Description of Work: East Coast Comfort (ECC) was great to work with. We needed a new and more efficient home furnace and AC unit as the current one was 28 years old. They visited our home, measured the square footage, answered our questions and provided a very detailed estimate, free of charge. They listened to our concerns, made adjustments, and were very willing to work with us on a system that fit our needs and budget. They arrived and completed the work on the scheduled day. They placed tarps in living areas to avoid tracking dirt from the work areas. They kept us informed of their progress and any issues that developed. For example, when drilling a hole in the exterior wall to place the pipes a piece of cinder block fell out. They called it to our attention and how they would fix it, maintaining the integrity and security of the wall. Upon completion of the job, they reviewed the work, the systems, maintainence and the warranty. They answered all of our questions patiently and professionally, including the ones we had a few days later. I would definitely hire them again for any future work.

Description of Work: Tony & crew of East Coast Comfort installed a split system Air/Heat uniting in the laundry area. The work performed was outstanding, clean, neat and showed true craftsmanship. Would definitely use again for any Maintenance on HVAC in the home. From the start all questions answered in a timely manner. Very pleased with all phases of this company.

Description of Work: A/C service with A.L. Coupon. Technician arrived on time and took about an hour inspecting the furnace and outdoor AC unit. Would recommend to others.

Description of Work: East Coast did and air conditioning checkup to get the unit ready for summer. They also fixed a cut electrical wire at no additional charge. I was very happy with the service and will call on them again next spring for the same service.

Description of Work: Not much to say, other than they came when they said they would. They did their job professionally . The price quoted was what I paid. A very good price I feel I got a very good deal. I had priced a new a new heater with other company's they were very competive and offered the best value. It was raining they took precautions to ensure they did not track any dirt into my home. They worked quickly had the job done in about 5 hrs. cleaned up . I was very pleased, a job well done.

Description of Work: What an EXCELLENT experience. Your serviceman Peter was beyond.exceptional. The 2nd floor of our home has radiators that were just not heating up. He pinpointed the problem in the boiler , cleaned all the necessary parts and the radiators were heating up in a matter of no time. There is no doubt we will be calling East Coast back when we need them. JUst an honest company and there is not too many left out there. Thanks Again John and Ann

Description of Work: I was having difficulty with a strange message on my thermostat. I left a message for East Coast and got a return call within 15 minutes. The representative asked me to check my battery in the thermostat; I did and problem solved! I will now use East Coast as my regular service person for HVAC. They saved the day on a very chilly Hallowe'en!
