They grabbed the stuff and then kind of just dropped it in there. So, the clean up wasn't that good. I took them off the big deal and contacted them. They presented themselves okay. The cost was good.

They were ok. They were not able to do all the windows. They were very friendly and they did not come with enough equipment to do a thorough job. They had to use some of my equipment to do some of the windows. I think as a company they were just being started.

The service went fine. We did not have any issues. Everything went as expected. I used the Deal right away after purchasing it. There were no additional fees to the $99 Big Deal.

Their offices are in California and I did not get the message, I had already taken the day off and used a vacation day. I couldn't reach anyone until noon, which was stressful because I didnt know what was going on and why they had not shown up. Two men in a regular pickup with a regular ladder finally came out to clean my windows, they couldnt even reach a light fixture becasue they were not prepared. For the second floor windows they had to come into the house and clean them from the inside because their ladder did not reach the windows. The quality of their work was average at best.

The big deal turned out fine, they did a fine job. There were no extra charges. The price was very good, and they were here immediately.

Solid work, but, even with the Angie's List coupon, the cost was fairly high for the work done.

I do remember they did a very good job. Well, I also have the sunroom of course which of course a lot of glass in it and so put that and they did the whole house and I was very pleased with their services. I really don’t remember if there is an extra fee because it was so far back but I am pretty sure that that was included.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were absolutely wonderful. Actually while they were out here, they got other work. I was at home and came home at lunch to check on it. It was was very clean and he really cleaned the siding very well. He didn't mess up the flowerbeds and he left everything as he saw it. He was very quick and very thorough. He called immediately and came out immediately.

They are window cleaners who were enlisted to do gutter cleaning. THey had no tool we supplied brooms for the clean up. They could not answer questions about our gutters. Spoke broken English

I purchased the big deal and it was fine. I have gutter guards and they didn't remove the gutter guards but they cleaned it and did what they could do. If they had to remove the gutter guards it would have been significantly more expensive but they were fast and did okay. It was timely.
