East Coast Comfort were prompt, professional and gave me reasonable prices. They worked non-stop to replace my air conditioner unit and hot water heater in one day. It was tricky because the unit is on the roof and so required a crane. Scheduling the crane was tricky but they got the job done without a hitch. They came out asap to correct a minor hiccup the next day. Very reasonable and pleasant to work with, from their office to their installers.

My experience with East Coast Comfort was all good. I know that a rarity these days so I really appreciate it. I had called them last year to evaluate my system to see if it needed to be replaced. They never tried to sell me a new unit. They said the old unit was working at the time. This year things were different. During our recent heat wave the air conditioning unit failed. I called 3 companies for estimates and theirs was by far the best. They came promptly and did a good job. No mess in my basement and they were at my house at 8 a.m. like they said, and out by 1;00 with the heater and air conditioning installed. My former air conditioning system never cooled my house properly in hot weather. This new unit is terrific. Cold air is wonderful in the heat! It's so great to have a system that works! I am very pleased with the service from East Coast comfort.

I LOVE East Coast Comfort. We have used them for several years now. They were able to put my 40+ year old AC on life support a little while back and I got a few extra years use out of it. They didn't try to sell me a new system right off the bat. When the old one finally gave up the ghost, they were able to come out and put in a new one, all in one day. They cleaned up/cleared out the old fixtures and made it super easy to get to the filter, something I wasn't able to do with the old system. Ed, Tony, and the others were wonderful. I would never use anyone else.

On the day of installation, the staff was very professional, explained everything to me throughout the day, involved me in where it was going to be installed, and the quality of work was good. I would recommend them. I think there could have been a little bit more communication in the preparation phase regarding what would happen on the day of installation. Nonetheless, we are very happy with the product and look forward to seeing how it works during the summer.

The process was great! Lisa, Ed, Tony, Danny and Brian were all professionals. From the scheduling of the appointment to scope out the work all the way to installation, I was kept informed and managed. They are truly great communicators at an excellent value! The craftsmanship and quality of product and installation are of the highest value. I feel like the whole team is trustworthy and I'd recommend them to my mother if I needed to. If ever I have HVAC needs again, East Coast will be my first and only call.

From beginning to end very impressive. 2 years ago I had an issue with my heater. Others said my only option was replacement-Tony gave me options to keep it running safely. When it started having issues this year I knew that East Coast-because of their professionalism, excellent work and fairness would be the only one's that I would trust. Tony and his team replaced my heater promptly and it is running perfect. I never write reviews but wanted to this time as the service can not be matched.

My gas boiler was shut down by PGW for having excessive carbon monoxide levels. East Coast Comfort had come out prior to the boiler shut down to give me a quote for a new gas boiler. I had used them before to install an under the cabinet heater when my kitchen was remodeled back in 2014. When they became aware that my old boiler was shut down and I was without heat, they rearranged their installation schedule to install my new boiler within 1 day after I gave them the go ahead. Tony and his crew were great. They on time, professional, and they did a great job! You will not regret hiring them!

Excellent service - knowledgable and friendly. Was able to diagnose, explain the plan in laymen's terms, and execute the plan quickly. We replaced heating and ac units. Was very impressed by services so used them again on a second property. Things couldn't be running better. A+ service and will be using them again!

They diagnosed the problem immediately and proceeded to make the necessary repairs with skill, professionalism and acccuracy. It was an experience that comes from dealing with a first-rate specialist and company. I would have no hesitancy to recommend ECC to anyone, but I am relieved knowing that I can call on them, without a second thought, if I needed other work.

I called for service and a repair person was there within about two hours. The work was done professionally, and we were thrilled. A control had malfunctioned, and it was replaced.

East Coast had installed the gas heating system in 2013. They did an excellent job on installation and removing the old equipment. In 2016, the system needed minor adjustment and cleaning. Everything went well.

We called ECC on Sunday 1/14 when the outside temperature went down to 14 degrees and the heating system was blowing cool air in the house. They came out first thing on Monday and diagnosed burnt wiring, requiring replacement of the inside and outside units. We signed the proposal on Tuesday and ECC did the work on Friday. Ed and his team have been our "go-to" HVAC professionals, for repairs both big and small, for over 5 years and we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

My 35+ year old gas fired boiler was not heating the radiators up pass 90 degrees and when I went to the basement to check things out I noticed flames rolling out of one of the burners as well as low flame pressure. I immediately knew I needed a HVAC Contractor to come inspect the boiler. Unfortunately this was during the Christmas/New Year season and around 11:00 at night, so I jumped on Angies List and eached out to a few contractors and to my surprise Tony from East Coast Comfort responded to my questions within 30 minutes (Talk about fast service). He was able to schedule a diagnostic visit and when he showed up he did all that he could to get my boiler running correctly but unfortunately it was at the end of it's life line. I requested a price from ECC as well as a few other contractors just for comparisons sake (Though I was really impressed by Tony's knowledge and dedication to getting my boiler running). ECC Came in lower than the other proposals and replaced my boiler on Jan 8th 2018! The guys did an incredible job and I will definitely hire them again for any future work. I'm a professional estimator so I know how most contractors are always about making money and puts customers satisfaction last, but ECC made me feel as though my comfort was top priority and that was much appreciated! Since these are the older style oil heaters, you really need to know what you are doing to work on them. Ed came out on time (Actually early because I was having issues with the one oil heater). I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge of the system and professionalism. He was able to correctly adjust the mechanics to practically eliminate the smoke blow-backs we were getting. Their prices were very reasonable also. I am looking forward to receiving a quote from them for some extra work needed on both systems.

Clog was fixed and my questions were answered by the technician and with a follow up phone call.

Very well. Tony Mongeluzi quickly identified the problem and fixed it and said he would check back to make sure there are no leaks. The gas heater lost pressure and he added it. I have the original radiant heat in the floor from when the house was built but he was knowledgeable of the system and said if the heater loses pressure there could be a leak in the pipes. He will check back which is more than I expected. I was very happy with Tony’s service. I also asked him a few questions where he could have drummed up business or greater expenses to me but he gave me what I felt were honest answers. He also checked my hot water heater because it appeared to have frozen.

I highly recommend ECC. Extremely professional, thorough, responsive, and friendly. I called the day after a holiday (January 2) to schedule a service call--due to furnace turning off intermittently--and they were willing to send someone that same day, if needed. Since my situation was not an emergency, I scheduled for the following day due to my own availability. Lisa (the very pleasant and helpful receptionist) called to let me know the technician was on his way. Brian, the technician, was extremely thorough in his assessment of the problem and informative in explaining it. He resolved our issue, made everything was in good working order with the furnace, and even found a quick fix to improve our airflow. I was pleased and impressed with the service received all around.

Tony was awesome. He arrived after a callback as a standby list customer. He was very nice and efficient. The longest part was his picking up the necessary motor. He was super quick and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I cannot say enough great things about him!

I have been using East Coast Comfort for years and have always had good experiences with them. This was a repair of an old system, but they also replaced another unit a few years ago and were responsive, professional and reasonably priced.
