Description of Work: We used Frusco plumbing after our regular plumber referred us to them for trap work outside of the house. They provided horrible customer service and left us with a giant hole in our sidewalk for over three months while we waited for them to cement it over. They missed appointments, no one is on the same page and when they said that we had a break in our main and they needed to dig up our driveway to repair it they were quick to give us a $4000 estimate instead of properly troubleshooting our issue. It was a good thing we got a second opinion because it turned out they never properly cleaned our line the first time and we didn't need to have the driveway done (probably never needed the traps done). We will never use them again and neither will any of our neighbors because of the issues we had. We told them we would be happy to discuss our disappointment with them on two of their customer service survey's but they never reached.

Description of Work: I bought a new gas range from Lowes they delivered it but would not install because i had a shut off valve in the basement and not directly at the stove.they told me to call a plumber,so i called Fruscos. they came the next day They installed the valve, unpacked my range set it up and made sure everything was working .they cleaned up and finished in less than an hour. GREAT JOB!

Description of Work: Bill Frusco was extremely helpful. Although we ended up not using the service at this time, he listened to the issues and offered suggestions including offering to come to a multifamily condo in town which he usually does not do. He was accommodating and indicated a reasonable fee for his "diagnostic" service. If it ends up we need a plumber, I would definitely call him again!

EACH TIME I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEIR CRAFTSPEOPLE AT MY PROJECT, THEY WERE THERE AHEAD OF THE APPOINTED TIME. THE STAFF IS COURTEOUS, NO PRESSURE AND THEY KNOW THEIR CRAFT. I HAD RECEIVED OTHER BIDS FOR THIS WORK AND EACH WAS MUCH HIGHER. I HAD TO POSTPONE THE FIRST JOB TWICE BECAUSE OF CONFLICTING RESPONSIBILITIES AND EACH TIME, ROSE DITRICH WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND COURTEOUS. WHEN I WAS READY TO RESCHEDULE, IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. THEY HAVE COMPLETED TWO ADDITIONAL PROJECTS FOR ME SINCE THIS FIRST ONE AND THEY ARE STILL PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NEAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

WHEN I TALKED THE PRICE OVER WITH MY FATHER AFTER I HAD PAID, HE FELT IT WAS HIGH, SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE PRICE TO MAKE SURE I WAS CHARGED CORRECTLY. THEY SAID I WAS OVER CHARGED $70. THEY DID SEND ME A REFUND OF THAT AMOUNT.

INSTALLED 40 GALLON SHORT HOT WATER HEATER WITH GAS LINES AND WATER LINES. INSTALLED NEW THERMOSTAT. REMOVED OIL BOILER FROM PREMISES.
