They were good, they fixed everything, haven't had anymore leaks.

I was very pleased with their work. They responded to my initial call quickly. The day I was waiting for the estimate, I was told someone would be out before 11am. They ended up arriving at 12:30 but the office kept me informed of this when I called to ask about their arrival time. I requested that the office tell me the night before the crew was coming to fix the roof so I could inform my neighbors (I live on a small city street.) I did not get the call they were coming until the morning they were coming but this was a minor issue. I was not at home when the work was completed but the site was left very clean and I was satisfied with their work. I like their warranty of 15 years. Angie's List coupon was a nice incentive.

They returned my intial call in a timely manner. They did the work quickly and efficiently. The work area was clean after their work. I was out of town while they did the work and they called me regularly to keep me advised as to how the work progressed. They gave me a detailed written estimate.

They showed up when they said they would and, from what I can tell, did a good job.

Out of all the people that we got estimates from, they showed up on time, gave the best estimate, and they got the job done in the time estimated.

I waited all morning for someone to come out and give me an estimate, but no one showed.

They came when they said they would come. They cleaned up very nice. They were all very nice. Ed O'Neal is the estimator. He was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not only did City Wide show up on the day I called to remove the snow from my roof (I had a leak in the master bedroom), but they arrived on time a couple of days later to install a new roof and a dambuster. They arrived at 8 AM as promised and were done by 12 noon. The job was done efficiently and neatly. They were professional, very polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

Called Wednesday for estimate. Received estimate Thursday morning. Promised new roof by Saturday; work was complete by Friday afternoon. After all the ''doesn't return phone calls'' problems I had calling other roofers, it was nice to be treated with respect and courtesy. Their initial price before the Angie's List discount was comparable with other estimates I received. They even modified their guarantee- to allow one transfer- when we told them we were moving within the year. Overall, am completely satisfied and very happy with their service.

THEY CAME FOR THE ESTIMATE TWO WEEKS EARLY. WE SCHED. IT FOR A DAY WHEN MY HUSBAND WOULD BE HOME SO HE COULD ASK QUESTIONS ETC. SO MY HUSBAND WASN'T THERE, BUT EVENTUALLY THEY GOT IN TOUCH. WE PICKED A DAY WE WOULD BE HOME TO HAVE THE ROOF DONE, BUT ONE DAY I CAME HOME FROM WORK AND THEY HAD BEEN THERE AND DONE THE ROOF, A WEEK EARLY. WE ONLY KNEW THEY HAD COME BECAUSE OF OUR NEIGHBORS. THEY NEVER LEFT A BILL OR ANYTHING. I GUESS THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY PLANNED, BUT WE CAN'T GET UP THERE TO CHECK. WE CALLED SEVERAL PLACES AND THEY WERE THE BEST DEAL.

HE CAME OUT, AND DID SOME WORK. HE HAS RETURNED AT LEAST ON ONE OCCASION TO FOLLOW UP, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, AND HE NOW DOESN'T RETURN CALLS OR RETURN. I'M VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY.

WHILE I DID NOT HIRE CITYWIDE, THEY RETURNED MY CALLS, AND FOLLOWED UP QUITE PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

HAD TO GET MY MONEY BACK IN A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE. NEVER FIXED LEAK IN ROOF. THEN SUED ME AND FORCED ME TO SPEND $900.00 IN LEGAL FEES DEFENDING THE FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT.

ESTIMATOR (FRED) WROTE A CLEAR, WELL WRITTEN FREE ESTIMATE DETAILING THE MATERIALS AND THE WORK TO BE DONE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE AND QUALITY OF WORK ON HOUSE #1. WORK ON HOUSE #2 HAS NOT STARTED DUE TO WEATHER AND NO RUSH BY THIS OWNER.

THE COMPANY STATED THAT THEY WOULD COME AND CLEAN OUR GUTTERS IN 2 WEEKS. MONTHS WENT BY WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALLS.

FRED WAS ON TIME, EXTREMELY POLITE. INSTEAD OF PERFORMING ROOF WORK THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE DONE, HE NOTICED DAMAGE TO STUCCO WALL. HE COULD HAVE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF BY TELLING ME I NEEDED ROOF WORK, BUT INSTEAD HE WAS HONEST. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

EACH PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS POLITE. THE MAIN COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT IT IS NEAR TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE, AND THERE IS NO ANSWERING MACHINE TO LEAVE MESSAGES. WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY MORNING, AND THEY ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY, SIX DAYS LATE. WHEN WORK WAS COMPLETED, ONE ROOFER SAID HE WOULD STAY AND CLEAN UP. WHEN I PAID THE SECOND ROOFER AND THEY DROVE AWAY, I DISCOVERED THAT RUBBLE WAS LEFT INSIDE THE SKYLIGHT, WHICH I CAN'T REACH. HOLES WERE CUT IN THE INSECT SCREENING TO LET CHAIN THROUGH. IT WAS LEFT TO ME TO HAVE THIS REPAIRED. I'M GLAD TO HAVE THE NEW SKYLIGHT, BUT WONDER HOW MUCH MORE IT IS GOING TO COST ME TO FINISH THE JOB RIGHT.

DID A ROOF REPAIR AND INSTALLED A RUBBER ROOF. NOW I HAVE ANOTHER LEAK, AND THEY WANT ADDITIONAL MONEY TO FIX THE PROBLEM I EXPECTED THEM TO REPAIR THE FIRST TIME. THEY TOSSED DEBRIS IN NEIGHBORS YARDS, MEANING I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN UP. I WORK THIRD SHIFT, BUT THEY'VE BEEN INCONSIDERATE OF THAT AND COMING VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING WHEN I ASK THAT THEY COME IN THE AFTERNOON.

THE PRICING FOR REFLASHING THE CHIMNEY SEEMED IN LINE, BUT THE QUICK QUOTE PROVIDED FOR A COPPER ROOF OVER A BAY WINDOW WAS MANY TIMES HIGHER THAN OTHERS. SAID THEY WOULD CALL AND MAIL ESTIMATE, BUT I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. THE INDIVIDUAL THAT CAME OUT, DID SO WHEN PROMISED AND SEEMED FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE COMPANY DID NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE AND THE SERVICE. VERY COURTEOUS PEOPLE ALSO.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, MADE GREAT BUDGET MINDED SUGGESTIONS. THEY WORKED HARD & DID GOOD WORK.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I LOST SEVERAL DAYS OFF FROM WORK WAITING FOR THEM ND THEY NEVER SHOWED.

EVEN THOUGH I CALLED 3 DAYS AFTER HURRICANE IVAN BLEW THROUGH, ALAN CAME THE NEXT DAY TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND I HAD A NEW ROOF BY NOON THE NEXT DAY. HIS CREW WAS PROMPT, CLEAN AND POLITE. HE WAS AVAILABLE FOR CALLS. THE OFFICE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND CAME BACK TO CHECK THEIR WORK AFTER THE VERY NEXT RAIN. THEY ALSO ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN GENERAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
