Air Done Right helped me in a pinch when my heat stopped working this winter. It was last minute, but they were still willing to work with me, and scheduled my appointment immediately. Jermaine was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The service was excellent, and my heat has been working perfectly ever since! Best of all, he did all the work for a really reasonable price! The only thing that could possibly have improved my experience is if he had explained to me everything he was doing step-by-step. However, he still did a great job, and I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends!

They worked efficiently and tolerated my nosey cat who oversaw their work. They also offered services for maintenance and any future problems that may occur, but the furnace has operated perfectly since installed.

I purchased a angie's deal of the day for a diagnosis for an HVAC system. I advised the oeprator that I suspected a leak in a line in the heater because the leak stopped when we stopped using the heater. I couldn't be at home when they called and said they could drive by that same afternoon but a family member would show them the area that needed to be reviewed. They arrived on time and as expected. However, they didn't spend ANYTIME reviewing where the leak actually was. They asked my family member to check the a.c. vents throughout the house using a radar tool and to provide the readings of the units - which I thought was strange.. shouldn't they be doing the work? When she reported back to them, they recommended that the a.c. unit (which is on the roof) needed to be cleaned out. I was advised when I first made the appointment that they did not review a.c. units on the roof, but I had told them the problem was in the heating system which was in the basement. I wish they had suggested I ask for a refund at that time. Anyways, they left me a bill advising what they did, which I couldn't understand; I guess it's routine to include serial numbers of the items checked on the bill? I called them as soon as they left and the person on the phone was abrupt and said that they wouldn't look at the leak because it wasn't actively leaking so how could they determine what was causing it... and then hung up on me because he said he was at his next job and multitasking. I was hoping he would be willing to call me back but I suppose not. Even if they couldn't do the job I would have hoped that would have the courtesy to explain to be their diagnosis with some patience. I would not recommend.

I did not use Air Done Right because the condo association had a HVAC person whose papers were already filed with them. I needed the air on because my daughter was coming for the weekend and it had suddenly turned hot. When you call you speak to Racquel Green who is very knowledgeable. This is the 3 Condenser that I've replaced and iI've become knowledgeable. Air Done Right a family business. Her husband came out and checked the unit. He was in my area and kept me abreast of the time frame when he could come. He told me what I needed and how much it would cost. I plan to use him in the future.

Air Done Right is an outstanding company. They back up what they say. If you have a problem, they correct that out, and they don't leave until the job was done right.

I felt very comfortable with them from the start. The owner came out and was so enthusiastic about his work. He explained what would happen with the gas heater airflow that it would blow hot air and then for a few seconds would switch to cold air. I was very pleased with the overall experience and the price of the job. The workers came in on time and I liked the way they conducted themselves. Courteous, professional very nice gentlemen. I have no complaints at all. I would give them a 5 star rating. The furnace was the one that came with the house from the 1950's so they removed old furnace and had to replace the duct work. They also installed cool air kit incase I wanted to install central air. I plan on keeping them for my annual service to check my ducts and equipment.

Owner came out and explained that I didn't need the service. Very nice and professional.

Inspected and cleaned my gas furnace and discussed how much longer it could be expected to operate. No sales push, just the facts. Work done by company owner, Mr. Howy, who was punctual, professional and a genuinely nice person to boot!

I purchased an Angies List Deal for Air Done Right for the $49 Gas Furnace inspection and cleaning in October 2014. Two months later and three attempts and still not done. On the first attempt, they had a "scheduling error" and did not show up during the allotted time. On the second attempt they were not prepared and did not have a ladder to get into the attic where my HVAC system is. On the third attempt, they were a NO SHOW, NO CALL.

He wouldn't take the trash (piping, bricks and stuff) But he did take my Air Conditioning Unit. I am revising my review after reading what the contractor submitted. Mr. Howard did say that my furnace was old, but did not state that any thing out of the ordinary had to be done other than replace the heater. He said he would connect the duct work that had been disconnected. There was no bricks left over from $29.91 having a liner replaced in my chimney. I had that work completed by a Chimney & Masonry contractor that I purchased off of Angie's list . Mr. Howard also commented on the workmanship of the masonry contractor. He said it was sloppy. As for the bricks and concrete that Mr. Howard left, my furnace and air conditioning system was stationed on top of them. They were all cemented together. He also left gas pipes that were connected to the furnace. He also left a door and other metal pieces that belonged to the furnace. The box that the furnace came in and some other boxes that had materials for the furnace in it were also left. The only discount I received was for being an Angie's list member. I have pictures to verify the mess that was left.

I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the outstanding job this company did installing our new heating system. The owner, Jermaine, and his talented crew, exhibited the up-most professionalism and care throughout the entire installation process. Their meticulous attention to detail resulted in a furnace that was installed meticulously and functions more efficiently than our previous furnace. I highly recommend Air Done Right and will be referring them to our friends and family.

