There was a slight mix up with what was covered in the deal on Angie's List but the provider honored the deal to keep me happy. The service man was prompt, pleasant and took his time to explain what he had done and how to operate the new keyless entry box. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Garage door maintenance. |Very well. Gave very thorough evaluation of the door and provided all necessary adjustments. All services as advertised were performed.

When I called for the initial estimate appointment he showed up the same day and at the time he said he would. When I was given my estimate he also gave me a couple of extra discounts. I ordered the door and scheduled a date for installation. On the day of installation the installer showed up at the time he said he would and went right to work. Everything was done within 2 1/2 hours. The door looks and works great. I would use them again and would also highly recommend them. I have nothing bad to say about them.

They Replaced our garage door opener. We have always used this company since we have been in our house. They were very helpful and professional. Prices were competitive and they cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied with this Emergency Door Services.

I was excellent. They came out a few weeks after I purchased the deal and I wasn't charged anything extra other than the cost of the deal. They replaced a couple parts, lubricated the door and they got it to work.

Technician arrived promptly at scheduled time. Explained problem we had been having an he went to work. Service was performed in a timely fashion. Rollers were replaced as included in the package purchased. Technician explained what he had done and that given units age and what he had to do it would probably need to be replaced the next time we had these problems. Technician explained all options should we decide to replace, but there was no hard sell. Will definitely use this provider the next time I need garage door service.

I didn't receive contact for several days and when I did, it was an email asking me to call to schedule. I could have called earlier if I had known. They did schedule me within a week. The service person was on time, pleasant and professional, and gave me all the info I needed about my garage door. I was very happy with the service.

Installer arrived a little early. Got to work promptly. New garage door opener was up and running in an hour, twenty minutes. Installer was courteous and cleaned up nicely. Opener is performing as it should. I would recommend and/or use Emergency Door Services again.

Paul arrived on time this morning. He was very friendly and professional. I had several questions about the garage door, the bottom seal, and the floor, where concrete has been chipped away. Paul answered the door questions fully and provided good suggestions on the floor (even though you don't do floors). He worked quickly and then, when finished, showed and explained the work done. I am pleased with the service.

The man who came was quick, courteous, and very professional. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need any garage door repair or service. My only complaint was that it took two phone calls and 4 days for someone to actually call me back to schedule my appointment.

The installer arrived on time, and worked for about 2 hours to remove my old garage door and install a new one. He cleaned up all debris and took it away. There was a dent on one of the panels of the door. I am waiting to have that panel replaced.
