Very well. They have been around for a long time. The handle on the door recently became loose and it wasn't something I could just fix with a screw driver. I called them up and they came out a month later but the delay was because of my schedule, not theirs. They had to replace the handle. I think they are more expensive than others in the area but that's because of their reliability and quality products and workmanship.

Willy did an excellent job. We had some challenges with moving our car out of they way so he could work. He was able to work around the car and patiently waited while once the tow truck came and towed the car out of the way.

Very good experience. The installation process was very good. They installed the screen door in the summer, recently we tried to installed the storm windows, we called them back, and told us it was a manufacturing error. He re ordered a new window and screen and came back a couple days later. Very good customer service. My mother was very very happy. How they came in, identify the problem and all resolved within a few days.

Excellent. They removed the old picture window. Replaced with a 3 unit window. Love the new windows. Installers were very efficient.

We set up an appointment to have someone come out to take a look and estimate having our front window awning removed. My husband took off work and waited. And waited. No phone call, no one showed up. We have had Gallagher do our doors before and loved it. So we wanted to give them a second change. We called and left a message. No callbacks. Nothing. I do not understand why these businesses do this! I WANT to give you money. Be professional and call me back -- even if you can't do the work, that professionalism puts you at the front of the list when I DO need the type of work that your company does. It's an investment in a future relationship that takes all of 5 minutes.

The free estimate was semi-quick, but very educational. With Gallgher Bros, I felt like I was talking with the actual installer and not some fancy sales person. Questions/answers were candid and helpful, even though I went with a different company. The estimate provided was for 12 double-hung quality windows and the price was pretty competitive. My only issue is that they did not bring any sample windows for me to inspect nor offer many options. They pretty much offered a cheap window or a more expensive quality window, but did not allow for much customization. Overall, I liked them and now realize that most windows are pretty much the same. It's best to find someone trustworthy to do the install.

Door was damage during a summer storm while we were out of town. Called and salesman came and a week later the job was done.

Everything went perfectly - door was installed exactly as ordered. Workers were prompt & clean. This is the 3rd time I have used this company - installed awning for front door and new garage door. I will definitely use Gallagher again.

They installed two new windows in a rental that I have. It's been almost two years later now and the windows are still good even though everything in rentals take more abuse than in a private home.

They came out, at a time that was convenient for me, to give me an estimate. They gave me a target date for installation, and stuck to it. All work done in 1 day. Professional, clean, and no hassles.

rOverall it went well. There was a delay in getting the door made. But once the door was available, it was installed without a problem even thought the door was not a standard size. Yes I would use them again.

It went good. One of the screens a few days later had a hole so I called them. They got in touch with the manufacturer right away and came out to replace the screen.

This is the second time I have used them, other time was also for another entry door/sidelight/storm door. I have always been happy and impressed with them and recommend them to friends and family. Plan on engaging them for windows in the future because of my experience with them!

It went great! Love my new storm door. It was installed within hours. Will be using them for our siding project coming up.

Storm door was full view and inside door was a steel door w/mahogany finish and full door decorative glass. Paid extra for full glass and for both doors to use same key. Also had step that was in bad shape fixed w/an overlay of metal. Steve installed the door and he was a perfectionist. He didn't finish up until he made sure everything was perfect. He spent a lot of time on it and even sent the storm door back to manufacturer b/c it didn't meet his high standards. It was nice to see someone take so much pride in their work.

This guy was a good as they come. Talk about a craftsman! his work was the best I've seen in a long time. Use this company.

Great. The guys were there on time. Very friendly and got most of it done on Day 1. Had to come back on Saturday just for minor touches. Cleaned up all trash building materials (vacuumed my floor). The only issue was there was alot of dust from the cinderblock removal and it would have been nice for them to drape a sheet protecting my kitchen and second floor from the dust. But other than that, I was very happy with the window, the materials used, the attention to detail. They nicely caulked the inside and out to insulate the window; properly reinstalled my siding outside. It looks really nice! And they hung my faux wood window blind for me! I would definitely use them again.

I paid $5000 and it took them 18 mos to have them back out to resolve some issues. I went out of my way to make them comfortable, even buying pizza for them at the end of the job. Once they were finished, I paid them the other remainder of the money due. A few days later, I got a call from the wife demanding final payment, even though I saw that the check had cleared. It turned out it was a problem with her bank. There are dents in the siding, there is caulk on the outside, done very sloppily. They caulked over my plastic window hardware for the blinds. They were also obnoxious about adressing the final concerns.

I joined Angie's list because of this very reason, thought this site would give me less anxiety about needing something fixed in my house.

I had a very old two door wooden garage that needed to be removed. Gallagerr Brothers were on time for the estimate and provided me with a decent quote. They also ended up contacting me with a summer special of a 5% discount. They were professional and did a really good job with the install.

They were helpful. However, we decided to go with another company we've worked with in the past.
