Description of Work: We had multi-split AC installed in our home.We had gas hot water heat so we had no duct work. They installed two units. One in our basement to service the downstairs and one in the attic for the second floor. We also have two zones with two thermostats. We have one condenser outside. |Everything went as planned and the price came at exactly the estimate.

Description of Work: Removed two old radiator heating systems and rerouted pipes to reduce from 2 zones to 1; also provided new electric heaters for one room with thermostat and transformer wiring. Very personable; worked with my needs, which were somewhat unusual since I was doing a lot of surrounding work to the piping system that was serviced.

Description of Work: Last visit was a yearly heater maintenance. They have also been working closely with me regarding my air conditioner which they did not install. There have been nothing but problems, but East Coast Comfort is sympathetic and doing everything they can to rectify all existing problems.
