Where do I start? I'll keep it short, but since the heater installs, I have had one HVAC person after another shake their heads! One Sears HVAC guy told me I was "robbed!" They all advised that the heaters are way too big for the apartments in my duplex. They even said that the kind of heater installed were not very efficiant as I was told, but more at the lower end of heater manufacturers. Also, they couldn't believe that the air "coils" were also installed without the AC!! I told them that I couldn't afford to get the AC with the heater install also, so the provider suggested that I get the coils up front with the advent of installing the AC later. (SMH!!). My tenants complained all season long about their much higher PGW bills after these heaters were installed. The heaters do not warm up the apartments adequately because they constantly shut on and off! On and off! They'll run a bit, then they shut off. Then back on! It's awful and extremely loud! Of course, I had no idea, but only to trust the young owner who installed them--and he did none of the installation. When I think about the $4000 I paid him, I cry everytime! I am now looking to rip them out and go with a reputable company that's tried and true, such as Sears! Even the Sears HVAC man told me that he even doubts that this company got a permit from the City for them. Oh my God! Maybe, this young man will eventually become a decent HVAC man, but if he is still anything like what I dealt with, then I cannot recommend him. I wasn't going to write anything negative about this young man's company and let it go because he did try to be somewhat accomodating and respectful, but after other HVAC companies continued to comment that they could not believe what was installed, then I could no longer hold my tongue.

They called ahead of time to make sure I was home before they came. He showed up on time and was very professional. The pricing was competitive and the guy that came out was very honest. I will continue to use them in the future.

Everything went very well. I found him to be completely professional. I do intend to use him again in the spring. I sincerely regret my mix-up with a different company.

Jermaine was very courteous. He apologized for being late which was not that much of a problem and I understood since my street, although established in 2006, is still not on Google Maps or most GPS systems. I showed him the furnace and the central air condenser, both of which he serviced in around 30-40 minutes. Because the units are relatively new there weren't any repairs needed. He suggested to have both items serviced 2 times a year using "Spring Forward/Fall Back" as a guide. I asked for his card as I have friends and family who could use his company.

AIR DONE RIGHT was done well. The company was exemplary in their performance and their professionalism. Despite my many questions, they were patient and kind. The work was completed in one day and they cleaned up after themselves. I cannot offer enough praise for the gentlemen who did the job. They were courteous, well mannered and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company. The work started ahead of the scheduled appointment with Mr. Howard preping the job by bringing the necessary equipment the previous day. Therefore, he and his crew were ready to start as soon as they arrived. Please note that they arrived on time. The job was scheduled to end around 6 or 7 p.m., yet they not only finished early, they cleaned the area and removed the trash long before 6:00 p.m. I tested the system and it performed well, especially given the heat wave we have experienced, the house has stayed a cool 70 degrees. I have had to shut the system off because I became cold. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work I received and the professionalism exhibited by both Mr. Howard and his crew.

He did work on our restaurant on S 13th St in Center City (IndeBlue). Jermaine and his crew are fantastic. I highly recommend them. They came on time, fixed the problems correctly and were fair priced. They also clean up after themselves and are careful when they are working. They are professional and skilled. They are now my a/c go to people. I asked and signed up for their hvac maintenance package. Great job guys!

Everything was done on time and explained in detail before the work was done. Jermaine is easily accessible, which isn't always the case with contractors. Overall good experience!

My furnace went out Saturday so I called a local HVAC company that was highly recommended by my daughter. I gave them a call to schedule a time for them to come to my house. The guy I spoke with tried to trouble-shoot the problem for me over the phone. He suggested I take the fuses to Home Depot who would test them for me. Sure enough, that was the problem. It's wonderful when a service company tries to solve your problem over the phone for free rather than treat your phone call as a sales opportunity. If and when I need heating or a/c work done I'll call these folks again!
