Warren came over to give an estimate and explained a problem I was having with Duq. light. He went above and beyond to help me get it straightened out with them, so they would not turn off my electricity. Very kind man.

The experience was amazing! They took the time to explain everything to me and even found a solution that saved me a lot of money. They were very quick and efficient and I'd reccomend them to everyone!

Warren & his “team” at Goodside Electric did a superb job! Warren was very thoughtful in assessing my needs, converting a fuse box to a breaker panel. He explained what my options were. Then, he systematically approached the task, completing it in a very timely and thorough manner. I’m extremely satisfied with Goodside Electric and will add them to my roster of repair men! The electrician was professional and on time and readily figured out and repaired the problem which had been going on for several years. I’ve already asked him about installing some outside lights for me. He is likable, trustworthy and did a great job.

Goodside responded quickly and came out first thing in the morning. They were efficient, polite, and affordable. Our power was restored so we did not lose food, We have a pump to take water away from the house me during rainstorms. We are pleased they were able to restore power in a timely manner.

Warren from Goodside Electric did an outstanding job! He is the best contractor I've ever worked with. He followed up every step of the way from advising how the project will be accomplished and he was all about safety for him and his 2 contractors working with him. He advised me in order to get the outside electrical work done I needed to rent a Scissor lift. We planned the work on Sunday, April 18th & he was prepared to work in the rain if need be to get the job done. Him and his crew arrived promptly at 8am as expected and they were working approximately 6 hours and all the power was up and working when they were finished with their work. Warren filed the electrical permit with the City of Pittsburgh and advised me of the inspection date of May 3rd. The inspection passed with no issues. Warren is very professional and very knowledgeable and very timely and his prices are reasonable He isn't going to sell you something you don't need. He is very honest and straightforward. I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done at their home.

Warren did great work on schedule on budget. He was very contentious giving me updates and feedback as I was away from the home at the time he did the job. Would highly recommend.

Warren's crew provided timely service at a fair price after inspecting the job. Job required climbing into attic crawl space with no boards to walk on, so they purchased & placed boards to leave in attic at cost of material only. Also were careful on new carpet while doing the job.

The guys were very knowledgeable in doing this work. They arrived even ahead of schedule and went to work. A very professional team. I was very pleased with the job.

I hired Goodside to complete a job fixing a light switch, that was started by some else. Warren called to see if he could come early. He was personable and efficient with a reasonable price. I was so impressed that I hired him to change the location of an outlet on my porch. He arrived earlier than planned, but he stayed outside getting his materials together. Again, he (along with his assistant) was professional, efficient and focused. The hole that he had to cut to connect inside and outside was much smaller than he had told me it would be. Both Warren and his assistant were careful to minimize the area that was affected which they both cleaned. Warren did what he said he'd do, he did it quickly and charged me a reasonable price. I now consider him my electrician.

Warren was great. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use Warren again and I highly recommend him.

Warnie is such a down-to-earth guy. I had a couple of other top-rated companies come give me estimates, but I immediately knew Goodside was the right way to go. I'm an advocate for DIY, but there are some things that are always best left up to the professionals. I needed an electrician to check our panel because it didn't look safe because the prior homeowners did very poor work. I wasn't moved into the house yet, so Warnie was able to go to my house and FaceTime with me to show me exactly what needed to be done. He took the time to explain why things had to be done specific ways to bring it to code. What I really appreciated is how Warnie took my concerns and found a solution for everything. I had mentioned that we planned on finishing our basement eventually, so he recommended a panel with more than enough slots to accommodate any upgrades we make to the home and for any future homeowners to come. Warnie came to visit in-person to make sure that I understood the entire process and that he could get it started as soon as I was ready. I was informed of each milestone and was always updated. I approved the work order and the permit was approved the next day that they applied for. They coordinated with the electric company and were able to start the job the day after the permit was issued! His TEAM arrived early in the morning and was done within a couple of hours. I'm going to have a re-wire completed afterwards (meaning there will be no indoor power yet), but Warnie made such a thoughtful suggestion and wired the circuit for my alarm system to the panel so my alarm could still function. The work completed is beyond professional. The work area was cleaner than when they started. I never once felt pressured by Goodside, I truly felt like I was talking to a good friend. You'd seriously be making a mistake if you didn't use Goodside.

Warnie and team were great to work with. Warnie clearly spelled out what work would be done. He communicated often to make sure that I was on board with their plan and that he knew what options I wanted (overhead lights, outlet placement, etc). His team did the work they said they were going to do and cleaned up after they were done. There were some HVAC/Carpentry surprises that were uncovered when the walls were opened, and Warnie was able to recommend professionals to address those problems quickly and at a cost-effective price. I will call him for any future electrical needs at my house.
