Arrived early for the job and started right away. they hit a few snags but got the job done and i have a brand new water line with new shut off valve. seems the entire neighborhood is having the same problem. i was so nervous all day about this but mark was great and got the job done with his 2 workers. i also hired them again for a new water heater. the gentleman came out early and got us hooked up with a brand new bradford hot water heater in no time. 3rd time we had a faucet that leaked and we had a hard time replacing on our own. we had to shut the water off and decided to make an emergency call. we waited hours on a sunday and ended up calling another plumber. we finally got a call back in the afternoon and was told there was a problem with this guys voice mail and he didn't get any messages. by then it was too late and we called another plumber. i would definitely call them again though and would recommend. price was a bit higher than your average joe blow but you get a guarantee on the work and they clean up.

Great customer service and technician who came to install the heater was very professional. noticed hot water was taking a bit longer to arrive at tap and also it appeared we didn't have enough hot water. Called Frusco and they person who answers the phone is a delight to deal with. Asked if it was an emergency because she would arrange someone to be out same day - but assured her it wasn't so we made an appointment for Saturday@ 2 PM. They caled at 1 PM to say they'd be there by 2 PM and they showed at 1:50. Gotta love promptness. The came into house to see what they'd need to move or relocate to get job done. Emptied old heater of water, installed new heater and discussed how to operate and care for it. The plumber who did the work left the job site cleaner than when he arrived and they took the old heater away.

Crews were on time, professional and courteous. Couldn't have asked for more!

I woke up on this particular morning to about 2 inches of water in our finished basement, thanks to a leaking saddle valve that I had self installed from Lowes about a week prior. The plastic piping had disconnected from the valve resulting in a constant stream of water filling our basement. After turning off the water to our home and unplugging electronics I searched Angie's list for a reputable plumber in the area while my wife started vacuuming up the water. I called Bill Fusco plumbing and was told that the earliest someone could be there was later that afternoon. While I was hoping someone would come right out, I knew that after we cleaned up the basement my wife and i would have to go to work anyway so I was fine with this arrangement. Around 6pm, the plumber, Mark, showed up and I took him down in the basement to show him what was wrong. I wanted him to replace the saddle valve with a normal valve to prevent leaks in the future. He explained to me that saddle valves were fine and that I had just installed it wrong. Apparently I had not made sure the plastic tubing was inserted into the valve all the way, so over the week the water pressure was gradually pushing on the edge of the tubing, and eventually pushed it out of the compression fitting. I felt like an idiot, but I guess that's what happens when you're following instructions that are written in broken English at best. Mark quickly grabbed a new compression fitting, trimmed the plastic tubing, put some plumbers grease and reinstalled the tube. At my request, he checked the connection on the back of the refrigerator and told me that there was no issues there. I would estimate that he was at my house for between 15 and 30 minutes for this service call. I felt like a bigger idiot when he told me the price tag for the work - $145! I asked him if that was the normal price for such a small repair. He informed me that yes, this was the price for repairs involving refrigerator hookups. I guess even though I did the bulk of the work, he insisted on charging me the full price for a refrigerator hookup. I didn't think that was fair nor professional. I didn't fight with him over the fee because at the time I just wanted the whole process to be over. I do not plan to use this plumber again. The last thing I wanted to do after cleaning up the mess from a flooded basement was to dish out $145 for such a simple repair.

They did not tamp the dirt properly and the driveway started sinking over a period of time. They came back but only to dump four shovels temporary asphalt and did not tamp it or prepare it properly. The driveway is still sinking.

I would not call any other plumber. Frusco is # 1 in my book.

I wanted to replace the main sewer pipe outside of my house because it was old and I was getting cement work done at the same time. After they replaced the main sewer pipe outside of the house, the same pipe inside the house need to be replaced and they did that also.

The whole thing from the emergency service on Saturday evening to the work to remove and replace the sewer pipe went very well. The removal of the tree and taking out the pipe (and some other pipes that near the sewer pipe) was a massive job. There whole crew were very professional, very nice, and knew exactly what they were doing. They also did a very good clean-up job.

I am not that thrilled about their work; but it is adequate. What happens it that the owner sends his people out; they quote the job and write up the work order. Then the owner, Frusco, calls and says he can't sell the job for that; it has happened on a couple of occasions. They have done work for me a couple of times and I am not sure whether I will use them again in the future.

