They were the first (and only) company to contact me directly and leave both a voicemail and text. The voicemail was professional and I got a good feeling right from there. I called them back a couple hours later and they quoted me a price based on the information I gave them. They scheduled me for the same day just a couple hours later. I fully expected when they arrived to do the work that there would be some “additional issues” that would require more parts, labor, and money but the price they quoted was exactly what I paid and the work they predicted was exactly what they did. I told them I had a broken spring and I wasn’t sure if anything else was damaged or worn. Most companies would take advantage of that statement and find a way to charge more money for something. Fortunately, that didn’t happen. I am satisfied with the price I paid for the service I received both from a parts and labor standpoint and from a customer service standpoint. Friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Based on this experience, I would use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Emergency door services are exceedingly professional and did a great job removing and replacing my 2 garage doors. Other than having to wait 4 months to receive the new doors- thank you supply chain issues-2 installers arrived at 8:30AM and by 1:15 both doors installed and working - including new openers. I have an old house with walls that aren’t all straight- after 2 days- one of the doors was having issues with a tensioning cable- I called and they sent one of the original installers back the next day- he fixed the issue with the cable tensioners. They are organized - pay attention to details- have a good variety of doors to choose from- very professional and totally worth the money. I saw an immediate reduction in heat loss and wind in my garage with the new doors. 4 months later I still think the new garage doors were a fabulous investment

The installation went great. Our installer, Paul, was very prompt, polite and professional. He was very efficient and was extremely meticulous on the job site. After the installation was completed, Paul walked us through the mechanics of the opener. We highly recommend Emergency Door Services, Dylan and Paul. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process from Dylan’s presentation to Paul’s installation.

It could not have gone better. The job was a difficult one in that the main I beam running through the garage prevented an opener from ever being installed for one of the two garage doors. Other companies told me that it would be impossible to install an opener. Emergency Door Services assured me that they would be able to complete the job and install openers on both new doors. The Emergency Door Services workers showed up on time, were personal, professional and efficient completing the job in approximately 4 hours when I was expecting that it would take at least an entire day. The doors have added to the appearance of our house and the openers are virtually silent. I could not be happier and will only call EDS for any future garage door issues.

A few hours later my work was done and looked great. The installer left my garage cleaner than it was when he started. Would 100% recommend and use again.

I contacted Emergency Door Services with the request for a garage door opener replacement and possibly a new garage door. I received a phone call from them in 1-2 days after my request for services on Angi's List. They were very flexible when arranging a time for both our initial meeting and the installation. During the initial meeting Dylan was very thorough and answered every question. I was debating on whether to replace the actual garage door. I was very pleased when Dylan recommended against replacing the door saying it was still in good condition. He could have very easily tried to sell me a new door which would have been very expensive but, he was honest. He said they could just lubricate the rollers, which they did. I decided to go with the new opener. Again, they were very flexible to work around my time to do the installation. The worker that installed the garage door opener was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up as he went. They installed an opener with WiFi capability and a camera. The installer offered to help setup the WiFi and explained how everything worked. (I could have declined to use the WiFi capability) I really like the door opener they installed. It's smooth, quiet and works great. I also like the features it comes with. Overall, I'm VERY pleased with Emergency Door Services and would highly recommend them. I already referred a cousin to them for her new garage door.

Yesterday in the late afternoon, I filled out a form on this company’s website, and this morning, they called me back to set up an appointment for 1-2 PM. The technician showed up closer to 4 PM, but he did call to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. The technician reattached wires on my sensor, and he used WD-40 to lubricate both garage doors. Both employees, on the phone and in person, were polite. I feel happy that my garage door works again.
