The cleaners showed up a little early and worked steadily. They were professional (no smoking, swearing or loud music, for example). The results are wonderful!

The person setting the appointment was in California, even though my Big Deal was for Philadelphia and surrounding areas. I asked her about having a second story deck cleaned with the rest of the service. I also mentioned my concerns about having a house that is three stories high in the back. She just said to talk to the providers about those subjects when they arrived for work. I was pleased to have the service scheduled soon, considering how the Big Deal offering made the providers very busy. The two workers arrived early and set up quickly. We discussed algae on the back wall being about two stories up; I asked whether that would be a problem. The service providerer said it was unsafe to powerwash from a ladder, but they would do their best to reach it from the ground. The workers moved quickly to cover all the areas around my house. They thoroughly cleaned all the siding they could reach. They said they were unprepared for the tall siding in the back because the scheduler did not communicate anything other than date and time to them. They told me they would have brought appropriate equipment for that if they had known about it in advance. Even so, they managed to get most of the algae with the equipment they brought. Their attention to the windows was outstanding! I was quite pleased with all their work. I wish I had remembered to ask about having the deck powerwashed for an additional fee, since my home's appearance improved so much. I plan to schedule them in the future. Their courteous professionalism and high energy inspired me to recommend them to my neighbors.

They arrived on time, one of the crew came in and reviewed what services we wanted and what windows we wanted to be cleaned. They did good job removing the screens and cleaning the windows, and were completed in under an hour. I would use them again, they were professional, courteous and did a good job.

The crew arrived earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. After identifying themselves the began to work on the gutters. All appeared to go well.

I was really pleased with the customer service both on the phone and looking at the job they did. They were scheduled between 12:00 and 3:00 and I thought they would be in by 12:00 and out by 3:00. When I called they were extremely pleasant and let me know that it actually meant that they would arrive anywhere between those hours. I could honestly see that it was my mistake. When I mentioned that I had to go out, they took my cell phone number and had the worker call me when he arrived at the house. He let me know that there was one gutter that was too high for their ladder but that he would be back to do it. Overall, I found the service, price and response very good. I'll use them to clean my outside windows as well.

As far waking me up and not calling before they showed. It was fair.

I bought this coupon on Angie's List to have my exterior windows cleaned for a song. I called the company, had a great experience setting up the appointment and even setting up to add on the screen cleaning. The day came and the crew was about 2 hours early--10:50 AM....it set me off my schedule but I figured it would get them out early too. The one guy (Antonio?) was pulling our the screens on the top floors while the other guy was screaming on the phone in the drivewayr (I live in a quiet neighborhood and was quite upset at this) I asked Antonio what was happening. He went to look...the next thing I know my mom is yelling upstairs to tell me they are leaving. My nephew ran down the drive and asked them to stop. I came to he drive and Antonio said he will be back i 15 minutes....they were gone and the stuff was left out. I called the office and they told me they'd have someone call me right back. It was 30 minutes later and I called the office. They said the crew had to take care of a personal matter and was on their way back. We played that game for six hours--I'd call every 30-45 minutes to be told they were on their way back. Meanwhile....all of the windows were open, half the screens were out on the lawn with my unraveled hose and their ladder was up out front of my house all day. Finally, at 6 pm (seven hours after they started!!) they returned and spent the next 45 minutes working on the windows. Antonio did most of the work as the other guy brought his wife back to my house and they just stood around watching him work. Antonio kept apologizing and genuinely felt bad for my inconvenience. Antonio did a good job with the windows--he could have done a little better but considering it was mostly just him, and it was late, I guess you could say it was a good job. I wish the company had sent out a new crew, as they kept prmoising to do so if the first crew "doesn't return soon". I wasted 7 hours waiting for them to return...I think it wouldn't have been so bad if they just told me that they'd return so late. I kept telling the office personnel, and eventually the manager, that I was going to write a bad review....they did nothing to turn the event around and had me continue to wait. I had to call the office--they weren't calling me back in the time frame they said they would. Not a good thing to say you're going to call back a frustrated customer and then not do so--it fuels the fire. On a positive note...The work was good, the price was great. I would rather pay more to have more professionalism. I was so bummed because I joined Angie's List to avoid these situations and I was stuck in the middle of a yucky one because I bought that stupid coupon. I have heard that you get what you pay for......I sure did.

The job was not done to our satisfaction. They did not call ahead to give an arrival time or confirm the appt. They did not arrive with a ladder large enough to reach the top of the house and as a result, a section of the gutter was only partially cleaned out with an extension wand to a power washer. Two young girls cleaned out the lower sections unsupervised while one other male worker did the high areas. When they were finishing up, my husband could see that the water was not properly draining from that section and had to go outside and ask that they re-do that section. My husband also had to clean off the pile of debris cleared out off our deck. We would not use this company again and do not feel we got our $'s worth.

