The cleaning crew of 4 (I think) was there before we were - so they were punctual. The cleaning job they did was average. I think we got what we paid for but we weren't overly impressed for future cleaning. The house was already "surface clean" when they got there. We were expecting a bit more from the cleaning... More attention paid to details. After moving in 2 days later, I had to clean many of the things they supposedly had cleaned. (Examples: There were some cobwebs inside of kitchen cupboards and streaks left on mirrors, the fridge interior needed a lot of cleaning after they left.) They had outlined in detail in advance of exactly what work they would be doing... and looking at the paperwork now it says (exactly) "Exterior and INTERIOR cleaning of kitchen appliances (outside of fridge, oven and microwave." Reading that now, it's slightly ambiguous... However the floors were washed & toilets (somewhat) scrubbed and we gave a little extra to have them windex the windows, which was nice. They were in and out in about 2 hours. I knew they had appointments after ours - and I did appreciate them fitting us in in the morning on such short notice, and, on a Saturday morning. Also, to their credit, the owner Alex did check in after to see how it went - but as we were moving (from our old place) and weren't back in the house for 2 days, I really couldn't tell till we actually were moved in a few days later. The crew was extremely nice and well presented. (White coats and all.) Perhaps we should have been clearer up front about our expectations... but, I also think some of the basics could have been done better. Maybe 2 hours was too little time to "do it right" before their next job. Overall they have very good ratings and Alex is very nice - so maybe we just got them on a "full" day.

This was my third service by Dos Funny Frogs. I've used other companies found on Angie's List hoping to find one that I could use monthly and I'm so glad I believe I've finally found just that. The level of service and attention to detail given by the owner filters down through his crew. Alex oversees all work and is very anxious for feedback. Minor criticisms I've had were dealt with either immediately, or addressed on the next visit as the first item of business. By minor I truly mean minor - the back of a surface missed or something like that. Each time there were several members to the team, so it seemed they were in and out before I knew it, yet each person did their section efficiently. I was beginning to wonder if I really could find a company I'd stick with, or wondered if I was being too picky. I believe I've found a good fit with Alex and his company. I'm still picky, but he and his team are more than willing to accommodate. Also, the price for today was a big discount because I was an Angie's List customer and it was my third cleaning. Just another bonus!

We have been using Dos Funny Frogs Cleaning Service for about a year and a half now. We have been very impressed with the service they provide. They consistently do a great job and the owner Alex is very receptive to any feedback we may give. They usually bring a team with them so the cleaning gets done in about an hour and a half. Also, they bring all their own equipment and supplies. We plan to continue using them and I give them my highest recommendation.

Overall, they perform good quality work for a decent price. Alex, the owner of the company, is very responsive to any specific requests we may have for the cleaning and can be contacted at anytime by email or phone, which is very helpful. I have used their service for over 2 years now and overall I am very satisfied with the work performed. They schedule days that the crew will be onsite and are particular to make the appointment or inform me of reasons why they will not be able to make it. In my opinion you have to trust the company that comes into clean your home, since there are number of personal belongings around, however, I am very comfortable with Dos Funny Frog and the crew that they send in who are professional and trustworthy.

I became a customer of Dos Funny Frogs over a year ago and am very satisfied with their service. I work from home, have small children, 2 large dogs and a cat, all of which was no problem with Dos Funny Frogs. They are very friendly, reliable and trustworthy. They do a great job and they do it fast as there is usually a crew of 3-5 people working. They have been very flexible and understanding about scheduling. They are easy to get a hold of and have gone above and beyond tackling trouble spots in my home that needed extra attention to be cleaned.

Excellent service was provided from the initial phone inquiry through service delivery. It was clear from our first discussion that Alex is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. I was introduced to each team member. Every room was thoroughly cleaned beyond my expectations. Appliances were cleaned along with cabinets when the kitchen was cleaned. Tiles and woodwork were cleaned when the bathroom was cleaned. Woodwork and trim were cleaned when the other rooms in the house were cleaned. Clean sheets were put on beds. Area rugs were moved to access hard wood floors. Furniture was moved to access all areas to be cleaned. Ceiling fans were cleaned at a small additional cost. Alex and team treated my home and its contents respectfully and with care. Subsequent cleanings were handled with the same attention as the initial cleaning.

I have had Dos Funny Frogs clean my house since July. They have been punctual and thorough. I have made a few special requests and they have performed well. (When there was construction in my bedroom, I asked that they give the room special attention. You could not tell that there was ever any construction dust!!) I totally trust the team that comes into my home. I will probably keep them forever!!They come 2 times per month - or every other week. Mr. Suarez is extremely polite and took the time to tour my home with me and discuss what I expected and then told me how he would do the work. I recommend them highly for anyone who wants their home cleaned on a regular basis. They are great.

Company owner responded quickly to my request for information. He accommodated a "move in" cleaning at the last minute. Two cleaners arrived with the owner at the scheduled time. A team of 3 or 4 more arrived about an hour later to assist. Cleaning was thorough.

A crew of cleaners come and do an excellent job of cleaning. Finish in 1 to 1- 1/2 hours. Great customer service. Alex, the manager, makes a point of inquiring about your satisfaction with job and encourages input if anything is later found to be unsatisfactory.

This was the best house cleaners we ever had. They have been reliable over the six times they have come and are here on time.

We thought this company just did a so-so job. They were very accommodating and prompt, but we decided that we could do as good of a job as they did and save our money. Their customer service was excellent though.

They came in with all their own supplies and did all the work from top to bottom in about an hour and a half. The whole thing was good. The price for the initial cleaning is always higher and then it drops down. We were pleased with them.

They do a good job with the cleaning work and are quite easy to work with. They are very responsive to suggestions and comments.

On time, they came in with a crew of cleaners, did the whole house in 1 1/2 hours. Very good! They are good at communicating and making sure that I am happy with their work. Very trustworthy.

Alex sent us a detailed email with estimates, references and we were able to schedule the first cleaning the same week. The cleaning crew was very friendly and performed a great job!
