Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with the service. I contacted Elite because the ice in my freezer was melting. But not only did Michael quickly and efficiently fix the freezer, he also fixed a clothes dryer and my oven door... All in about an hour and for a great price. (Luckily I only needed one part, which he had in his truck.)

 + 0 moreThe Elite Appliance team is very professional and knowledgeable; scheduling was easy and our appointment turned out to be very instructive--my husband and I learned why our fridge is making that noise (and, though loud, that its still working fine); why our dishwasher wasn't as efficient as it had been; and how to better maintain all of our appliances in the future. It was very worthwhile, especially because our dishwasher is back in tip top condition.

 + -1 moreMichael was very courteous,prompt and explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done.I counldn't use the water dispenser as it was leaking, Michael pulled out my refrigerator,we found a few things under it like a plastic spoon. Michael did his job very well and was on time both times he had to come here. I would recommend him to others and his prices are resasonble also. Description of Work: Michael looked at the back of the my refrigerator to see the water dispenser was leaking at. He went to see if he had part on his truck,but he didn't. So ordered part and returned in a few days to finish the repair job of the water dispenser that was leaking.

 + -1 moreThe temperature in my refrigerator kept climbing...I called Elite.. able to come immediately...quickly diagnosed problem as he has had to replace the computerized part on other GE fridges. Knew exactly the part needed and that he had ordered part to have in stock. Returned to his office to see if part had come in. Called me within an hour or so to say he had the part and would be back shortly. Within half an hour returned to my home and quickly serviced the refrigerator saving me the loss of many dollars worth of food in refrigerator and freezer. Really great service!

He called me several times to keep me up to date about the appointment, billing, etc. It's been a week and a half and the refrigerator is running fine. I would definitely use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Michael came out to look at a refrigerator that wasn't working properly. It ended up needing a new fan motor which he replaced.

 + -1 moreCalled for service after a dishwasher that had been broken for some time started leaking after an attempted declogging. Mike called back immediately and scheduled an appointment for next day; he was very prompt, friendly and professional. He was unable to fix dishwasher due to multiple pinholes but tried very hard?he was able to patch many of the holes, fix a rusted heating element and repair the connection but ultimately it was just too leaky. I have every confidence that if the unit was fixable, Mike would have done it. We plan to have him install our new dishwasher once we get it!

 + -1 moreMichael was a true professional. He arrived promptly the day of the appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the appliance and easily diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem. While he was there, I also asked him to check the dishwasher and garbage disposal to make sure they were running OK. Everything checked out, and the fridge is now working fine. Overall, it was an A++ experience. Highly recommend!

 + -1 moreWonderful experience - on time, cost competitive, and friendly. Michael went above and beyond. Temporarily fixed our refrigerator so I didn't lose all my food and then came back a few days later (after part was ordered) to completely fix. Was efficient and friendly and got the job done. Also, as he was leaving, I mentioned that our dishwasher was having some problems. He took a quick look and solved the problem on the spot. Would use again and highly recommend.

When he could not fix my dishwasher originally (was mistaken) there was no charge for the service call. I bought another dishwasher online, knowing he would install it. I managed to get on his schedule the same day it was delivered. He is polite, professional and dutiful. I think he is the perfect new addition to my go-to people.

 + 0 moreSee above. Michael from Elite is solution-focused, he came out on the same day, identified the issue, came up with a solution and fixed our dishwasher (which another provider had said we needed to replace and get a new one). Michael definitely prioritizes his customers' needs.
Description of Work: Our Kitchen Aid dishwasher is about 11 years old. It still works well in terms of washing dishes but some of its small joints and parts are rusted. The latch that connects the door to the machine broke, so we could not close the door properly for the latch to click and the machine to start. Michael came out on the same day we called him. He checked if the latch part was available from manufacturer and it was not. He came up with an alternative solution using existing metal from the broken part to create a new latch. He propped up the machine to make it more stable, inserted the new part he created, and voila, the machine is back to working, even better than before because now it does not leak bits of water on to the floor. We will definitely call him again if we have any needs with your appliances.

 + 0 moreI called him, explained my problem, and he agreed to meet with me the following day. He kept in touch to confirm our appointment and also called me 15 minutes prior so that I could get over to the property. On inspection of the appliance, he pretty soon found the problem and repaired the issue. He also left me with full instructions to call back if for some reason there might be other related issues as well...and that the next call there would be no charge [of course, only if it was related to the problem in question]. Now that is service. He has only been in business for himself just a few months but I found Mr Pinto to be organized and responsive.
Description of Work: Really reliable, went out of his way to accommodate my time needs. Great communication. A pleasure to work with.

I thought the fact that he carries factory parts on his truck is great so people can get back to their conveniences ASAP. He was friendly and professional and explained everything to me. Even gave me a few tips on care and maitenance of my machine.
Description of Work: Elite service is FAST and most of all experienced! He took the guess work out of what was wrong with my washing machine. He had me up and running in the same day he came out to look at it (and that is huge for me-having a family of 5) He carries some parts on his truck so he can accomplish same day service! How awesome is that! His price was MORE THAN FAIR for the service! Would recommend to family and friends.