I purchased a special on angie's list, then made an apppointment. It was 19 windows for $99.00, I think.... I actually had 46 windows that needed to be cleaned. They showed up on time (actually 7 minutes early) and got to work. They were very quick and organized. They charged $5 per window side, thus I only had the outsides cleaned. They did a nice job, the only thing I was not totally happy about is they didn't clearn the outside window sill and they charged $5 per window even for small accent windows above the large windows. You would think those would be less. They were very courteous and professional and I would use them again.

I never engaged with the man, the woman handled everything. I was not aware that work was not actually being done. I later went upstairs and could see leaves still in the gutters. They were here approximately 25 minutes. Will not use again.

We used America's Best for powerwashing and window cleaning. Overall, we were happy with the service. There was a discrepancy, however, at the end with pricing. Our understanding was that the price for window cleaning was $5 per window. It turns out that it was $5 per suface meaning the front and back count as 2 surfaces and it's really $10 per window. Since our house has approximately 20 windows, the bill was much higher than we anticipated. In the end, we were not charged.

I am a little disappointed it is taking six weeks but I understand, too, that it is a holiday and people are trying to get things done. They were very polite and certainly trying to accommodate, but I realize this is a high involvement time for companies.

I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" to clean my gutters, paying in advance on my credit card.. The service people showed up on time. I told them I had gutter guards on my gutters and asked them if cleaning was necessary. They looked at my gutters and told me they didn't need cleaning, but they would have to charge me anyway for coming out.

America's Best, Inc, did a really nice job. We actually enjoyed them very much! They came in and were quick and friendly. They were all the right things. Did you know they sub-contract out? It didn't bother me, they had all the right paperwork.

So, my husband told them to do just those windows he had pointed out which worked out to $55, apply the remainder of the credit card payment we'd made for the Big Deal ($44) to gutter cleaning and he'd give them a check for the remainder (another $55). One of the guys checked with his office and got the ok to do this so they cleaned the gutters. They they tried to charge an additional $111 - $99 for the gutters and $12 for the skylights. Since we didn't have them clean $99 worth of windows (only the $55 we described), my husband refused to pay the bill and we've already had a dunning call from the office (to be fair - no others since then). When I came home, not knowing about the gutter cleaning, I noticed unexplained leaf trash on the grarage door and overhang. After I heard the whole story, I went looking around to inspect the job as much as I could. There are two stretches of gutter that I can see from an upstairs bedroom. One side was ok although there was a good bit of trash on the roof. The other side had less in it than before but could in no way be described as clean. Of course I have no idea what the higher gutters look like. There is mud and glop dripped on the side of the house. They didn't do a good job cleaning up the mess they dropped on the deck (which we had just had power washed). It's the worst gutter cleaning I've had at this house. Obviously, I am very unhappy and have no intention of paying any more than I already have for the Big Deal that wasn't.

They arrived ~4 hours early. I was home by dumb luck. Several windows had noticeable dirt (not just streaks) after they were 'cleaned.' I was also slightly over-charged but that was a very minor point.

My experience was awful--poor work, poor results. However, after they left I noticed the back of the house still had dirt and cobwebs hanging in places, and mildew in others. And I noticed that the paint was chipped off on the trim and in places on the siding. I called Greg back but the call went to voice mail. I called the office again, called the second number listed at the website and reached a man who said he was a supervisor; I began to tell him my problem, but he said he would call the office and make sure my message was received. I heard nothing until I called back a third time and spoke to Karen who asked me to send pictures. Several days later I heard from the company and they proposed to refund my money. I accepted even though the siding and trim is damaged and will have to be painted.

They did not wear shoe covers tracking mud and leaves into the house. They were close to being done when I said they should have worn shoe covers. They said they had them and that is when they put them on. The damage was already done. They did try to clean the mud up but I ultimately had to have my carpet cleaned professionallyy. Also six of my screens were damaged. I called the company to report this and they said that I would receive a check for $68.00 to repair them. I was pleased with that but I still have not recieved the check and it will not be enough to cover the total bill for the repairs. The initial bitt for the window cleaning was excellant but the added cost for cleaning the carpets and repairing the screens negated the price.

Started out with the company explaining services purchased; descrepancy with the price given over the phone for the window cleaning (Phone: $2 inside/$3 outside, Company In Person: $5 each side) and the company advised who to give the tips to if we were going to give them. Wife asked the price for washing the 8x8 shed, company advised $175. Wife told them no, then she left. Company washed the shed and tried to get the Husband to pay for it. Husband would not as wife advised she told them not to wash the shed. In the end we did not pay any extra that we were not supposed to, however, the company was very unprofessional. The entire cost of services should be taken care of before the company shows up to perform the services so money transfer the day of services would not be an issue.

They arrived at 6:30 AM not the 8 Am as promised. Good thing that I am a habitual early riser. Did a good job on the siding and a so-so on the windows. I was surprised that the extra window charge was per pane and not the entire window. Would have been happy if the job was just for the siding.

I am very disappointed. I have never had my windows cleaned!!!!!

It turned out fine, & the windows look great, however the screens were not put back on very carefully.
