Description of Work: Showed up to evaluate issue, and we agreed upon a return visit to service the issue. They were 3 1/2 hrs late, however when they showed up, all went well. They did the job I had expected. A family company who I will support. They removed 3 yellow jacket bee nests on the outside of my house with spray and then physically removed the nest once the bees vacated. |They offered further service if the bees came back free of charge.

Description of Work: Bed bug extermination. Howard answered phone when I called. He gave me a long tutorial about the problem with instructions for managing contents in my bedroom to assure that the problem would be completely eliminated. The cost quoted above takes the cost of dry cleaning and laundry into account. His charge was $295 which sounds high, but he was so thorough and professional that it was worth every penny. He also made a follow up call to get an update about the outcome and to thank me.
