The above provider offered me a quote on roofing. They are very professional and I had no problem with getting in touch with then and completing appointments. Althought they were punctual, and professional the estimate was slightly hight then some if it's competitors, so I didn't have them do the qork.

Everything went fine. I think that my neighbor used them and they said it was good so I used them too. My neighbor was using them and she recommended them. They were outside, I saw the truck and I asked her if it's good, she said yes then, I just took their name and number. They were good. It was raining a lot here and they couldn't come out because of rain.

They were on time with the estimate. I had used them before to install a rubber roof and new skylights on two of my houses. As with the first time they did an excellent job. They were timely and neat in completing the front roofing job. Highly recommend the company. Gave their name to some neighbors who also used them and were pleased.

Excellent work. Have recommended Citywide Roofing to several folks. Years later, even with the icy winter we had last winter, my roof has held up. So far no leaks.

Courteous staff, prompt retured phone calls; helpful to have the photos before and after since it is a roof two stories up; stuck to scheduled appointment times, kept us informed of progress before, the day of service and after the service. Issued written and emailed estimates and invoices upon completion.

It was wonderful. It was very good. The men were very professional. When they were done, there was no trash outside. It was very clean. Very nice experience. No problems and no leaks.

They did excellent work and I was very happy with the service. They also allowed me to make several payments over an extended period of time. They also responded immediately when I had a small leak. I met the owner and he was a very nice man. They sent me notification for my re-coating.

I had a problem with the one the repairmen standing on and damaging my aluminum edging that contains and guides water down the gutter. After several phone calls and messages I could not get a response. It was only after I canceled the check that someone came out to fix the problem. A gentleman came out twice and each time just put caulk on top of shingles on my roof. I'm not a roofer but I thought if the shingles were worn or damaged they should be replaced. Needless to say that did not fix the problem and the leak has gotten ten times worse. I will be calling another roofer.

The representatives & secretary to whom I spoke with were very courteous, and explained in detail what they were going to do and when. Then cleaned up and did the job in a timely matter. And gave me a good price, cause I'm a Angie's List Member.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of outstanding. I understand from their office manager that there may be some bad reviews on Angie's list in which customers have confused this company with other providers with "city" in their name. I would urge others not to believe those reviews. These guys are caring, explain everything, acted professionally and have very fair prices. When they did my whole house (flat) roof with torched-down rubber, I did a lot of shopping around and they were by far the most reasonable as well as the most responsive. I would recommend them to anyone and when this or my next house needs a new roof, these are the folks I'm going to call.

Jimmy was my contact and he was very professional. Even in the midst of making a decision he was fhe one contractor that followed up with a call. He scheduled a crew to do fhe job within two days. The work was completed the same day. Very neat, clean job.

OI contacted CityWide because my neighbor had used them install a "white" roof. Although our homes appear to be identical, my quote was $400 more than my neighbor's bill. When I asked CityWide for an explanation, the sales man/crew foreman said that I did not need a white roof, but a silver roof, which is less expensive, would be fine. I explained that I was willing to pay for a higher quality roof, but I needed to understand the difference in the quote that my neighbor received. The sales person insisted that the lower cost roofing would be fine, so I agreed to it and showed him where the leaks were in my house. It took two visits to complete the silver coat. After the silver coat, my roof still leaked, so I called City Wide for service. The crew foreman returned for two more visits to caulk. The caulking did not eliminate all of the leaks, but I did want further dealings with City Wide.

City Wide repaired my roof and my drain pipe. They men made me feel comfortable, while they talked me through the process. Some repair people talk to women like we are dumb and won't understand.Not this company, they worked with me, when I told them that I could not afford the total price of $2,500. They corrected the problem first and I will let them know when I am ready to complete the top roof which they told me was bad. I like that! The actual repair men was wonderful, they took there time and they explain the deatil of what they were doing and how. I would reconmmend to anyone. No more leaks :-)

Within two weeks of them certifying the roof, the roof started leaking and they were not willing to come out and fix the roof.

Excellent work! Estimator (Jim) came out day after call, same day pricing, worked with me to meet budget for project even after I changed scope a few times. Workers were professional and courteous, detailed work, was very clean, flashing was color matched an installed very clean straight lines, all leaks have been solved thus far, very happy with work performed I highly recommend using citywide or at least letting them give a quote I had several other companies come out, none were as quick to respond or professional in estimating process. I had a complicated issue ongoing for 2 years citywide did great work

I called for an inspection and quote. Made an appointment and no one ever called or showed up. Wasted my time. Unprofessional.

well it did not go to well. The roofer that check my roof took some pictures to show me the work that need to get done. he told me that a new coat on my roof would cost me 1700.00. then he said that I really should get a new roof, because there are holes in the back part of my roof, and that would cost me 2500. I then asked him how much it would be to replace a small roof that's an addition to the house as well. he said he could give me a deal the new roof a new skylight and the small roof would come out to 3000.00 total. that's a great price is what I'm thinking , so just in case I call another roofer to come out and this guy tell me I have no hole in my roof and all I need is a coat not a new roof. I think anyone looking to use this company should be careful..

The quote I got from the provider was quite reasonable, but just more than I could spend at the moment. They came highly recommended from a friend who had work done by them. They were prompt and could have done the work within the week. I would consider using them once my financial situation improves.

Overall it went very well. I could not ask for a better outcome.

Called Jimmy and he was out that afternoon with the best price. The work was started ina few days. Took all of 4.5 hours to complete and the work area was very clean after they finished.
