They did a beautiful job. My daughter was very happy.

The first installation date was rained out. The second was scheduled about 8 day later. It rained on this day also, but the installation men kept the next day open in case it did rain. The work was done on the backup day.

They were very friendly and very professional when they came out to give me the estimate. They were very polite and professional over the phone when I scheduled the installation. They were able to do the job on the day I requested. The person who installed the windows was obviously very experienced. He was very friendly and professional. The windows look beautiful and the quality and workmanship are excellent.

My husband's practise requires absolute privacy and quiet. Talking was heard quite clearly from either the inner office or the waiting room. Steve, from Gallaghers was prompt and very understanding about the problem. He was able to determine the type of door that would produce the most sound proofed effect. The ordering of the door from the main office was just as pleasant. They worked well with me as we had not signed our lease yet. The office held the door until I was ready for installation. Another Steve did the installation and was equally professional and patient since getting into the office building was not perfectly smooth. The whole experience was easy for me because everyone at Gallaghers was eager to please and they were successful.

Came out to hose for estimate-we very helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered on 11/16/07 and were told 4-5 weeks for install. All of the work was completed on 2/20/08 except for the screen door (wrong door ordered-correct one installed on 3/308). Work was flawless.

Steve, who came and gave me the estimate was very professional and answered my questions. His estimate was pretty much the same as the other companies I had out to give me estimates. He told me it would probably be 4 weeks before the work could be done. The company called and scheduled the work within three weeks. There was a 1 day delay in the installation which they explained to my complete satisfaction. Juan came out to install the windows and I feel he did a very professional job. He also took away all the debris including the old windows and did a great job of cleaning up the work area.

The door looks great but does not close all of the way at times however they showed up when they were supposed to. They were also responsive and the sales person was pleasant to work with. I liked that they made sure the door casing matched the rest of the trim in my home.

They did very good job. They were in and out in a couple of hours and didn't make a mess. The windows are sealed nice and tight. The company was very professional.

They did a great job very satisfied with the service. Came out and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy.

The price quoted was reasonable. The workman was efficient, professional, and courteous. He called at the arranged time to let me know he would be a few minutes late. The new window looks great. I would definitely go to them for other window replacements.

EXCELLENT! ONE PERSON SHOWED UP TO INSTALL ALL 6 DOORS - TOOK 2 DAYS. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE, AND WORKS LONG DAYS (7 AM - 7 PM). CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF BOTH DAYS. VERY HARD WORKER.

FIRST OF ALL, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH QUALITY OF WINDOWS AND THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION. PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE WITH THE LOCAL HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES. I USED GALLAGHER BECAUSE THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY WITH A GOOD REPUTATION. THE REAL FRUSTRATION WAS IN SCHEDULING THE INSTALLATION AND GETTING THEM TO RETURN PHONE CALLS FOR STATUS. APPARENTLY, THE FACTORY WAS VERY DELAYED THIS SUMMER. WE WERE ORIGINALLY TOLD 4-6 WEEKS AFTER DEPOSIT. VENDOR DID NOT NOTIFY US OF DELAYS. WE HAD TO CALL REPEATEDLY FOR UPDATES. WE DID NOT GET CALL TO SCHEDULE INSTALL UNTIL 10 WEEKS AFTER DEPOSIT. USUALLY, THEY WOULD PROMISE TO CALL BACK, AND RARELY DID. ALSO, SEVERAL SCREENS WERE DAMAGED AT INSTALLATION. THEY PROMISED TO GET REPLACEMENTS FROM FACTORY AND DROP THEM OFF THE NEXT DAY. IT TOOK 3 PHONE CALLS AND MORE THAN 2 WEEKS TO ACTUALLY GET THE SCREENS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, BUT I WOULD PREPARE FOR DELAYS AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY.

EXCELLENT JOB REPLACING GARAGE DOOR WITH A GOOD PRODUCT. IT WAS DIFFICULT SCHEDULING THE INSTALLATION. WE HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS TO GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND ACTUALLY REPLACE THE DOOR. ONCE THEY CAME OUT, IT WAS A QUICK JOB (DONE IN ONE DAY WHILE I WAS AT WORK).

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND NEAT. THE INSTALLER WAS WONDERFUL AND I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

SERVICE AND WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEIR PRICE WAS $1000 LESS THAN OTHER ESTIMATES. THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS SUPERB.

GALLAGHER BROS. WERE QUICK TO COME GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. THIS WAS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT WAS AN EMERGENCY, THE DOOR HAD BEEN HIT BY A CAR. THEY WERE FRIENDLY COURTEOUS AND GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
