Description of Work: A new garbage disposal was installed. The plumber arrived timely, was polite, answered my questions and cleaned up from his work.

Description of Work: Heater broke on weekend came out promptly temporarily bypassed problem to keep heater running had new part Monday and installed it. The problem was a broken water condensation pump on 90 percent efficient heater.

Description of Work: He missed the first appt because of a child being sick at school, but noone from the office called to let me know. Mike at the office made the 2nd appt, I waited, didn't show up; got a call confirming appt. for the next day...Mike had written it incorrectly in the calendar I did not make a third appt. Wanted to get a second opinion and estimate.

Description of Work: I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY DRAIN UNDERNEATH MY UTILITY SINK IN THE BASEMENT. A MAN CAME TO MY HOUSE LAST WEEK TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL, THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, AN ACCURATE PRICE ON THE WORK AND HOW LONG THE JOB WILL TAKE IN TIME. THE DAY HAS COME FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE. TWO MEN CAME AT THE TIME SCHEDULED, LOOKED AT THE AREA THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND EXPLAINED TO ME IN DETAIL WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. ALL WAS DONE AS EXPLAINED AT THE PRICE THAT WAS ESTIMATED AND AT THE TIME IT WAS EXPLAINED. ALL IS WELL AND MY LAUNDRY IS DONE. THANK YOU BILL FRUSCO FOR A WELL DONE JOB. NEXT TIME I WILL A HAVE A COFFEE MACHINE.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink was not draining, so I called Roto Router and they came out and gave me an estimate for $325.00 to snake the drain. I thought that was way too high, so I called Bill Frusco's. They came out and did the same job for $79.99. They are great!!!

Description of Work: He stood me up. I took the morning off work, and he didn't show up. I had to call twice to see if he was coming when he was late (the first time she said she'd call me back and didn't). The second time a woman said that they had a bunch of emergencies and I should have someone else do the work for me.
