Extreme-ly horrible! They do a horrible job and are extremely, abusively rude. This company plummeted from a 10 to 0 when they lost their best cleaners in late 2021. Then the bullying manager and young guy took over. The guy "mops a floor' by running the mop through the center of the room, leaving most of the floor untouched. When you tell him to mop under furniture and rugs, he repeatedly blows up, yells at you that he already did it, snickers, yells again and again. I was a good customer for many years, and for no reason the manager bullied me out, kept calling me to smack talk me and make up wild lies accusing me of things. I told them today I expected them to mop under rugs and furniture, and be courteous and polite to me. They quit. Why does the owner keep on a manager who bullies out someone who has been a good customer for many years?

It was excellent. The crew was courteous and professional. They did a great job.

Simple request was given to meet my house cleaning standards and Extreme Housecleaning has been able to exceed that since I hired them in 2013. Lisa and her crews provide excellent service, are very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend.

The team always did a wonderful job in cleaning our home. They made sure that everything we asked them to do was done to perfection. Would highly recommend this company for housecleaning.

Always great. The ladies consistently clean my house. Consistence is key . Never any problems. Always prompt and courteous . I receive updates via text if there are any changes due to holidays or other events. I have personally seen the cleaning team practice social distancing and wear masks whenever required

They were great and I've been using them for 15 years. They were amazing, I have no complaint at all. I highly remind them they did a great job and they were very detailed about their work if I have something I've seen like stain or I don't like I tell them and they clean it right away..

We have cleaning from this company and results were sub standard, hoping that the service will improve, we still scheduled them for a follow up cleaning. Crew did not show up. When called, we were told the girls quit working for company. There was no professional courtesy to let us know that there wont be any person coming for cleaning. When we raised concern with quality of cleaning and not getting the service due, we were told that they can not meet our standard (which is average cleaning which you would expect for the amount paid). I would NOT be going back to such service where there is no customer service.

I did not stay for the cleaning, it was a big mistake. I did not know what the 2 girls did in 2 hours without touching the carpet (told them not to) or wiping the floor. I expect a deep clean with that amount of time but found the following: 1) floors not mopped 2) fridge not cleaned 3) stove partially cleaned 4) cabinets partially wiped. 5) all just surface clean and nothing was scrubbed. However, bath tub and windows were acceptable. Called Lisa the next day and she was very responsive and polite. She offered to re-clean the place. Since my tenant moved in that night, it is not possible. I will use the service one more time since Lisa and her team did an excellent job last time with another property. Lesson learned: make sure you ask for the best team.

They do a terrific job and are very flexible -- something that's important to me with my crazy travel schedule. I love coming home after they've been here and seeing and smelling my wonderfully clean house. They're also pleasant and love my cats! I think hiring Extreme Housecleaning was one of the best things I've ever done. It's relieved a lot of stress of worrying how to fit in one more thing.

It went very badly. The price they quoted was higher by $50 than what we were paying someone else so we scaled back the extent of the cleaning (taking rooms out) in order to get the price closer to $100. I thought it would be worth it because they would do a better job, but the cleaning was only ok so the exchange of price for quality was not there. I think what happened is that they found the house was taking longer to clean than Marina had predicted so they found themselves at the house too long/rushing in order to keep up their other cleaning appts. I wish Marina had called and told me this rather than to have the sighing, eye-rolling and unhappiness that her staff brought into the house. We ended the cleaning after three visits. I note that we had asked them to do two spare bathrooms rather than the living room and the dining room and they found this to be unacceptable. I noted to Marina that if this was an unacceptable change in the arrangement, all she had to do was call me rather than the unprofessionalism that was manifested by her staff at my house in front of my children. I wish I had never left my last provider and found that I wasted a lot of my personal time checking references and working things out with Marina all for not.

Lisa and the 2 other member arrived within the time frame they promised. Worked hard an fast. Did everything I requested. Very pleasant staff and will definitely use them again.

Quote for complete house clean was acurate. Job was done well. Afterwards when I brought up an area I thought could have been improved Lisa returned and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. I will call on them again.

We had been contemplating the hiring of a house cleaner for almost 12 months, and finally decided to look around in early August. Angie's List provided a number of options, and although we were looking for a sole proprietor with good reviews, we were unable to find individual cleaners who were not booked solid, or who cleaned in North Hills. We accepted Extreme Housecleaning because they were prompt in coming out to provide an estimate, and were able to begin work immediately. One big and quot;proand quot; was that the first cleaning, which took 4 hours, was only charged at the ongoing bi-weekly rate of $107 ($100 plus tax). Two people attend each cleaning, which allows them to generally be done with our house within 2 hours (thus, the rate is approximately $25 per person per hour). They have since come every two weeks on Mondays. We would prefer a later day in the week since we often have events at our house on the weekends, but for now, we are not complaining. One and quot;conand quot; to this point is punctuality - they show up, but never on time. They were an hour late for the first big cleaning mentioned above, and blamed construction on our road, but we knew the construction only took 5 minutes to get through, so they were definitely behind. Since that time, they have generally been 30 minutes late (never arriving on time). We rank a clean house above the timing though, so we have not yet reached a point where punctuality is causing issues. During our most recent cleaning, we noticed that a section of our hardwood floors had been mopped, but not dried, which left a film on the floor. Not a big deal, but we plan to mention something during the next cleaning. Despite scoring a B overall, if they were a little more on time, we would bump them to an A

They provide weekly service. They are reliable and they do a good job. They have been trustworthy. I have been pretty happy with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

We have used Extreme Housecleaning for at LEAST the past three years, and are COMPLETELY satisfied. If an employee should happen to overlook something, it is corrected immediately. We have NEVER experienced any breakage, and certainly no theft or other problems.We are totally satisfied with their service in every respect. I have NO complaints with their service!

