Description of Work: Installed new garage door and opener. Installation took about 2 hours. The door didn't seal that well and the opener was not installed correctly, maybe hastily. The top of the garage door hit the opener track when operating. However after I called they were quick to come back out for service and fixed it. The price of the new garage door and installation was very competitive and fair. I would recommend this company for new garage door home improvements.

Description of Work: I tried to get the garage door checked but the company told me I needed the right order number before they would come out.(or something to that effect). I was out the hundred dollars; Winter is coming. I cannot park in my garage. I have to carry groceries around the garage to get into the house and next month I will have to clean snow from my car and the sidewalk. I am 72 years old, my husband is 81 and has Alzheimer's. Unfortunately there are doors out there that are very old and parts are not available. This was this case with your door. We did lubricate and adjust your door to get it working as well as possible. Also, we did offer to credit you for the amount of the coupon for a new door. Finally any refunds must be requested through Angie's List. We will still credit the amount of the coupon towards a new door if you wish. Thanks!

The offer that you purchased listed under the heading "This Deal Icludes" the line "One internet gateway, one 3-button remote, and one multi-function control panel included." Also noted under the section titled "The Fine Print" was the statement "Extra remotes, keypads, or other accessories can be purchased at time of service." Also setting up the smartphone app requires the user to log in to Liftmaster and create an account. You also need to download an app to your phone. We are very clear that due to privacy issues we do not set this up for the user. We provide the instructions and it is very easy to do. We just do not want to take responsibility for connecting to someones network or creating online accounts. I apologize if this was not clear. Again, thank you for your purchase.
