Great as always! I've been using these guys for years and they're always honest and fair. There's a small leak in the system and we've tried the sealant but the small leak continues. Instead of trying to sell us on a whole new system they are honest and told us that refilling it once a year is a cheaper option than trying to replace parts that might not fix the issue.

I have previously used East Coast Comfort for minor repairs to my aging Central Air system and have been impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, this year, my system was beyond basic repair. When faced with replacing some pricey parts (evaporator coil) on an aging system or installing a new system, both Lisa and Tony were extremely helpful in designing a system that fit our budget and requirements. We ultimately decided to replace the gas furnace, A/C condenser and coil as the new system would have a ten year warranty and be much more energy efficient. During his site visit, Tony also recommended some cost-effective ducting modifications to ensure air was supplied to the upper floor of our rowhome properly. The full replacement was performed in a single day and was scheduled quickly even though it was the middle of June (peak season). Lisa remained communicative throughout the process and Tony and his crew were awesome. They took extra care as they removed the old system and carefully brought in the new parts and cleaned up very well after themselves. We are extremely satisfied and I highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation. My family is now enjoying cool air and energy savings.

Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, and explained the work to be performed, as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old boiler, installed the new boiler, added cut-off switches and removed the old equipment. The whole team was friendly and efficient.

This is the second time I've used this company to service my heater/boiler/radiator system. During this latest visit, the technician took the time to explain some of the inner workings of the system to me and answered all of my questions with detailed answers. Very nice interaction, would absolutely use again.

I had the quote done in December and was hoping to nurse my 44 year-old boiler through 1 more winter. Well my boiler said it’s final goodbye in January-2019 so I moved forward with a new hot water boiler. I was able to schedule the installation within less than a week which I thought was good. The installation took the better part of a full day but was not really much of a bother as the team was able to access the basement through the bilco doors on the street. At the end they walked me through all of the work completed, answered questions and let me know to call them if there were any problems. A month into use it’s working perfectly and I am very happy about the whole process.

Ed, Tony, and Brian had to test all systems and make interim repairs (over a period of 6 weeks of winter weather) in order to determine that the problem was, in fact, the motherboard. They always came within one day and spent close to 20 hours diagnosing and fixing. They didn't give up until they found the root of the problem, even dealing professionally and patiently with our extreme frustration (and cold!). These guys are just THE BEST and we will always use them.

The job went extremely well. From the Lisa the receptionist to Greg, the technician. Everybody was professional and informed. They're on the top of my list now. GR

I have never seen a company with such pride in and dedication to their work. Tony installed a new steam boiler for me August that created some odd and ever-changing problems. Ed came out again and again, working to fix it, accommodating my schedule, and never complaining. He and Tony are so knowledgeable that they have taught me a lot about how steam heaters work. Finally, when I was away (because I trust them completely), they brought in the boiler's manufacturer who helped them solve the root problem. Lisa, Tony, and Ed are delightful to work with, never making me feel uncomfortable for calling, and taking full responsibility for their work. You will not find better heating and a/c technicians.

ECC was timely and professional. He took care of the noise from my vent as well as thoroughly checked my furnace. Also very personable. Would recommend !!!

Lisa was terrific as far as setting up and confirming the appointment and was very polite, courteous and friendly. The tech, Brian, arrived on time, was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing.

Brian the technician came to our home to maintain our yearly maintenance on the heater. He explained everything he was doing and found a dirty igniter on the heater. Sooner or later we would have no heat . I used this company years ago and found them to be reliable and above all honest. We had a company come in last year and in 20 minutes out the door they went. Brian was here an hour and felt very good we had the heater maintained properly. This will be our company for the heater and air conditioning They are beyond excellent.

Great. It was easy to make an appointment, and the technician arrived at the scheduled time. He was able to identify the problem and repair it quickly. He was prompt, friendly and super clean. Both Lisa, who answers the phone and schedules the techs, and Bryan, the technician, did a great job for us. 100% satisfied!!

My very old boiler started breaking down in the winter. I couldn't afford to take off any more work, so Tony showed me how to keep it going until the summer, when I could take a day off. While ECC had to cancel our first summer appointment due to too many a/c emergencies, they did everything they could to accommodate my schedule. Once Tony got the old boiler out, he saw and showed me that the old pipes needed to be replaced. Again, he worked with my schedule to return as quickly as possible, and gave me an excellent deal on the extra labor. Tony is so smart and knowledgeable, and I completely trust him in my home without my being there. I'll have ECC out in the spring once again to service my a/c and in the fall to check on my boiler. I recommend them without any reservation.

East Coast was super responsive, professional and really cared about doing an excellent job. My husband and I were impressed with how quickly they responded to replace our water heater. Because of the hard-to-reach location of our water heater, the job required three men. They scheduled the work promptly and provided detailed pricing. After the work was completed, they cleaned up and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the work before they left. We have used this company before for HVAC issues and were always pleased with their work. This is a top quality company!

Installers kept me informed at every step. Obtained my acceptance for solution to problems encountered during installation. Removal of old unit was included. Installers were friendly, courteous, punctual.

Very well. I discussed the plan with Tony and he had some clever ideas for where to place the units so none of the connections would be visible. The crew arrived in the morning of the install and after an hour I left to go to work. When I returned they were already finishing up. The indoor units are hidden in plain sight and the runs on the exterior of the house were done very neatly. To me this shows a lot of experience and a professional execution. A few months after the install one of the units began dripping on the floor inside the house. After I called they had a technician at my house within a week who came and unclogged the drainage free of charge. I had a very positive experience with ECC and would recommend them to anyone.

From our first contact with East Coast Comfort, everything was smooth and professional. When the estimator came to our house, he listened to our needs and presented options. We went up to the roof, so that we could find a place to position the compressor where it wouldn't be too close to a window so that we wouldn't hear much noise after installation. When installation day came, the crew was well prepared for the installation. While one person worked to route tubing from the inside unit to the compressor, another focused on running power from the box in the basement to the unit on the roof. The unit was installed perfectly. The price for these services was very competitive. We feel that we received a quality unit which was installed by a professional team. We've had the unit for about a year now. It runs quietly and has made our 3rd floor bedroom very comfortable. We couldn't be happier with the experience and quality of service that we received form East Coast Comfort.

ECC is wonderful, from Lisa in the office to the service people sent out. Tony, in particular, is great: he helped me extend the life of my very old boiler this winter, so that I can have it replaced over the summer without taking a day off. It's an old steam heater, pretty uncommon these days, and Tony knew everything about it. In servicing my a/c, both he and the service person last year were neat, efficient, and very friendly. I have the utmost trust in ECC.

Cannot get over how honest, professional, and responsive the East Coast Comfort Team was for my recent install of a new heater and central air system in my South Philly home!! Pricing was extremely reasonable, they offered solutions that made sense rather than ripped me off, and was just a pleasure working with Ed, Tony, Danny and the rest of the team. I can not recommend ECC enough!!!

I was in a panic when I attempted to change the air filter in the air handler and it was completely soaked. I had no idea what was happening. I called ECC and Lisa could not have been more helpful. There was no appointments available on June 1st, but she gave me an appointment for the June 5th, but put me on the "Stand By List". About 1:00PM she called and said a tech would be out in about an hour. He was right on time, diagnosed what the problem was and resolved the issue within 90 minutes. I was so appreciative that ECC could come out the same day and facing the weekend without central air was daunting. I have used them in the past for yearly maintenance on my heat pump and central air. I recommend them highly.
