Description of Work: On an Angie's special, came to look at the garage door which was very noisy. Replaced rollers, lubricated everything, explainers exactly what was wrong with the door and gave an estimate as to how much longer the springs will last. Very knowledgable and helpful. Description of Work: I had a scheduled appointment for 3 days for "before 8 am". They were a no show, no phone call --nothing. They did not return my phone call when I inquired about what had occurred. Highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would NOT tell anyone to use them again due to the lack of service recovery that was NOT performed.

Description of Work: This was a special deal from Angie's List. Our garage door keypad mounted on the outside no longer worked. I replaced batteries - no change. The service man replaced the keypad and checked the door performance - a bolt was missing, which he replaced. All done in about 15 minutes. Pleasant and professional. Would recommend.

Description of Work: Realigned, tuned up and replaced the rollers on a garage door. The garage door is quieter and more smoothly opens and closes. Once the garage door mechanic arrived, he quickly went to work and greatly improved the operation of the door. There was an unexplained delay, but the manager was quite apologetic and cooperative.
