Description of Work: We use Terminix for termite maintenance the product they offer is very good, the house we own had termite damage and we have not seen any termites since we have owned it for 11 years. The only issue we have had was a billing issue which was resolved.

Description of Work: I have two sides of a double- I live in one and rent the other one out. Terminix removed all spider webs in both basements and sprayed. So far I haven't seen any more spiders. They were hanging on the outside of my house due , in part, to streetlights nearby. The streetlights attracted bugs, and the spiders came for lunch. The guy explained everything to me as he went about the job. I got $50.00 off because I used a coupon from Angie's List.
