We would like to submit a glowing review for the East Coast Comfort team. Tony and his team came to our house today to install a Fujitsu mini split heat pump in our attic room. They were on time, cordial, friendly, respectful, and they worked diligently to install our unit. We are extremely happy with the work they did and the new unit is working beautifully.

ECC is AWESOME!! From talking with Lisa, who scheduled EVERYTHING!! to Ed the gentleman who came out and estimated the job, to Tony, his son and Jane (the installers) everything was seamless!! The communication was EXCELLENT!! Lisa is excellent at keeping me informed about the process and following up when things were done. I can’t say enough about Tony and his crew!! He went above and beyond my expectations! He even RE-routed a condensation pipe to the gutter so it wouldn’t keep dripping onto my shingles!! Just an amazing company!! Would ( and have) recommend them to everyone I know for their HVAC needs

I have been using East Coast Comfort for heating and air-conditioning for years and I have always been pleased. They installed a new system for us years ago, did it for far less than other estimates we received, and we have reduced our energy costs because of it.

Working with Eddie, Tony, Lisa and the rest of the team at East Coast Comfort was a pleasure. Shopping for HVAC is a challenge and this team made it very easy. I recommend working with them!

Our water heater pilot light wouldn't stay on. ECC came and determined the tank was cracked. They were able to install a new one the same day they diagnosed the problem. I trust their work and they have worked in our home for 7 years.

Very pleased with the quality of service we've gotten from East Coast Comfort. Their service technicians are prompt and courteous as well as very skilled. It took a couple visits to get our most recent issues rectified, but they were committed to our satisfaction and no effort was spared! Highly recommend.

ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs.

Great company. Called and left a message on Sunday evening about an error on our Nest thermostat and sporadic functioning of the AC unit causing lights in house to flicker. Got a call Monday morning to see if we were available for a technician visit in the afternoon. When he came, he diagnosed the issue by opening the inside blower wiring panel and the outside compressor wiring panel. Within 30 minutes, the issue was determined (broken wire) and fixed. Technician didn't just stop then, but continued to check all the wiring in the 2 panels before stating he was finished. Cost $90. Was expecting much more. Always love East Coast Comfort.

Great! Ed studied the hot water system and explained how the various parts should function. He replaced one part that was not doing its job, then deeply purged the entire system. He was very knowledgeable and focused on his work. He was from the fourth company we had out and the first technician we felt totally comfortable with. The first company jumped right away to replacing the entire system. That was a red flag, thus the four interviews. The repair Ed did cost under $200 and the system is working just fine.

The group over at ECC are a great group to work with on such a big project. We got a quote over a year ago and finally decided to make the change. From the quote process to the installation everything was seamless. Ed was very thorough in discussing our quote and options and even came back a second time to answer all of my husband's questions. Tony and crew were prompt, respectful, clean, efficient and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

East Coast was friendly and professional as always: on time, courteous and communicative. Prices have gone way up, however. The furnace checkups (we have two units) alone increased 42% in price from 2018. For the checkup and a follow-up visit (to replace humidifier parts), which were approximately two hours of time combined, total labor cost not including parts was $375, or nearly $190/hour.

I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!
