Description of Work: Installed new water heater the day the old one went bad.

Description of Work: Andy and his crew removed and replaced our furnance and central air conditioning. They were right on with their quote and arrived on time! Andy was extremely helpful in choosing the right equipment and worked within our budget. They cleaned up after the installation and left the basement the way they found it! Overall I would highly recommend Andy's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!!

Description of Work: Andy has responded quickly and courteously to my calls several times. We own a rental property next door, and our contractor was a conman who ran out on us and left behind a bad plumbing job in the bathroom. Andy came when we called about a leaky tub. Instead of recommending we completely redo the bathroom, he commiserated with me, and then mapped out a plan to nurse our quirky bathroom along until we are ready for a plumbing overhaul. As he was walking through the basement, he discovered a leak in a pipe and fixed it--no charge. He's come to fix our heater and our hot water heater. He's also unclogged our toilet. He has a very nice associate who is also very knowledgable and competent. I will call Andy to redo the bathroom when he tells me it's time. A lot of people on our block use Andy.

Description of Work: We called very early in the morning when we found water leaking from the third to the second floor bathroom. Andy responded quickly, squeezed us in in the morning, and was very friendly to my fiancee. He quickly determined the cause: leaky toilet due to bad bolts, and fixed it very quickly. He also helped by advising us about water heater replacements and he unclogged a slow drain for free.

Description of Work: The main drainage pipe in my basement cracked. I called about 8PM when I discovered my basement flooded. Andy came the next morning to look at it. He had several jobs already scheduled that day, but he squeezed me into his schedule. He came back later in the afternoon to replace that pipe and 2 other really old ones. He did a great job and left everything very clean. I could not use any water in my house so I was grateful he was able to fix the problem so quickly.
