. They were super easy to schedule. They came out really quickly. They came out the next day. Their hours were flexible, which is important, because we work full time.

Great job. Gen3 and all team member are very professional and exceptional customer service. I had a new box installed with inside and outside re wiring. The team arrived on time, explained the procedure ,why it was needed and cleaned up. I will use them again for future projects.

They are amazing. The work they did, it wasn't their fault, but the city is now in kind of a legal situation. It's not their fault. The city just decided to regulate the work differently. They've been super, super supportive with everything. They've been very supportive with everything that's happened around it with the city. They were professional. They noticed that some of the work we had done at another point and time needed to be upgraded. They upgraded it for free for us. They came back another time. They were like, "This could have been done better." It was great through the process. I've heard that they are not the cheapest, but the value is there. We will go with them again, even if they are not the cheapest. The value is definitely there. They're great. Somebody was sick and they let me know. They give their workers sick time, which I think is professional. I don't want a sick person to come into my house. They were just great. They just have a real commitment to green initiative and that was real important to us.

It went well, especially when I found out that they had discount coupons which I used.

The electrician came out on a cold, rainy winter morning and found a short in the wire leading to the light. He quickly and easily fixed the issue and told me to contact him again when we wanted to replace the wire. He gave me an est and left. I plan on having them come out to do the work this spring.

Great experience with GEN 3 from start to finish! We're new homeowners in an older home that had been neglected and then hastily renovated. James gave us great advice on what was needed and provided detailed estimates that gave us several options. Corey and Steve did a terrific job in completing the projects -- they even replaced the wire from our electric meter to our new panel at no additional charge because they noticed it was in bad shape. The company is excellent at communicating, the cost was very reasonable, and the 12-month interest-free financing was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be calling on them for future projects.

We had Gen3 come in and put a new circuit breaker box in along with a 220 line for a stove. They were on time, cleaned up the mess, and explained everything before they did it. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
