Description of Work: Replaced a garage door opener. They were helpful on the phone. The work cost what they quoted me. Everything works well. Don't really know how great the price. It was a commercial unit, with a larger than typical rail.

Description of Work: Technician did troubleshooting of garage door noise, lubricated thoroughly and replaced rollers. He was efficient and courteous, and I would definitely use this vendor again.

Description of Work: I accidently backed my car out of the garage without lifting the door. Even though it was a small bump I still dented the panels and when the door closed it made a banging noise. i called and they were over within 3 hrs. He was very polite and honest about the damage. He made the repair and to be honest I was ready to purchase a new door but he said it would be fine. He inspected the cables and replaced what needed replaced and nothing more. I asked for his call so in the furure when I need a new door I will contact him.

Description of Work: I purchased a garage door through an Angie's List deal and I was very happy with the whole process. Before I even made the purchase, I called and spoke to Gregg, who took his time to explain the deal and tell me not only about the deal being offered but also about other options I had. I went back to him several times via email, with additional questions and he always answered promptly and never seemed to lose patience even when I was asking the same things over again. He made sure to explain everything completely so that I was comfortable with the purchase. | He had an employee come out to my house before I placed the final order and take measurements and notes. He provided a written estimate which was the final price - no bumping up the cost on the day of service. His employees were professional and very competent and the new door looks great! I would definitely use them again and I would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: I was unable to use my deal in the allotted time. I corresponded with them and explained the situation. The gentleman I spoke with agreed to honor the deal any way and work on my door. A service man was sent out and part of what he did was adjust my opener so it would work properly. But a day or two after my garage door went back to not opening and closing again. We called the company and asked them to come back. They said they would send someone and never did.

Description of Work: Big Deal did not say that the provider would not able to service certain garage door manufacturers ie, Overhead Gargage Door Company. So I paid for a service that was not provided. Service Tech looked at the motor and said that perhaps we would need a new one but he could not service it because Overhead Gargage Door Company does not allow third party service on there motors and he left.

Description of Work: Replaced the rollers, adjusted the system, replaced a couple of other parts that were needed for an additional charge of about $60. I was clearly shown why additional work was needed and the price seemed very reasonable.
