Everything thing went extremely smoothly. A repairman happened to already be nearby. He was at my house as promised by the initial contact with the company. He came in, gave me a recommendation and a price. I went for it and he also inspecting everything else with my door just to make sure nothing else was going to go soon. 11/10 would recommend.

I had two automatic garage door openers installed. The service tech was extremely professional and polite. His work was meticulous and the wiring was ran neatly, which is appreciated. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the company and plan on using them for any future garage door work.

Got a call from Emergency Door Services 10 minutes after requested a quote online. Arranged for time when worker would show up. Worker arrived early. Job was completed within 30 minutes of arrival. Very professional. Very pleased with work.

I called Emergency Door Services in the morning. They had a repair person here before Noon. Guy came in, diagnosed the issue, made the repairs and was done within an hour.

Discovered a broken spring and a garage door that wouldn’t open late Wednesday evening. Called first thing in morning. Was told that they would be out between noon and 2:00. Received another call to let me know when he was on his way. They had a technician at my place at about 1:00. Spring was replaced and garage door is working. Prompt, polite and efficient service. I would recommend them to friends.

They immediately suspected (correctly) a broken spring and were able To send someone within 3 hours of my call. Paul was very professional and explained the problem and correction (with options and suggestions) well. All work was completed in a short time frame. Very satisfied!

The installers were on time, professional and fast. They replaced our garage doors and openers, took away the old ones and hauled them away. They placed the interior panels and keypads right where I wanted them, and showed me how to use the new equipment. Great job!

This job took place a year ago in October 2017, just getting around to adding this review now. I was very happy with this job until it was clear that the garage door was buckling during normal operation and creating permanent dents. Emergency Door Services replaced a panel or two after just a few days of operation, but when the problem happened again seven months later, they refused to repair the door and instead just accused me of crashing into the door or closing the door on an obstruction. The guy kept saying "We stand by our installs. We stand by our installs, " but that is clearly not the case. Now I have a one year old garage door that looks like ****. I wouldn't recommend these guys.

2 visits to complete job. first was to adjust door, 2nd was for final repairs both visits completed quickly garage works well again thanks guys!

Took care of replacing a dead crafstman 1/2hp door opener. I paid the upcharge of $20 to go with a belt drive. Worth it, although not as quiet as I had hoped, it is much more quiet.

Prompt, good service - our garage doors run smoothly all year round. I hire them every year to do the tuneups and weatherize as needed.

Ray was very personable and did everything he told me and even more. He went out of his way to explain his thoughts and then gave me the choice as to what to do. He exceeding my expectations and I would certainly recommend him to others!!

I called to discuss a problem on a 40 year old door and person I spoke with was excellent and gave me approximate prices over the phone. I could not have asked for a more professional explanation. If I decide to replace it, I would definitely consider using this company.

One of the high tension springs on my garage door snapped in the evening. I left a message with Emergency Door Services, and got a call back early the next morning. When I told the person talking to me that I could not get my door open and needed it fixed so I could get my car out that night, they immediately scheduled me for that morning. Someone was at my door 4 hours later, and in barely an hour I had two new springs and a freshly lubricated door.

Rep was very thorough and was easy to work with. He explained work and price and made sure I understood what was needed for smooth operation. Very pleased with the work.
