Had a new furnace and AC installed. Service was great. Equipment is great. Price was great. The crew was polite and didn't leave a mess. Would definitely do business with them again!

pros- fast response for calls and service cons- miss diagnosed problem smoking breaks outside house during job sent different rep every time so had to re explain situation. took four visits before giving up on finding leak sold me a new drain when the leak was coming from the caulking around tub

Charged $65 and it's never worked properly, Had them come back once already. Believe it's a simple job that simply was not performed correctly, with very cheap parts.

They promised a price of $500 for a service but then asked for a rip-off of about $1500. They advised they cannot do the service two days before the schedule.

It was fine. He was really nice. It wasn't much. I think price was fair. Quality was good. I would definitely call them again. They were very responsive.

Mark and Nick were extremely professional yet thorough and friendly. They wore shoe covers which they took on/off whilst in or out of the house. They cleaned up after themselves. I'd highly recommend them. They were my 3rd estimate for the drain cleaning. I'm retired so the price was an obvious concern for me. They were the most reasonable but weren't pushy. The other 2 plumbers tried to pressure me into the utilizing a camera to visualize pipe and use high pressure water to flush out the blockage, but Frusco Plumbing methodically and systematically approached the clog without the hard sell.

The work performed was done professionally and in a timely fashion. They also pulled the proper permits from the city as they were supposed to.

The company arrived on time, though the plumber was not the same as who provided the estimate; as such, we walked around the house so I could show him what work needed to get done. When we got to the bathroom, he asked if the other plumber had removed the access panel to see that the pipe was iron. He stated that the repairs could not be made to the iron pipe and that it would need to be replaced for an additional $285 on top of the estimate. I wasn't happy with that, but knowing that the repairs needed to get done, I gave my consent to move ahead with the repairs. The plumber (who never did introduce himself until I asked him as he was leaving) worked professionally and neatly. He cleaned up the areas though he did leave the water buckets in the basement, which I had to dump (not a big deal). There were no other surprise charges so the final price was the estimate plus the $285. The company did quality work, though their pricing is higher than I'd prefer.

They were extremely punctual. They were very responsive on getting anything that needed to get address done. They did an excellent job with the entire job. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. They did everything on time. They charged my exactly what the estimate was, no hidden coasts. They are very professional, and I will use them again.

Everything went great! Called the office got an appointment quickly. Mom received a call when plumber was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and also in a Bill Frusco truck. So mom wasn't afraid to let plumber in to start the job. She said he was very nice and professional. Took the time to answer her questions. Even cleaned up after the hot water heater was installed! Great job done by Bill Frusco plumbing!!! Thank for taking care of mom!!! We will definitely call you in the future.

Very well as far as the workmanship

They were prompt and whatever, but my husband wasn't happy with them because after they installed the toilet, the pipe broke and we had water, but they came back. I had just been in the bathroom and then the cat was in the hallway crying and I went in the hallway to see why he was crying and there was water everywhere. But then, they came right out and they fixed it and they sent an adjuster. I didn't have an issue with them, but my husband was not happy. We had the water heater too. I didn't like the way that was installed, but they came back. Would I use them again? No. I just saw their advertisement and called them and I was happy with the vanity and the toilet and the job and the people, until the water pipe broke. My husband was upset over that. I don't know why that broke or what happened, but where the toilet was into the wall, that pipe in the wall broke. But I had them come back to put in the water heater. But I didn't like that installation at all. They tried, I guess. They were a little expensive, I don't know. They were very nice.

Our central wasn't working so I called Bill Frusco and they said they would be out tomorrow (6/29). they called me in the morning and said that I was on the schedule. they called and told me the guys were on their way. The two guys arrived and went right to work. they found the problem and replaced the start-up capacitor, the whole job took about 45 minutes. . He came in and wrote up the bill for $400. I had the same thing replace a year ago and it cost me $125, I told the tech how shocked I was at the price but air was running so I paid them and off they went. I called the company to complain and ask about the fact that the $125 service fee would be applied to the work if they did the repair work. I was told that the $125 came off the bill, meaning it would have cost $525 for this repair.

went well. worked quickly. cleaned up completely. work included re-concreting sidewalk.

Bill was a little late for the appointment but he called and let us know the estimated time of waiting, which was quite accurate. We end up not hiring him to do the work but will use his service in the future.

I was unable to turn off the hot water tap in my bathroom. I called Bill Frusco and a technician (Cory) was on his way within an hour! Cory was kind enough to explain that the fixture in place was an off brand that had been discontinued (which would explain why it had been deep discounted when we bought it at a box store!). He suggested that we could go and find a Delta product that fit within our budget and he would install. Truth - it's our kid's bathroom. What Cory had with him was just fine. But isn't it lovely to be offered options! Great service - as always. This is why we have been - and will continue to use - Frusco Plumbing.

Mark arrived on time, he was very friendly got right down to work, because of his expertiece things went quickly, cleanl,y and perfectly. Mark also asked about other services they had provided and if things were still good. The price was exactly what was quoted, no hidden fees. They are the only Plumbers I will allow in my house because they are very honest friendly and competent.
