They have always been great. They are very fast. I have never had any problems with them. They will not to over charge you. They came the same day and I did not have to wait.

The were excellent. They came the same day. They evaluated, left to get the part and came back fixed the problem. They were very nice. I would definitely recommend and will use them in the future.

We discovered a leak in our dining room wall on Labor Day. Water was dripping behind the wall, soaking through the floor and into the basement below. Best Choice was not the first plumber I called, but they were the first to say they would handle an emergency call on a holiday. They promised a plumber within an hour, and he arrived just a few minutes after an hour had passed. He found a small hole in one of the pipes running through the wall and recommended that we replace the entire pipe rather than simply patching the hole. Most likely we would have saved money if we had decided simply to patch the pipe and then call our regular plumber to replace it later, but we really wanted the problem fixed immediately. The work was completed within a couple of hours (the plumber had to go out to get supplies before doing the work). We also agreed to pay an extra $100 to have the wallboard replaced and spackled. The next day we got a call from Best Choice checking on the work. We were pleased with the prompt resolution of our emergency!

Everything was good. They did the job well, showed up on time and got the job done in a timely fashion.

It took several weeks to get the plumbers to come and several times they said they were coming but didn't show up. Finally, they came one day (3 hours late). We had a problem with our garbage disposal and they examined it and suggested installing a new one. We set a date and schedule with them; they unclogged the sink and were going to charge everything the day they installed the garbage disposal. They never showed up. We had had a good experience last year with this company, but this time, we got stuck waiting for them so many times that we would never recommend them again.

Both of the above mentioned jobs were completed to my satisfaction. The representative from Best Choice offered an excellent solution to what I thought would be a costly project relating to a water shut off valve. He saved me money and time. Upon completion of both jobs the workmen cleaned up after themselves. As a result of the service I received I will certainly make them my plumbers of choice for any future plumbing issues I encounter.

He came out first thing in the morning, unclogged the drain, and everything has been working since. They charged me way less than anyone else and did a really great job. They were in and out in 15 minutes.

It was fine. They did a good job. No complaints. Reasonable price.

Called for an appointment, and phone was promptly answered by a person. She was able to give me an estimate of how much the job would cost based on problem, and was able to schedule me very quickly. She called the day of the job to tell me the plumber was on his way, although he was about a half hour late. Plumber and helper arrived and were both very polite. Spent about 30 to 40 minutes fixing problem.

They arrived promptly, Bob answered all my questions. They were courteous and polite.

They were quick, and the price was right.

We called and they were very responsive. The people in the office kept us informed on whether the plumbers would be able to come. They came within the time frame we requested and were very efficient and professional. We thought it would require a bigger repair job, but Ray and his assistant gave us their opinion and fixed the problem perfectly. We paid $300 just for the caulking, but overall it was worth it. Also, they made a mistake when they changed our faucet and resolved the problem the following day.

Called many plumbers and Best Choice was first to call back and commit to sending a plumber. From first call it took about 1 hour for them to arrive and examine the situation. Estimate was given upon examination and seemed very reasonable considering the circumstances.

I called around 10 am, they were there and done by noon. Very quick and courteous. I will use again in the future.

They gave me a day and they came out on that day for the estimate. The guy got caught up in traffic and they kept in contact with me at all times. They gave me an estimate, came out on time, did the job, and left. Gave me another estimate for another job in writing. They very professional and efficient.
