They didn't charge me anything for this service because it's included in the warranty. The leak in the roof was included, but the hole wasn't, and they did it free of charge. They are a very responsive and professional company, and I've really enjoyed working with them.

I thought they were very good. They were prompt and everything seems to be okay.

It's a very old house with gables on it, and a lot of roofing places wouldn't even touch it. City Wide was one of the only places that had done gabled roofs before so we ended up going with them. Everything went really well. We did have a couple of problems afterwards, but they came right back out and fixed them. We are absolutely satisfied with the job that they did. I would absolutely recommend them to others, as well as use them again in the future if we needed to.

The guys put a flat roof on my front porch and the back addition using a material that does not have to be coated every two years. The guy who did the estimate was great and the 2 man work crew were too. Very satisfied.

Ed O'Neill arrived on time to suit my schedule so that I could be on my way without missing too much time from the office. He was courteous and spoke to me (female) in a professional manner, without talking down to me as some men tend to do. After surveying my roof, he provided pictures showing the condition of the roof. He also asked if I was happy with the skylight in the bathroom. I already knew that access from the outside was a fairly simple matter, so I appreciated his bringing it to my attention. I did decide to have it replaced while the roof was being worked on. The workers arrived on time as scheduled. They knocked on my door to confirm that they were at the correct location and to let me know that they would be starting the job. They worked until the job was finished and left the yard in good condition; no debris was left behind. They notified me when they were finished. As I cannot see the roof, I can only depend on the recommendations I read on Angie's List and on the reputation of the company that the work was done as specified and that the 15-year guarantee will be valid. At this point, I have no reason to believe otherwise.

My experience with them has been good. They came when they said they would come. They did what they said they would do. It cost what they said it would cost. They have come back and fixed some leaks as well. We will continue to use them.

It was the best service we ever had. Ed gave us an estimate on Friday. We agreed to the price and to our astonishment, the roofers, who were friendly and did a good job cleaning up, were there the following morning, got to work and completed the job with no problems. Time will tell if our leak is gone but we are fully confident that it is. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I asked several roofers for estimates on fixing my leaking porch roof. City Wide Roofing was the most responsive and gave me the best price. One roofer said it would be impossible to fix my roof, and another wanted to rip off my siding as part of the job! City Wide accommodated my schedule to do the work, came on the day the work was scheduled, and finished the same day, cleaning up very well after themselves. There were some questions I needed to ask after the estimate was left with my husband, and the office and the estimator were very responsive and helpful in clarifying what they precisely they would be doing. They did not arrive in the morning on the day the work was scheduled and at noon I called to find out what was going on. The office was very helpful (although a call to me first would have been better) and let me know exactly when they would be there. I was also notified when they left, since I had to be out of our home while they did their work. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, the work they performed and the way they left my porch and yard. I will definitely call them again.

It went really well. They came out the day after I called to do the work. It took them one day to do the work. They were quick and they take credit cards and I like that.

They went through the ceiling in the back bedroom and it left a large hole. There were scuff marks on the walls where the guy had tried to catch himself. I had signed some papers beforehand that they were not responsible for any damage done to my house. I called them and so far nothing has been done about the hole. I guess the the shingling job was OK, but I am not happy with the customer service part of the company. They never got back to me even as far as recommending someone to fix the hole.

Very well. Citywide arrived for the initial estimate on time. Two days later they performed the job in about an hour and a half. The installers were polite and efficient. They clean-up the lawn and even took away the debris from the gutters.

I'd had a crack in my bedroom ceiling for a few years, but when it suddenly got longer and a water stain appeared, I knew it was time to call a roofer. In addition to the roof work I knew needed to be done, I'd had a squirrel take up residence under my roof by way of a hole in a wooden barge board, so that needed to be addressed too. Ed O'Neill came out promptly to give me an estimate. He was a pleasure to work with, providing copies of the company's city license and insurance info, answering all of my questions, and then providing an estimate that was lower than I'd expected. Work was scheduled promptly as well. The City Wide team was wonderful. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves.

I had a second roof evaluation from a roofer who told me I had an excellent quality hot roof that was layered and was the proper type of roofing for the pitch of my roof. He recommended a new application of silver coating and told me that was all that was needed to waterproof the surface.

I was very pleased with their work. I called them and they came out the next day for the estimate and the third day to do the repairs. I would recommend them.

Although there was an initial mix-up re: scheduling (they sent a crew a week ahead of time), they were very good at resolving their mistake. The work was done quickly and well. We are still awaiting our warranty, but otherwise have been satisfied.

Everything went well before and during the service. The price was good. The service was prompt. However, four months later leaks came back again in the same spot. It took over three weeks before they sent someone back to look at it. This person found something entirely different. I have less confidence in them this time. I will get others to look at my roof.
