He had the best review on Angie's List. My last experience with him was great. He was right on time and very friendly. He explained everything to me. I don't see bugs anymore, so things have worked. They took care of the problem for us.

Howard came out, and he was easy to work with from far away because I'm out of town. He trusted that I would send him a check. He spoke with my mom's neighbor who helped her deal with this situation, and he said Howard spent a half hour speaking with him. Howard also sent a personalized note when he sent me the bill, which I thought was nice touch.

Very solid company. All appointments kept as promised and very punctual each time. After assessing the problem he returned at dusk to deal with the hive. He then returned on two seperate days to make sure he dealt with any hornets that may not have been in the hive on the first occasion. He them followed up with a third (phone call) to make sure everything was ok. Extremely proffesional and courteous. A very positive experiance.

Mr. Richardson-El sensed the panic in my voice and put me at ease within the first two minutes of our phone call. He explained where termites live, why they swarm and let me know that Mother Nature would be the only exterminator I'd need for the next two days. I was very impressed by his clear explanation, his calm demeanor and his HONESTY. He let me know that while other exterminators routinely charge customers for killing the swarm, that it would be dead or gone within the next couple of days. We talked about scheduling an inspection and he explained what the treatment, if needed, would involve. This man truly has integrity. I would not hesitate to use his services for any future problem.

Had a problem with mice, which were found in the wall. Howard came out several times over the span of almost a month to keep checking, putting more bait and was veryp knowledgible and professional. He was punctual and if he could not come for a set appointment he usually got back to set another time. I truly appreciated his realizing my fears and concerns with the situation and he also before his final leave..patched and filled in some holes where he felt the problem was where they were coming in. Thanks Howard..Donna and I appreciate your help..so far so good since you left!

Overall, Howard was a very important resource for our family. The story is short and sweet; he came, he saw, he conquered!

I discovered bed bugs in my upstairs guest bedroom. I called Howard immediately and he called me the following day. He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the problem. He came by my house the next day to spray two of my upstairs bedrooms. He is VERY THOROUGH. He turned over every piece of furniture and sprayed every possible place that the bed bugs could be. I felt certain that they were gone, just based on the time he took to make sure the job was done right the first time. It took hours, but he is so kind and pleasant that it was a good experience, despite the horror of having bed bugs. I wasn't sure if the bugs had made it downstairs, so he told me to wait and see before I spent money on spraying the entire house. Sure enough, a week later, I found that they were downstairs as well. He was considerate of my work schedule and came back the next day and sprayed downstairs as well. I was pretty paranoid about the situation, but he was very patient, answered all my questions, and even checked different parts of the house for me, just to make sure everything was ok. Overall, he is really top notch, in terms of pest control knowledge and quality of service. And, his warm personality always made the experience much better. Most importantly, he does what he says. He said he could get rid of the bed bugs with one application per room and he did: It's been two months and they are gone! His quote was also significantly lower than the "big" pest control companies, so even though it is an expensive process, it was a great deal. I highly recommend him.

I asked him if I could call him back and he told me that I would only reach his fax machine. He quoted $289 for a one time fee for treatment for roaches and possibly mice, I thought this was incredibly high.

Howard arrived, reviewed the house, found the problem and explained what he was going to do.

Mr. Richardson was punctual and professional, and very well-informed about the least-toxic treatments possible. He was very clear on what results were reasonable to expect, and why follow-up vacuuming was essential to prevent further infestation. I would use his services again (but once has so far worked very well!) and I would recommend him to others.

When I called Howard he said that he was on another job but could come by to look at the insect in about an hour. He was on time and very friendly. He took a look and immediately told me that it was not a termite and was a harmless household pest. I had also noticed some ants near my kitchen sink over the past few days and when I explained that there were only a few at a time he said that he thought store bought traps would be sufficient. Howard never tried to sell me any services because he didn't feel I needed them. This kind of honesty is rare! He didn't even charge me for the visit. I would definitely call Howard in the future if needed.

We had previously had a more conventional exterminator to the house. The mice were not enticed by the standard traps. Howard was recommended by a co-worker and he got much better results.

Last summer we had a rat that would come and visit our kitchen cabinet at night, looking for food. Fortunately, it never made it out of the cabinet into the house, but nonetheless we called Citywide to have it taken care of. Howard was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and persistent. He also seems to truly take great satisfaction in his work. He spent a lot of time investigating our house and the possible route of entry for the rat, returning several times at no extra charge to ensure that the problem was taken care of, and was also very communicative by phone as well. Along the way, he told me many amusing stories of other pest infestations to make the situation less unpleasant. Over all a great experience.

Mr. Richardson answered and made arrangements to come to my house the very afternoon I called. He arrived on time, checked things out, both in and outside my house. He explained what the problem was, what he needed to do. He then performed the extermination. He even called several days later to follow up. He was thorough and professional and best of all, no more ants!.

Very pleasant man. Very informative. Seems to know what he was talking about. Determined I had flying ants and explained that there really not a problem as far as damage goes. Did find old termite damage, but did not find any new activity, so did not feel I had to treat. I felt he was honest and did not sell me any service that I did not need.

Mr. Richardson was very respectful and wonderful at his job. It is clear that he loves his work and I learned more about cockroaches than I wanted. But it's great to see someone enjoy their work and know that I get to benefit from it!
