Description of Work: Terrible. I e-mailed to ask for a service date. The company responded days later by leaving a voice mail message with a date that they never asked me about. When I called back to reschedule, the company rep said didn't know when they could come and after asking form my address then said there would be an extra charge because my location was outside their service area. When I pointed out that this was not in the "Fine Print" and that I would not pay the extra charge because it was not specified, she said that she would have to check with her boss saying she would call me back shortly, implying it would be that day. She never called back. Customer service was poor, unprofessional, dishonest and non-responsive.

Description of Work: Company was NO SHOW, after I paid in full! Angie's List should refund my money and I will probably cancel Angie's List service due to the poor vetting process of the vendors offering services on the site.

Description of Work: How did it go??? it didn't. Company was a no show and a no call. I did call them after getting their number from Angie's List. They gave me a lame excuse for not showing up. They could have called. My appointment was between 8 and 11. I will not deal with them again. Fortunately, I saw another window washer at a neighbor's home today and he came over and performed the job today.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for pressure washing. My house looked like nothing was dont to it at all. They were very courteous but I've pressure washed it myself and gotten a better result. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned all my windows and did some extra windows also. Very nice company and nice people. The vendor that does the scheduling for the window washers was very, very, very bad!! But the people that did the work were great.

Description of Work: A courteous window washer who performed the cleaning resulting in shining windows. At a fair price!

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning service. These folks handled everything very professionally in setting up the appt., call day before to remind and resetting the appt due to bad weather that prevented them from performing the task at hand. when the folks came back , the second time I was not thereat the beginning.....no one was. So when I arrived, they were thru as far as I could tell. The fellow supervising was in a hurry. I was glad to have the leaves removed. etc. He told me that there was going to be a balance due, because we had more gutter length to clean than the deal was set to cover....I expected that. the deal was for $99. The workman didn't give me the balance. said that they would call me. they did 3 or 4 business days later......$475 additional. I was not too happy, but shame on me I should have been more aware of the details. But for the price, I discovered that they were supposed to clean the leaves up that were removed from the gutter.....they did not the clumps of leaves were all over the flower beds the side walks and the drive.....it really was a pretty good mess. Additionally, they were contracted to clean out the downspouts w/ a hose.....that did not take place either. When addressed this with the folks that I had paid, they said,"well, if I had posed this concern on the day of the cleaning....they could have done something about it, not the 3 or 4 days later. Seems to me that either they performed there duties according to the agreement or they didn't. And they only did part of the agreed to services. If I had paid only the $99, that would have been one thing......but it was about 5 times that. Not happy, can not recommend to any one, sorry.

Description of Work: I used them for power washing my stucco and cleaning my windows. They got most of the grime off, but there was a section that he was unable to remove. I asked if they could remove it of with chemicals and asked for an estimate for this section alone, but have not heard back since. The rest of the work was done to my satisfaction and the crew was quite nice and friendly

Description of Work: There was an initial problem with scheduling. Due to a broken down truck, I was told that I would need to reschedule. I was not happy because I was hosting a large party that weekend. After several calls to their organization (only phone contact for them was on the west coast , so I couldn't reach a live person until after 11 am EDT) When I finally reached the owner he was very apologetic, and did some schedule maneuvering to fit me in the following day. They came on Friday, did a great job, and I had sparking clean windows the next day. They had just started service in the Philadelphia region so hopefully business is going more smoothy now. I would definitely have them back.

Description of Work: The Angie's Big Deal was great... 20 windows for $99! A team of 3 washed the outside of 20 windows... they did the second floor windows, too... brought ladders, cloths, buckets, and soap... the windows look squeaky clean!
