They came out and repaired the door, however after they left we noticed it wasn't fixed. They replaced the screen but they didn't put it in correctly. The actual screen didn't fit the frame of the door leaving an opening/ or gap where the screen and frame meet together. My husband called because this issue needed to be resolved. The representative of this company agreed to come back out, but he said would come out sometime between Friday-Sunday but they never showed up. We left a few other messages and cannot get anyone to respond.

America's Best was good. They did the job as they said they were going to do and it worked out great. They had good price.

The project was reasonably smooth. They came within 15 minutes of when they said they would be at our house. They did a good job of telling us what they needed from us and then staying out of our way.

It did take some time to get scheduled, the quality of work was very good. The tech was very professional and didn't take long.

This deal was refunded back to me. They were confusing and they didn't call me back.

They were good, there was an area they had missed and they called them and they were very responsive, came out and redid it and there was no additional charge. There were gutters that they were cleaning some were partially hidden from their view so when I pointed it out they were very good about coming back out. They did a good job, the people that came out were very professional and polite. The price was excellent.

They called and cancelled the day before they were scheduled to come out and complete the service and they were not going to be able to do the job anytime soon. I am getting my Big Deal refunded.

The service was really good, on time, quick and they're easy to work with. I think they did the work for an hour or two.

I scheduled this in Feb to be done after my pool was open. I received the quote of $250 and called and questioned the amount b/c I thought it was extremely cheap. Their response was that it was right and they would guarantee the work. They subcontract the work out as they are located in CA. I felt bad for the guy doing the job as he had no idea what the job looked like prior. Upon showing up to do the work, I was told that they estimated wrong and I should have been charged $1400. I agreed to $500 for the job. They never finished the job and I was never contacted to reschedule for another day.

America's Best, Inc. did a great job. I did have one issue. I've got a six panel door, with six windows on it. I told him if it's got glass on it, clean it. So he counted this little glass panels on the door as six windows. We kind of went back and forth, but I think he cut me a break. That wasn't clear. I also thought that one window would include both the inside and the outside, but they said that counted as two windows.

They did a good job cleaning my windows! They looked wonderful when they were done!

They were great. They are right on time. They did exactly what they said they’re gonna do. They were courteous. They clean up after themselves. When they left the only thing they left behind was my beautiful cleaned house.

they were responsive in setting up the initial appt and did call to reschedule due to the weather. For the rescheduled appt, they called the night before and said they could not make it because the person doing the work had a family emergency and was not going to be able to make it. They wanted to reschedule for a week later but i had guests and a graduation party before then and i wanted to try to get the windows clean in advance of the festivities. I chose to go with another company after i again reviewed Angie's list and noted that within my area this was a constant theme of their rescheduling and not showing up.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was all right and the job he did was okay. He was a local guy. The only bad comment was that he had a foul mouth and he felt comfortable using it around me. He did a good job. It is a big place and I've never had it done before. It seems to be clean. He didn't leave a mess and he cleaned up after himself. The price was good for what I had done.

America's Best, Inc work turned out just fine. They were very good. Their price and quality was excellent. Great responsiveness and professionalism. I would recommend them.

They were professional, it was well run.

I had three appointments scheduled. Each time was a different excuse as to why they could not do the work. The third appointment they said they were going to be late and didn't even bother to show up or call. I contacted Angie's List for assistance.

After America's Best rescheduled my appointment 4 times I've given up on getting my windows washed and my house powerwashed and asked Angie's List for a refund of my 'Big Deal.' Rescheduling a appointment four times within a 2 month period is unacceptable, especially when this required me to take time off from work.

I hired America's Best, Inc. but a truck pulled up with a different name. Surprised. They came over an hour late (did not call ahead) and it was almost dark out. There were about 4 of them and they worked furiously to get any daylight outside they could and also admitted it had been a long day and were anxious to get home. I had windows cleaned inside and out, the skylight (hurray), and all the screens for those windows. I had to put the screens back myself. They did not clean the inside sills which I did when I put the screens back. I asked about it but they said they don't include them. I always do as there is plenty of pollen and dead bugs/webs. Weird. Windowsn did look good.

Called them Monday and they were able to make it out on Friday. They were very prompt and showed up 10 minutes early. They quickly filled their buckets and got to work. They had a team of 3 people that worked around the house very quickly. They did a nice job. The only negative is that I wish they would have clearned the window sills also. The dirt builds up there when the screen are in and I took all the screens out prior to their arrival. Some of them were clean and others were still very dirtly. The entire staff was pleasant and efficient.

Overall, they were very friendly and easy to deal with. I had to reschedule my appointment due to rain, then had to reschedule again due to their overloaded schedule. They accommodated by getting a crew to work on Palm Sunday. Except that the "crew" that arrived was only 1 man and his wife. I have a two story house and the guy shows up with a 15' ladder. So, he had to borrow my 30' ladder. Now, the reason I hired a professional pressure-washing company was because I thought they would have their own ladders and the extension wands to reach the high places. It took that one guy about 4 hours to do the job and he really worked his tail-off. So, if you make an appointment, I suggest that you describe what needs to be done and the dimensions of your house.

The gutter cleaning was scheduled for late December, but due to poor weather it had to be postponed. Unfortunately, they could not reschedule the work until late January. However, their communication about the needed delay was good and they then performed the cleaning well on the rescheduled date about a month later.

The head local contrractor (its a nat'l company but they contract locally, and the contracor gets --according to him-- a rather small percentage) showed up precisely on time on a Saturday, as scheduled, but alone. He said he could not get assistants on the weekend (it was Easter, but they had scheduled) so could not do the 3rd floor (ladder) work and would have to come back. He worked for about two hours, did the ground floor, and then left mid-afternoon. Fortunately I was taking monday off from work and could meet them. However, he returned alone again (only a half hour late). It took from 7:30 until 2:00pm for him to finish. Part of that time I had to hold his ladder, and also proffer advice on how to reach some of the windows. I basically worked myself as his assistant for about three hours, neglecting what I had taken the day off to do. He did a lot and it is an old house so difficult to access in places. He was reasonably careful although did seriously scratch/chip the newly painted sills in a few places (in one case a large gouge on a radiator cover from settingdown the storm window corner). The contractor gave me lots of time in the end, and did try hard (at risk of his life), although he talked nonstop and by the end I wanted to muzzle him. However, the primary problem was the company. If I had not fortunitously been taking a day off I could not have accomodated them-- they clearly overcommitted themselves (the company,which does the scheduling, not the contractor) . I had contracted them to do the screens as well but finally couldn't stand it and told him to forget the screens. I havent yet confirmed the price.
