ew wheels not canceled late in the day then came 1 hour late on set date . didnt know what they were here for . it was weatherizing . got 4 new wheels not 8 and door still does not seal right .

.In terms of the work: He had a list of the work to be done, and it was done efficiently; Time will tell the quality of work. He left contact information which I plan to use, if needed. In summary, I would call it a "slam-bam-thank-you-mam" job. In my busy life, that's just what I like.

They arrived quickly and on time. They provided me with a catalogue including the different type of doors. They were able to price the replacement for $400 less than Sears for the exact same door. While I didn't end up using their service, they were prompt, pleasant and professional. They were also honest, and did not try to get additional money from me for things that we did not need. I'd recommend them.

Waited several weeks for garage door to come in after accepting estimate. Installation scheduled for 9/17/13. Installer was on time for scheduled appointment. Removed old door and framing, and installed new framing with aluminum wrap. All joints were sealed/chalked. Installed new garage door with opener and exterior keypad. Installer explained door and opener operation, and assisted in programming security key. The wrong trim was loaded on truck, so installer returned 9/19/13 and finished installation. Area was left neat and clean after work was completed. Wires for opener are neatly installed and hidden from view. We are very satisfied with the work performed.

Installers did a good job- were professional, worked efficiently, explained everything to me, and asked before doing anything. We had a coupon for the tune-up plus a keypad for $99.00, but the type of keypad they were offering could not be used with our opener (because our opener was 10+ years old), so we had to pay an additional $20.00 for a different type of keypad. They were scheduled to arrive between 12pm - 3pm, but did not arrive until close to 4pm (I called to check in and was reassured that they were just running behind schedule).

They don’t stock every door. I ordered the door that I wanted. It took about 2 weeks to get it in. They arrived and installed the door for us. It went very well.

I couldn't be happier. This was one Angie'sList 'Big Deal' that was a great value. Greg was the initial contact and did all the measurements and provided me with all the information I needed to make a choice of garage doors. He was professional in all ways. He kept in contact with me, was punctual for our meeting, and was knowledgeable about the product and service. Another fellow named Greg was the installer. He also was exactly on time and did a great job very quickly. He also cleaned up and took the old door with him. I'd highly recommend Emergency Door Services. The door looks great and I couldn't be more satisfied.

The gentleman who cam to service was on time. He waited for me and then told me what needed done and completed the routine servicing in a professional manner.

They were several minutes late but were professional and worked quickly to get the job done .They cleaned up and tested the door to make sure everything was working.

This was my first Big Deal and Emergency Door Services were great to deal with. I was able to schedule within a few days, they came when they said and met all of my expectations. What a great deal. I love my keypad. It was the best home improvement that I made in 2012.

The door is so quiet that, if I didn't know better, I would think it was a brand new door. Everything is functioning beautifully!

The provider was professional and thoughtful. They could have told me that my door was beyond repair because of its age, but instead they told me the opposite...that the opener I had, although old, was an excellent model and worthy of conditioning and repair, thus saving ne a rather large sum of money. The door is operating like a new one.

It went well. They were very prompt when the appointment was scheduled. Something happened to cause the door to fall off the track a few days later. They came back out and fixed it again for no charge.

I originally purchased the deal for a tuneup because I was having problems with my garage . They came out and couldn't find a problem, so they did a maintenance check. I called them again a few weeks later and they brought a mother board because they suspected this may be the problem. Came back installed the board and only charged me for the part.

They worked out great and we didnt have any problems.

My husband handled them and his experience with them went pretty well. They provided good service and everything else about them was also good with nothing bad.
