Ray was great. He agreed to come out on a Saturday morning since we are not home during the week. We just purchased our home a month ago and the old garage door opener died leaving us stuck. We were very satisfied with the work and he was very patient with us and answered our numerous questions. We will definitely use them down the road when we have to replace the door.

We called two companies when our garage wouldn't close in the morning on our way to work. (Stressful!) After many calls and changes in estimated arrival times by both companies, it seemed they would both be showing up around the same time. I had to decide who to cancel. I called the office for Emergency Door Services and told them the other company appeared to be able to get to my house sooner and I would unfortunately have to cancel. I expressed my apologies and also thanked them for how wonderful they had been to me that morning. Unfortunately, the young man on the phone from Emergency Door Services hung up on me. Fast forward 5 minutes, I received a call from Woody of Emergency Door Services (the company I had just called and cancelled). He was just around the corner and wanted to give me a "heads up" regarding the other company. He had guessed who it was. After our brief conversation, I asked him to come by instead (I had a good feeling about Woody) and ultimately canceled the other company. I couldn't have made a better decision!! Despite being hung up on by the office staff at Emergency Door Services, Woody was the absolute best service professional we could have had on the job - he explained everything in terms I could understand, did not "up sell" us on unnecessary work (unlike competitors) and easily identified the issue. He was able to address the immediate issue (our garage door would not close) and then scheduled our appointment on the spot for two days later. He was pleasant and professional. He also took down some parts of the garage door so that it would be easier for whoever it was that came back to fix it. However, we were lucky enough to have Woody come back two days later and complete the job for us in under an hour. If we have any other issues in the future with our garage door, I plan to call and ask for Woody. My ratings on this site are specifically for him! Thanks Woody!

The technician was prompt and professional. We bought a new home and have been contacting various companies for services and it is very hard to get a call back. Not so with Emergency Door Services. Very pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend.

Came do do the Angie's List deal. They found something wrong that was under warranty. Helped me to get the parts ordered to fix the problem for free and then quick install. Great service.

These guys are awesome. I'm not trying to tackle a garage door project anymore because it can turn into a nightmare. Every time they have come out they have been on time, professional and do things right. Total confidence in these guys for my garage door needs
