"Words cannot describe just how fantastic Evan and his crew are. I had an EXTREMELY dusty and dirty house that had sat empty for a number of years. It required a Herculean effort, and the owner Evan and his crew were more than equal to the task. Evan is extremely organized and had a checklist for what needed to happen in each room. He and his crew worked non-stop for over 10 hours the first day, and came back for a few more hours to finish the next day. Initially, he came over to look at the state of the house and gave me an estimate, but I recognized that it was hard to estimate and that the cost might go over a little, which it did, but I was fine with that because of the unique situation of such a disasterously dirty house, and because I witnessed first hand how hard they all worked. There was no goofing off or slow-rolling. They worked hard every minute and more than earned every penny. The only break was a quick one for lunch the first day and then they got right back to it. The entire crew are incredible -- not only first rate cleaners, but more importantly, first rate people. Young men of character -- intelligent, diligent, hardworking, focused, honest, extremely trustworthy -- and above all, they all take great pride in doing an excellent job (which they did). I almost hesitate to recommend them so highly as I want Evan to continue to have time on his schedule for me! I cannot thank him and his crew enough and look forward to using them on a regular basis going forward."

"Extreme-ly horrible! They do a horrible job and are extremely, abusively rude. This company plummeted from a 10 to 0 when they lost their best cleaners in late 2021. Then the bullying manager and young guy took over. The guy "mops a floor' by running the mop through the center of the room, leaving most of the floor untouched. When you tell him to mop under furniture and rugs, he repeatedly blows up, yells at you that he already did it, snickers, yells again and again. I was a good customer for many years, and for no reason the manager bullied me out, kept calling me to smack talk me and make up wild lies accusing me of things. I told them today I expected them to mop under rugs and furniture, and be courteous and polite to me. They quit. Why does the owner keep on a manager who bullies out someone who has been a good customer for many years?"

"I hired Jerome to do a thorough cleaning of my sister's apartment when she was moving out in August 2024. Initially, he and I spoke about his cleaning her carpets and, when I learned he did apartment cleaning, I asked him to visit the apartment and give me a quote on both jobs. He insisted that he could do the job sight unseen the day before she had to be out of the apartment. Since I was pressed for time to hire someone for the job before going out of town, I consented to this and stupidly sent him payment in advance. On the day he was scheduled to do the job, he met my sister and told her that the job would not be a problem. She left him there, and, when she returned to the apartment, however, he had left having only done the carpets. When he and I spoke, he said the job was too big and he would refund the cost of he apartment cleaning. I've texted and called him repeatedly, and he keeps saying he will send a check. At this point, I assume I will never see the $120 he owes me."

The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion.
