"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"We are a small business that called to get service for our washing machine. After they cancelled our first service appointment due to a technician calling out and rescheduling they arrived to look at the washer. After 3 minutes and putting our original belt back into place we were quoted $239 with a 90 day warranty. Then suddenly that was changed to $189 with a 90 day warranty. When we asked to not pay the warranty we were told we have to and it is actually 30 day. As a person that takes pride in running a small business and doing right by my customers I am sadly disappointed in this business and will not use in the future."

"I ordered a new Chromebook. They sent me a fake "your item shipped" notice. After I didn't receive it in time for a birthday present (because it hadn't shipped yet), I I told them to cancel and refund my money. I never received a refund because they lied again and they shipped it anyway. It was not even in a box as a new Chromebook, not the same chromebook I ordered, had a huge 3" crack by the keyboard, mouse pad is pushed in, the word "IT" is scratched in the screen, and it is filthy dirty."

"They were extremely hard to get confirmation of appointment. I had to call several times to get my time. Then when they didn't show, I called again, and they told me my time had changed from 11:15-1:15 to 2:00-4:00. No one telling me this. I was on the phone waiting to speak with them got an hour and 12 minutes, on hold, throughout the day. Would NOT recommend. I have been on the phone now for -4 minutes waiting g to find out when my technician would be arriving. Worst service I have ever experienced prior to my appointment. STILL waiting for my service tech to show up."
