Luis Appliance Repair

We communicated over text on Sunday . Luis agreed to come between 9 and 10 Monday morning. At 10:18 Monday I texted asking for an updated ETA, but my number was blocked. My husband also tried to call and text, and he was blocked too. I guess his phone just stopped working? He didn't reply to messages through Angi. I was able to book someone else same-day. I was very disappointed and I would not attempt to book Luis again.

Never showed up.

He was amazing!

Everything with Luis and his team were amazing. They were quick responding, asked all the important questions and fixed the problem. He explained everything really well and even gave us some helpful advice on my specific washer. I plan on saving their info for any future problems and to give to anyone I know that needs help. I would call them in a heartbeat!

Respectful, and efficient. Explained clearly what was wrong and what needed fixed as well as what may have caused my issue so I don’t make the same mistake again. Would definitely use again if the need arose.

Luis knew exactly what was wrong with my washer right away, despite myself (who knows nothing) and another technician (who probably knows some things) giving him bad information. He diagnosed the issue perfectly, fixed it, and even helped me rearrange my laundry room to ensure the washing machine wouldn't have any further malfunctions. An excellent professional and top notch repairman!