When Jermaine came out to clean my furnace, he showed me that I had a cracked heat exchanger, and explained that it wasn't safe to operate the unit that way. I was already planning to replace the furnace and water heater this year - both were past their useful lives - but thought I'd get one more season out of them. Not to be - I followed his advice and immediately scheduled the replacement. Racqueal had a quote out to me in no time, and was able to schedule the installation for a week later. Jermaine and another gentleman removed my old furnace and water heater, which were housed in a shed on my rooftop deck. They had to bring it all down two long flights of stairs and a front stoop, and bring the replacements up the same way. There was very little mess, and they cleaned up afterwards. They had some trouble emptying the old water heater - had to let it drain slowly on the rooftop deck and down the gutter - and some water did end up going through the floor of the shed and into my bedroom closet ceiling light! But this was not discovered until later that night, after they had gone. It's been over a month since the installation, and there have been no further leaks, so I'm sure this was from the removal. My water shutoff is inside my neighbors condo, below mine, and we did not have access to that, so they couldn't turn off the water to the whole house. But somehow they managed to complete the job in less than a day anyway, and everything seems to be working just fine. I was very thankful that Jermaine found the fault in my old furnace, before there was a real problem. I had had reps out from two other companies earlier in the year, to quote a new furnace, but they either didn't turn on the old unit, or didn't notice the problem when they did. Either way, once I saw the flames inside the furnace flare out so close to the vent, I realized the job could no longer be postponed. The old heater could not be used, even for a day. And even at such short notice, Air Done Right's price seemed very fair in comparison to those older quotes. So I don't feel Jermaine took advantage of the fact that it was the end of October and I had no heat. The only issue I had was that, the first day they were supposed to come out to clean the old furnace, they canceled. They were supposed to be there between 11 and 1; they called at 12:55 saying they'd be another two hours; then called after 2 and said they wouldn't make it that day. They then offered to do the cleaning for free on a different day, and offered me free a/c maintenance in the spring. So they did all they could to make up for it. At least they called to say they'd be late. A month later, I still have heat and hot water, so I have no complaints. Also they were just very nice guys. I would use them again.

They were prompt in getting back to me, letting me know they do not service my area. However they said they would contact Angie's List about my refund and did not.

Jermaine was very knowledgeable, and fair with his pricing. Overall the removal and installation of the new AC unit went well, however there was a few bumps in the road which made the installation much longer than originally planned. Jermaine is extremely responsive, including his responsiveness to follow up service calls (which needs to me noted that he does not just do the work, get paid, then leave you hanging). After the installation, there were a few minor issues, in which he responded immediately to. The quality of his team the for my installation was probably a bit-subpar (or less experienced), than what i expected, however Jermaine was there to supervise and lead them. As far as the installation process, there were several issues that were run into including 1.) the AC unit orginally did not push out cold air 2.) The water exhaust was installed incorrectly 3.) A lamp was broken during the process 4.) Light Switch was not installed back into the wall after it was removed. However, Jermaine was prompt to address all issues immediately, and remediate all of the issues immediately. All in all, after 5 months, the AC/heater has worked well, and I would assume that if any issues arise, Jermaine would be very responsive as well. I would recommend Jermaine, and use him again for any HVAC work.

Made a same day appointment and the technician took time to explain the situation and the solution. We will definitely look to them for future service and HVAC needs. They do air right.

I Air Done Right in the summer of 2013 on the weekend. They did a service call within 24 hours of calling and didn't charge an added fee for the wknd call. The technician/owner was personable, professional and the fee for services was reasonable in comparison with other contractors. I would certainly recommend them and use them again!

I am very satisfied with the service I received. I called Mr. Howard and explained that the utility company had shut off my heater because the flue was clogged and there was a very high CO reading in my home. I had been without heat for 2 days in bone chilling weather waiting for another heating service to come to my home. Mr. Howard serviced my heater within hours of my call! He and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. The price for the service provided was excellent considering the other heating company that had me waiting in the cold for 2 days had told me that I would probably need a new heater. Mr. Howard knows what he is doing! My furnace is working very well now. I will definitely use his company again.

I had a junk man remove my very old oil-burning furnace the same day, so now my basement has much more space and all new, shiny duct work. I was even able to get the coil to allow them to install an air-conditioning unit when it gets hot, one thing at a time). Jermaine and his crew from Air Done Right worked through until about 1am (normally a 2 day job) to make sure that I had heat for my party the next day and they were out of the way, and I had time to clean the house (most of the dirt was from removing the old furnace). I plan on using these guys and recommending them every time someone needs a furnace.

I purchased my house in 2005, and it came with a big old rusted forced air heater, that decided to not work this winter. My boyfriend and I were without heat for the majority of the winter. After not being able to look up the original manufacturer (appears the old heater was from the 70s/80s) - I turned to Angie's list, looking around for a reliable heater repairman. Air Done Right had several positive A reviews, and when I contacted Jermaine, he agreed to stop by the next day to look at the heater, giving a complimentary inspection of the existing heater, details on the process of removal/installation and a quote that matched up with the promotion. We signed the contract, gave a down payment for the heater, and the team was here within a week to install the heater during the middle of the polar vortex. They also installed an air coil, for when we decide to add in central air for the summer. Also, they removed the gigantic, heavy old heater and disposed of it for me. The warranty is great and Air Done Right will come out to do a free heater inspection next winter. The heat has been working great ever since, and I would highly recommend Air Done Rite.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were fine. They were good. They came within a week of purchasing the coupon. It was excellent work. Wonderful. I was happy with it.

Jermaine and Mike got out to my place as early as possible to try and diagnose the issue. They were very thorough and determined that a hot water pipe was frozen. Because I don't have a basement, all the piping is in the walls, so they recommended I attempt to thaw the pipe. This worked, but the freezing had burst the pipe, so I ended up needing to get a plumber. Not their fault...I just needed a different kind of specialist, and they did point me in the right direction. I would definitely use them again for HVAC issues, and I am actually planning on having them install a whole house humidifier in the near future.