House Cleaning... or, lack there of... When I finally had had enough of the horrible job performed I confronted the owner... I was told it's and quot;hit or missand quot; unquote... What? Her attitude and lack of professionalism was unacceptable, bordering on nasty. I would never recommend them to anyone. The name of her company and quot;Extreme Housecleaningand quot; is anything BUT that! Absolutely, the worst service I've ever had done in my home and I've had cleaning services all over the USA.

A 3 person crew cleaned our house from top to bottom including windows, floors and bathrooms. Dusting all surfaces and ceiling fans and even wiping down cabinets, appliances and baseboards.

they showed up as scheduled, cleaned my house based on a list of items I had given to them, they honored their quoted price so I left them a check for said amount and I later called to acknowledge what a terrific job they had done and that I was very pleased.

I have used others and they don't come close to the thorough cleaning quality of this service. I have access to communicate with either owner and can call with complaints or schedule changes any time. I have never had a complaint and have used them consistently for the past year. I have 3 children and the staff of this service make their rooms really special (which is challenging, given the amount of "stuff" in their room). I typically have the house ready for them by picking up so they can focus on getting it really clean. They have never cancelled on me and have been very accommodating to my schedule changes. I am truly pleased with this service and I feel like I am respected and appreciated as a customer.

The overall housecleaning was good depending on which employees came to clean. Typically, there would be two women who would arrive in a timely manner. We noticed little things like the tops of the shower stalls were not wiped, rags left behind, cleaning supplies left behind, etc. We did not complain to the owner and said nothing because our feeling is "If we can't see it, who cares and in the bigger picture of things it really doesn't matter." The problem occurred earlier today when one of their employees hit her head on the corner of a television set in one of the bedrooms. I heard the other employee asking her what happened and if she was alright. When she kept asking, I went into the room to find the employee on the floor on her hands and knees with her face to the ground. I tried to find out what happened from the employee and then had her lie on one of the beds with an ice pack on her head. The employee had complained that she had a migraine headache when she had arrived. She was sobbing and tried to explain that she had hit the corner of her eye, her cheekbone and a part of her nose on the corner of the television set as she stood up from cleaning one of the baseboards. I set a timer for 20 minutes to go back and check on the employee. At that time, both employees had contacted the business owner and explained what had happened. Before the 20 minutes were up, she came out and said that she didn't feel well. However, she complained that her head was hurting worse, her neck was hurting and she was dizzy. I did not want her to drive without being examined by a professional. One of the employees contacted the owner and the owner told her that she could go home. I contacted a friend with some emergency medical training to have her come and check the girl out to make sure that she was ok before allowing her to drive home. My friend was unavailable so I contacted the police and asked them if the EMT's could check her out and determine whether or not it was ok for her to drive. When the EMT's arrived, she was still getting dizzy when she stood up and they suggested that she go to the hospital. It was her choice but she decided to go to the hospital. I went with her to make sure that she was ok. The CT scan and xrays came back normal, the employee was given pain medication and told to go home and rest. Early this evening I received a phone call from the owner. She prefaced the call by saying "I wasn't sure whether or not to call you about this so I waited to calm down before calling you.". With an opening like that, I knew this was not going to be a positive conversation. She told me that she should have been notified that the employee was going to the hospital and that SHE would have came and got the girl and taken her to the hospital herself. I reminded her that both of her employees had contacted her several times. She then told me that I overreacted and that because of my actions, her insurance rates were going to go up for the next five years. My next question to her was "So you are more concerned about your insurance rates than the well being of your employees?". She then said that she should have been asked if it was ok to call an ambulance. At that point I said "I wasn't aware that I needed your approval." This girl was cleaning my house so her well-being was my responsibility. She told me that the ambulance ride alone would cost $600 to $1000. I explained to her that I checked with the police chief regarding the cost of the ambulance and he said that if we had a membership it would only cost $100. I explained to the owner that if it was going to be a problem, I would pay for the ambulance service. Again she said that that was not the point. The owner said that the other employee told her a different story regarding what happened. The owner then went on to talk negatively about the employee that was injured. At that point I had no choice but to tell her that I did not care for how she handles her employees and that the way I've heard her talk to them when in my house was unacceptable behavior for a boss. I then told her that her services were no longer needed. The owner's phone call to me was unprofessional and unappreciated. The injured employee has a small child at home and if anything had happened to the employee while driving home, that would have been on the owner's conscience and mine. Sorry - that wasn't going to happen on my watch. Bottom line - the company does a decent job cleaning but appears to have a questionable employee turnover rate and a clear misunderstanding of who works for who.
