This is an very good roofing company. They are very responsive and efficient. I was impressed that they came so promptly. The salesman explained everything completely and the price was very reasonable.

It was awesome. They were fantastic and cleaned up well. They were at our home day in and day out until the work was completed. They were able to answer all of our questions and the price was reasonable as well.

Overall an excellent experience. Company estimator came same day as initial call and was extremely professional. Explained roof condition in details and with pictures. Gave firm price at start with 10% senior discount. Roof warranty was at no charge, a $150 savings, and can be transferred one time to new buyer. House is currently up for sale. Was willing to come within a day of acceptance. Crew arrived on schedule, was very courteous and completed job promptly with clean-up. Only surprise was crew expected a tip.

They were terrific. Ed O'Neill gave us a written estimate. He took digital photos to show what work needed to be done (which I especially liked). The crew came two days later, did the work quickly on a very hot day and had a very quick cleanup. Everything looks great. We couldn't be happier.

They replaced the wood but underneath it there were rafters that were rotted that they did not address. I asked why they would put good wood over bad wood and they responded that it was not in the contract. They never followed up after I tried to contact them. They also put flashing on the side of the house that was not even attached to the house. the foreman did come back to address the flashing and said he would get back to me about the rafters. meanwhile, i asked him to repair another part of roof, where we just had a chimney removed. he said he would do it by the end of week. well, i had not heard from the company, so 3 weeks later i employed another roofer, who did a great job. 6-7 weeks later, city-wide roofing comes by to do the job,and they are dismayed that the job is already done, but they did remedy the poor flashing job on the side of house. one week later i get a bill for the job that was not done, and a threat to send it to a collection agency!

Very professional and polite. Took shoes off when entering house and cleaned up all debris. I inspected the progress at several times during the day and they were very responsive to address areas that I thought would have problems. All work is guaranteed for 15 years, so I won't need them for quite a while, but I would definitely hire again.

Stuart called me back right away & provided a well-written, professional estimate. He was courteous & knowledgeable over the phone. The estimate was much cheaper (approximately $300) than any of the other companies, probably because they do a high number of jobs. They did the job efficiently within a couple of days after the estimate. The entire job was completed in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. Water continued to pond on our rear first floor roof. They returned a couple of days later to fix the problem. It was better, but water continued to pond. I called a number of times to let them know the problem persisted, but I kept getting strung along by the office. Finally the owner called & apologized for not getting back to me. They had a large commercial job that they needed to finish. They returned that day and worked on the problem. Good experience, but they are busy so you can get put on the back burner very easily. 15 year guarantee and Angie's List coupon is nice touch!

From the estimating process to completion of the job I was satisfied, except for one thing, they called 15min before they showed up to do the job without any prior scheduling notice. Other than that they were competitive in price, professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.

HE VOLUNTEER TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE WORK, GOT LOST TRYING TO FIND THE HOUSE, DID A GOOD JOB.

They were here as fast as a speeding bullet. They came on a day we did not want them to come. If our roof doesn't leak though, we're pleased, so they did a good job. They did a good clean up. I was concerned about them not getting back to us about a new gutter.

I called and the next day they came for an estimate. The workers came and removed my old shingle roof and replaced it with a new rubber roof and even installed new pole gutters. These guys did a professional job!

Called and spoke to Ed O'Neil. He was great, his customer service skill was what I was looking for. A comfortable conversation knowing he would be a good partner to work with for a long term relationship. The workers were on time, nice, and knowledgeable.

Quickly returned a call and made an estimate within 48 hours. Job was completed in approximately 6 hours. Job was complete within 3 days of estimate. I was very happy with their work. They cleaned up behind themselves and were communicating their progress as they went along. Would highly recommend them to someone else.

City Wide was incredibly prompt & responsive to my needs. I called to schedule an estimate on Friday afternoon & Ed, the company president, was at my house the next day. A Saturday! He took pictures of the problem spots on my roof & explained exactly & clearly what work would be done. He also had a solution for a leak that I have never been able to stop. I have a small deck over my living room & the roof under the deck always leaks. Other roofers have tried to solve the problem to no avail. Ed explained that the wood deck was damaging the roof & he provided a solution by replacing the wood with paver's. It's only been a week, but no leaks yet! Ed's estimate very good & very professional. By Tuesday the work was done.

Ed came out the day I scheduled the estimate. He was on time. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He proposed using roofing tiles so that I wouldn't have to rebuild a deck on my rear porch. Spent time going over the process with me and discussed the ins and outs. Gave me an estimate of $2525 which was the highest of the estimates received, but all others were for less than Ed's 15 year guarantee and did not include the roofing tiles option. We scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. I took the day off so that they could go through my house to get to my roof. I called the night before to confirm. Ed then called Tuesday morning at 7:15 AM to cancel the work for the day because he did not have the necessary materials. I wasn't happy about it, but we rescheduled for the following Monday. Victor and another worker came to my home before 9 AM. They worked diligently until 3 AM and finished the entire project, cleaned up, and removed all the lumber from my previous deck.

They said that they would come to do an estimate on a particular morning, and they were there that morning with the estimate. The only problem I had was with some scheduling, but they worked with me to resolve those issues. The roofer was a foreman and assured me that he would take very good care of my roof, which I believe he did. They scheduled more than enough time to do the job and finished ahead of time. They explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. They told me how to maintain my roof and that I should call the office if I had any other questions.

They did an excellent job--very clean and professional. They called the morning the skylights were in, although nobody could be home when they arrived. They got to work anyway and were extremely careful about debris falling into the house since they were not able to go inside to vacuum afterwards. The skylights look great and we haven't had any trouble with leaks.

Took off a day from work and waited for someone to show up for an estimate. No one ever showed up and I received no phone call.

Everything went well. I received a free estimate the day after I called and the roof was installed one day later. I have no complaints.

I called the office and within 48 hours an estimate was given. I spoke to the estimator and he explained exactly what the problem was and assured me that the problem was not a major one. I agreed to get the job started. By the following Monday, a person from the office called and put my roof on the schedule. The roof was repaired by the end of the week. It has rained a lot since the roof was done and no leaks!! Yahoo!!

My CityWide experience was great. Excellent communication with the estimator and the office staff, once the roofers were on site they were very respectful and nice. I was even given the opportunity to go up and inspect the job when they were all finished. I did not tell them that in a previous life I was a roofer. Their work was great and they were mindful of all the seams and areas of potential leaks. The job took about four hours to complete overall. I am pleased with their work and would recommend them. Yes, their prices are a little high, but I got 10 estimates and they came out with a competitive bid.

From my initial contact with Ed O`Neil, who looked over the job and provided a detailed written estimate that included all materials to be used, to the final installation of the new deck "City Wide", and in particular Ed O`Neil, was a pleasure to work with. All interaction with the company was very professional. Ed O`Neil was particularly patient with questions regarding the work to be performed. Ed almost always answers his cell phone, and will call back immediately if you leave a message. The installers did an excellent job and were very good about cleaning up before leaving. After speaking with 10 or more roofing companies over many years, City Wide was the only one that had a solution for resurfacing the deck and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Mr. O'Neil took pictures when he inspected the roof which showed that my chimney needed to be repaired. City Wide dosen't repair chimneys. He aslo found the source of a leak that was cause by needed brick pointing. City Wide roofers came two days later (same time as the chimney repair person) and installed the roof.
