Description of Work: Old tank water heater broke, had new tankless system installed. Initially got an estimate that was $500-1000 less than others. The crew showed up 2 days later, on time, to install the system. They spent extra hours trying to get the unit to work, which had a wiring issue. They left late and said they would return the next day to fix when they could get manufacturer to help. They showed up next afternoon and got the unit working within 1-2 hours. Professional and congenial guys, water heater works. They did a great job and were very professional in behavior. Will definitely call them again if/when need plumbing help. Overall the company was pleasant, timely, and economical.

Description of Work: I had taken my time to drive to Philadelphia to meet them. Instead of the boss coming out they sent one of their younger employees who informed me that he couldn't give me the estimate, I'd have to meet with the boss. I called them to tell them I was ready to meet them again asap and they never returned my call until about a week later. At that point I told them I was no longer interested in working with them, since it needed to be done as soon as possible.

Description of Work: Replaced curb trap: The plumber dug out old broken piping and replaced it with new set. They had to break a part of the driveway to get to the pipe. Our contract stated that they'll come back in 3 weeks to recement the broken driveway. The dirt needs to settle first.