First event - Contacted them regarding a leaky pipe in the basement. They came out, assessed the problem quickly, replaced part of one pipe, installed a new valve and the problem was resolved. They charged us less than a previous quote from another plumber (not on Angie's list) in which we were told multiple pipes and valves had to be replaced at almost double the cost we paid Frusco plumbing. Second event was in August 2012 - Completely different experience. Our kitchen sink was draining slowly. Told us snaking it would resolve the problem - it did not. They next identified the problem as coming from the stack and said it needed to be replaced. It was replaced and still the sink would not drain properly. Finally, The problem was identified as being associated with the pipe under the basement floor. They dug up the basement and replaced the pipe - that worked. We went from about $150 cost to $2700. In hindslight we should have stopped after the drain snaking did not work and get a second opinion. The basement pipe may have been the problem all along and if it was diagnosed correctly initially we may have save some money.

great company. quick response, when they say that they will be there at a certain time, they are there. AAAAAAA++++++

He was prompt; coming the same day I called him. He cleaned up well after himself. He was very professional and the service was excellent.

The work took 3 days. It was done very professionally. The supervisor checked in everyday. Everything was done to our extreme satisfaction.

The receptionist set up our appointment for 10:30 a.m Friday. She called & told us the plumber was on his way. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do &the cost. We were very satisfied with his work.

The furnace went out in our rental home. We called several plumbers and heating companies and couldn't get anyone out for a weekend emergency call because we didn't have a preexisting contract with anyone. Bill Frusco's company was recommended to us by our friends who put us up overnight. They sent someone out immediately. They assessed the problem and tried to fix it, but had to return the next day, which they did promptly and fixed the problem quickly. All in all, a great experience.

i called at 2:30 pm rep on phone said she could have someone at my home by 3:30- 4 o'clock he arrived at 3:05 and was completed by 4:15 neat professional friendly serviceman i would definetly hire them again

I've used them before for plumbing as well as heating/AC issues. They are always very nice and accommodating. I was hoping to schedule them the same day I had an electrican coming to limit my time off work. That wasn't possible so they scheduled me on a Saturday. The gentleman showed up on time, looked at the work and gave me an estimate. I felt like it was a little high for the work involved but I had them do it. In the three or so years I've been using them, I feel like their prices have been going up each time I call. But, finding someone who is reliable and professional means a lot.

When I flushed my toilet and heard the bathroom sink gurgle, I knew it was time to call Bill Frusco. His employees had worked in my home before. Bill told me that he suspected a clogged drain and that snaking should do the trick, but that he'd send someone out the assess the situation. He told me that he wasn't sure if his drain cleaner needed access to the garage or just the drain in front of the house, making timing tricky since my garage door was being replaced. We arranged for a visit time and his receptionist even called me to say that someone was on the way. When Mark arrived, he knew exactly what to do, first trying the toilet to hear what I heard and then going out front to see if he could hear clearance of the drain. He said that the drain in front needed snaking and that he could do this quickly. After snaking the drain, he asked me to flush the toilet so that he could hear if the drain was clear. It was and he made it look so easy! I asked if I also needed a new toilet and he said, "Not unless you'd like to redecorate." He could have sold me anything but was honest. Mark was pleasant and professional, and he answered my questions. The charge of $79 was a new, lower price due to the popularity of coupons that Bill ran on his website. It was worth the charge to have someone like Mark come out and ease my mind. I called Bill to let him know that everything had gone well. When I upgrade my bathroom and laundry room sink, Mark will be back to help out.

They were prompt, courteous and very quick. They also clean up, they did well. I know I found a plumbing company that I will use again and that I can trust.

This happened over the Labor Day holiday and they asked if I could wait or not. They were very punctual. The plumber was knowledgeable about the type of home I lived in and the types of pipes. He made me very aware of the issues and gave me the option to have the work done or not. He was courteous and personable and told his apprentice not to slam doors. I had spoke with Bill Frusco and he was very concerned about their quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. I have used them for multiple plumbing issues and know that I can call them if anything goes wrong. Also, the receptionist is very nice and honest about their time line.

We could have been killed by the shoddy work that this contractor did. The gas company told us that our lives were in danger because of the incomplete job that Bill Frusco did. He was dishonest and tried to sell us a new furnace when all we needed was to have it cleaned. He lied to us and took our money before we knew the work wasn't complete.

Excellent job. Arrived for estimate on time and after job was scheduled. Day of the work, they arrived on time and left work site cleaner than they found it.

I asked him to run the larger snake but he needed help with it. He would not run a snake from the street access. I will not use this company again.

I got the recommendation from a neighbor. They came on time, right away, and estimated the cost. It was exactly what they ended up charging. They should have probably charged a little more than then did. They were very pleasant and professional. The plumber brought an apprentice. I had to ask the apprentice to clean up after himself. That was minor compared to what it could have been. I provided the parts. I would absolutely use them again. There was a little dripping afterward but it may just be the old toilet. They answered all my questions.
