Curran Painting

Description of Work: As soon as he walked in the front door. He flat out said he would not be doing the job. He didn't know why he wasn't even in my area for Angie's List that I need to call and so would he to cancel. If he knew I was not within his distance he should have just said that over the phone or via email. Instead of wasting both of our time. But he did say he came to my home because he was on a job in Valley Forge which is only 10 minutes away from my house. So I didn't quite understand why I wasn't in the proximity for him to do the work. This was my very first experience with Angie's List. Hopefully I can find someone reasonable for my painting project and they will do the job.

Description of Work: PAINTED MY LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, AND CEILING, THEY ALSO REMOVED THE BORDER AROUND MY KITCHEN WALL AND REPAINTED. A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT, AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL.

Description of Work: Excellent to work with. I bought the "Interior Painter for a Day for 8 labor hour" to have my ceiling and walls, and some high walls painted. Here is my experience with them: |- They were on time, kind and courteous. |- They are honest and you get what you pay for. They don't try to swindle you like other contractors do, i.e. - Vincenzo from Angie's List tried to swindle us when they arrived at our house. They would say things like, "Oh those high ceilings will cost you $$ more (and then he wrote an even higher number on the receipt!!); oh it'll cost more to fix that damage; etc etc." Vincenzo was sneaky! You won't get this nonsense from Curran Painting. |- Curran Painting did an extra wall towards the end of his shift because there was time remaining. |- I wish Curran did more than painting because I would love to work with them again.

Description of Work: Painted two rooms

Description of Work: This was my 2nd time using Curran Painting. They painted a bedroom and closet (11x9 ft). The work encompassed repairs/priming/painting all walls, doors and new trim. They were very neat and consider of my home and furnishings. Brian's level of satisfaction is exceptional! He went as far as to re-spackle an area 4x to see if a bump in the wall could be disguised. I have been very happy with Curran's work and as a result I have recommended them to (2) friends for their painting jobs.

Description of Work: Curran was very professional and their price reflected it. They were almost twice the amount iof other bidders.
