Bill Frusco and his team of workhorses are the, hands down, most reliable plumbers I know. They stand by their work. All the specialists are very clean, respectful, and knowledgeable. I tried the handy men etc. , but always regret it, then call Bill Frusco to fix it. Great experience and so easy to set an appointment.

My husband and I have been using Frusco plumbing for the last 12 years, and my parents used them for the 20 years before that, but I am genuinely sad to say never again after a pretty unpleasant experience this week when our sewage pump went - started with the emergency service calls on Sunday night (multiple calls unreturned despite the operator saying they passed them along). Next a condescending, arrogant plumber named Mark who showed up almost 90 minutes after the estimated time he provided to the first plumber who arrived. Then Mark decided to be openly rude and disrespectful in response to my husband’s questions. (Mark told the owner that he had to be “stern” because he thought my husband wouldn’t pay the service charge- despite 12 years of plumbing projects that we’ve happily paid for fully and without argument AND at that point we had no information to even discuss a cost). Then when actually installing the new pump today, sewage “discharge” got put on our front lawn by the same person, right next to the kids’ wiffle ball bat. When we discussed this with the owner, after he chuckled at my husband’s concern, he said they aren’t sewage cleanup so he doesn’t know what to do but he’d send someone to shovel it up. While I appreciate the offer, that didn’t bring any confidence, and if you don’t know how to clean it up, maybe the plumber shouldn’t have put it on the front lawn, right? (There was another area away from the front lawn that they put it two days ago - why not there again?) But when I asked that question, that was apparently the point where the owner got too frustrated with our complaints/concerns. I also asked what the difference was between sewage contaminated sludge and “discharge” and no one could answer that either. I do believe the owner did the best he could in the situation, and he was very responsive to our concerns earlier in the week, but this was too much. The quality has definitely gone downhill.

The job went great ! Jimmy White did excellent work and was happy to answer all my questions. I had a LOT of questions. We used Frusco Plumbing years ago, and at that time I knew we found “our plumber”. Jimmy also pointed out what else we could get done and gave us an estimate WITHOUT any sales pressure or fear tactics. Our next water heater will be installed by Jimmy from Billy Frusco Plumbing guaranteed.

It was perfect and they were great.

Very well. Mr. Frusco did a wonderful job replacing my street pipes, which are my lateral, curb trap and vent. He was very attentive and easily accessible if I had any questions or concerns. I now have no leaks in my basement! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs major plumbing work in their home!!!

Arrived 90 minutes late. Cement work supposed to be completed in 2 weeks which would give the ground enough time to settle. Cement work finally completed after 8 weeks. Cement work doesn't doesn't match what was there originally. Cement on both sides of center stairs is no matching or symmetrical.

Great service! The pipe under the tub was very hard to replace, and the plumber did it with out having to tear up my ceiling to get to it!

called and got appointment for next day. My bathtub was draining very slow taking 15 minutes to clear and my kitchen sink also backed up after running 30 seconds or less. The Frusco guys arrived on time and after examining the bath drains and under my kitchen sink determined that the vent pipe was clogged up causing the drain system to get no air. Antonio and Larry quickly unclogged the vent and everything drained very rapidly. Had this problem off and on for 2 years but this was first time the problem was correctly fixed. Thank to Larry and Antonio.....

They were prompt with giving me an appt on the day I called. They were neat and clean and fixed the problem quickly. I also had an estimate for a heater replacement.

The unit is great. There was a slight issue where the unit was very heavy and a step of mine got broken, and there was an issue with a closet door of mine. They weren't the cheapest, but they were professional and did a very good job. I would use them again. If I have something that needs to be done, it'll be them.

I got proposal on 7/27 and it was installed on 7/28 in the morning at the time promised. Left everything clean after removing old water heater and installing new one located on the 2nd floor.

The main sewer line in my mom’s house had failed resulting in a backup into the house. I solicited estimates from two Angie’s List plumbers, Bill Frusco and another plumber. I would have been happy to go with either plumber in that the initial bids were within $200 of each other and I had confidence that either could do the work effectively. However, the first thing Monday morning after the Saturday when the job was estimated, Bill personally called me to let me know that his bid was $1,000 higher due to a miscommunication between him and his estimator. Bill was very transparent in explaining what happened and also offered (at my prodding) his thoughts on what now made the difference between the two bids $1,2000. His candor and customer service were exceptional and we awarded him the work. One item of note. His estimator, John, clearly called out that a tree on my mom’s lawn would need to be taken down in order to replace the sewer line. This tree was very dear to my mom, but John was firm in that it would need to go. The other estimator was more equivocal about the tree (“we may be able to work around it”). After having seen the job myself, I now know that John was correct. I think the other contractor may have been offering some false hope in order to gain advantage. I really appreciated John’s candor. He was right. That tree would never have survived the digging and needed to come down. The process of replacing the pipe was large, long, and dirty. But Bill’s crew worked very hard and completed the job in one long 13-hour day. They did a great job! Other than new construction or a major rehab, I am not sure that any plumbing job could be any larger than this. Bill’s entire team, from John, to the construction crew, to the ladies in the office, all did a great job. They were professional, courteous, and helpful. Frusco Plumbing did a great job on this project and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for this or any other plumbing work.

Why would a company be so eager to respond to a job request and never follow up on it? Whatever reason, it speaks quite poorly of the management of this company.
