It went well, no problems.

They didn’t make it clear that they considered each side of a window 1 window.

They were 40 minutes late, but got right to work. House looks much better.

Everything went okay. The siding was okay, but the windows were very good.

They were fine. Perhaps I have unreasonable expectations but I didn't expect to spend 300 or so when I'd spent 99 for their offer. still, once they had started on our windows, it made sense to let them continue and finish. I don't like these Angies' List "introductory offers" though; one generally spends more than one expects.

It went very well. It was easy to schedule. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do and the price was right.

Russ from America's Best did a great job. They were very courteous, kind, and came in the time frame given. I was very happy with them. They had warned me on the phone that it was going to cost me $.20 per screen removal so I had taken them down and when he got there he said that it wasn't a cost. I liked the people I worked with. No complaints and I was happy with the price. Very courteous. They put all the screens back at no extra charge and my windows are clean. He came really well prepared. The process with Angie's List was a pain. I scheduled them, rescheduled them and they didn't show, and then rescheduled with them again. The people who came out were an A. I have seen people who do it for a cheaper. I would use Russ again, but if I could avoid the middleman I would.

Karen was rude when I called about what time they would be here the next day to do the work, also when I was asking about a refund. The company itself said the coupons were only for 20 surfaces which mean 10 windows, which equals $10.00 per window. The deal says 20 windows not surfaces. This is not a very good deal if it equates to $10.00 per window. The cleaners themselves were very nice, and showed up within the time-frame.

They never got the algae off the house. I still have cobb webs in front of my house and the side of the house was not even touch. When they were finished I went over the job with him and question the employee why the house was not cleaned. He told me that it wouldn't come off. After they left I called another cleaning service with in a hour they came out. I asked the new provider if this house looked like it was power washed and the new provider said no. I am dissatisfied with the service that Ruff Window Cleaning provided. I also want to note when I purchased the Big Deal it took them 3 weeks to provide the service.

They interacted with me and even did things they did not have to like the gutters also the windows on my sunroom.

All 20 windows where very professionally cleaned as were the window sills.

They did great job. My house has not looked this good in while. They were nice people and they did their work with no problems. They were competent, which was really nice. I am very happy with it. They came here even here early.

For our second attempt to get service, the workers arrived from a local business called "Ruff's Windows." If I could write a full review for this business I would, but they are not yet listed by Angie's. They were prompt, courteous, professional, extremely organized, and did a VERY THOROUGH job for all of the cleaning we had requested. They even pressure washed the underside of our large deck for no extra cost when asked if they could do that too (and we were expecting to pay for that). Our house exterior now looks clean and almost new (the siding is about 30 years old). They even managed to clean off some oily stains on one area that was left after a pest control procedure - we were very impressed. We had some major issues with the booking of the service through America's Best, but they did a pretty good "service recovery." We would recommend them "luke warm." On the other hand, Ruff's Windows was TERRIFIC!! Also, for the low price we paid, it is hard to believe they actually turned much of a profit, but they certainly earned our respect. We would recommend Ruff's without any hesitation whatsoever. Overall - a terrific bargain for thoroughly professional work. THANKS ANGIE'S!!

It was a horrible job. My 13 year old could have done a better service than these people. There were cobb webs left behind after the service was performed, so either they didn't do a good job whatsoever or they just sprayed up in the air.

this service was more like having my house hosed off versus power washed. when they asked if i wanted the top half of the house done i knew i was in touble...............total waste of money, sorry for beiing so honest.

Folks arrived a bit earlier than the hour of my appointment, but I was available and it was fine. The crew contacted me and let me know what would happen. They began work prompty. The person who was to clean my windows began work quickly. I was very pleased with the quality of the window cleaning. Returning my house to normal was challenging but doable. The ;crew cleaned my house and it was well done. I was somewhat dismayed that they could not clean my chimney to the top, but I was told the equipment they had did not permit this. I was pleased with the whole job.

They gave me an estimated time frame for the work to be complete. I never received a phone call, and they missed the appointment completely. I was disappointed with this customer service.

Did an excellent job all around. Arived early, but called to confirm that it was okay first. I would highly recommend.

Arrival time was between 1-4pm. They arrived approx. 3:45pm. Neat and polite. They did not know how much of the pressure washing was part of the "Big Deal". Said they didn't know square feet. The pressure washing of the upper floors of the house was done off a ladder - they did not have sufficient length of nozzle to reach the upper floors from the ground. Equipment seemed brand new. At the end of the job they asked me to look around and make sure I was ok with everything. I had earlier seen they had not cleaned one of the windows high up over some bushes. They did not mention it, until I asked about it. I was told their ladder wasn't long enough to reach it. The work extras were on a piece work basis. X amount for windows, Y amount for screens, etc. The price they gave me was slightly different from what I had been told over the phone. No itemized bill was provided; only a total. The total was close to what I had expected. After they left I found another window (high up) had not been cleaned. They did not mention that. Additionally they had asked me if they could use my hose (on a hose reel) - I agreed. They left the hose jammed around the hose reel such that the reel wouldn't turn and some of the hose was just neatly placed on the top of the reel. It took me a full twenty minutes to untangle the mess. I believe they were poorly trained amateurs. The equipment they had was inadequate for the complete job. They ignored the problems of windows not cleaned and the jammed hose reel; it was late in the day when they finished and they were obviously tired and hot, but good customer service is always about discussing the things you couldn't complete or that were not left as you found them. My opinion is that a good contractor knows to never use customer equipment. I would not use them again.

He was professional, courtesy, personable and prompt.

They showed up before 7:00 AM and woke me up. They waited for a bit, but then they rang the bell again before 7:30 AM. They then drove off and did not come back.

The window washing crew arrived on time and cleaned all windows. Good job and neat as they went through the house (no spills).
