Received an estimate the day after I called. Scheduled install within 3 weeks. Both the estimator and installer was prompt and polite. The garage door and opener are of high quality. We would recommend Emergency Door Services to our friends and family.

We like our new garage doors. The new motor and garage doors are so much quieter than what we had, We would definitely recommend Emergency Door Services to others. They completed the job within a very reasonable time period. It is definitely an upgrade to our home.

I have used their services in the past. This time scheduling was a little hassle. On they day of the appointment the guy had some car problems and told me they would call to set up another day. I had to call end of next week when I didn't hear back from them. They have limited hours in the afternoon but accommodated me towards the end of the day. Once the guy came, he took care of the issues and was very professional. They charged me reasonably . All is well that ends well.

It is amazing. It is a different transformation from what we have now. They look really really good. They took every old stuff there was nothing to clean up. It was good. The price was decent.

They showed up on time and they completed job to my liking. They were very informative with the garage door functions. I would use this company again if needed.

Paul showed up on time, inspected, and tuned-up the garage door. The garage door closed very roughly, but after Paul was done it closed smoothly. He also provided me with an estimate for a new garage door (to arrive by email) in case I wanted to get the door replaced.

Every went very smooth. The company was very nice to work with and provided a complete service as indicated on the Angie's List ad.

Called multiple times to get a quote, but the line was always busy. After multiple attempts I was able to get a hold of them and they provided a quote. It was a little higher than their competitors, and the competitor was much more responsive, so we went with someone else.

Went well. Door is operating well and reasonably smoothly for the age of the door.

It turned out great. We’re very happy with it. They really did a good job. He showed up on time and he spent all day doing what he needed to get done. They were pretty excellent. There were extra fees but it was because our door wasn’t a normal size. They had an installer get sick so they had to push it back like 2 days but it wasn't that big of a deal.

I called Emergency Door Services last Friday to schedule someone to come out and conduct regular maintenance on our garage door, and to program our door openers. Gregg was on the other line when I called but the woman who answered took a message and he called back within 10 minutes and scheduled me for the coming Monday. He gave me the name of the technician and a 2-hour window of 11-1 that he would be coming out. Paul arrived a little before 11:30 and was very friendly and knowledgable. He took the time to show me how he programmed the remotes and also explained that maintenance would take about 45 minutes. Upon completion of the project, he itemized all of the service and labor - he checked the track, rollers, hinges, cables, pullies, springs, nuts and bolts; he replaced missing nuts and lugs; adjusted springs and the opener chain, oiled all moving parts and programmed 2 remotes for $89. He walked me through all of this maintenance and even checked on the second garage door we have that did not have a garage door opener attached. Paul also made some suggestions on maintenance that I could do on a regular basis to keep the door running properly. Overall, this business was great to work with. They were all very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable and I really felt like they wanted to earn my business. Extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for garage door services.

Technician was very professional and went above and beyond to explain the mechanics of the door and opener.

I started by calling overhead door who had installed my original door. They were very uncooperative and would not give me a timeframe on installation until they filled the rest of the slots for the day or give me an estimate for the work. After this frustrating call I called emergency door services. Greg with emergency door services was very accommodating and prompt and provided a lot of information and was able to give me a estimate over the phone and provided great feedback. The service person who showed up right on time, was very courteous and informative. Gave me an overall scope of work and provided great feedback as to the problem with my spring. The work was done quickly within half hour and completed general maintenance and lubricated the entire door assembly. Greg, my invoice number was 6090. Just wanted to say that your service person was excellent. Regret that I did not get his name. Thanks.

Called and talked to the owner Gregg Dodd, he had someone here the next day. Ray the tech came on time, went right to work and was a very nice guy. He made short work of the job. I called another place first and they told me it would be $49 to come and $16.10 every 15 minutes there after. Emergency Door did the job for $105.00 and he was done in less than 45 minutes. If I ever need more work done I'll be calling them. GREAT Company. GREAT people to deal with.

Greg was fantastic. Replied quickly to emails and was knowledgable and understanding of my questions and concerns over the phone. I was hesitant to purchase a Big Deal special they had as I worried after my purchase they would find some reason for up-charging me. Greg offered to give an estimate first to ensure I could get the Big Deal pricing. Ray came to give an estimate and was very accommodating to my schedule. Ray did the work and was punctual, efficient and thorough. He couldn't be any nicer and cleaned everything up as he worked. I highly recommend emergency Door Services.

Overall I would give them an A. The only reason for the B in quality is that the window portions for the new door are a cheaper plastic, and we did not realize they were just inserts into the window panes. We are very happy and would definitely use them again.

Emergency Door Service was very professional and did a great job of communicating and scheduling the installation of our new garage door. A technician come to our home and measured the existing door opening and informed us that the current door size was non-standard due to the opening being modified in the past for a garage door opener. They fixed this issue for only $50 more by installing a 2x4 to fill in the gap so that a standard door size could be used. The door was ordered and installed within two weeks and we could not be happier with its quality and appearance. Highly recommended!

It was fine. They couldn’t do any of the job that were advertised but they did something else and I paid a little bit more because it wasn’t really covered and I purchased 2 door parts. They said they replaced rollers or they could do something else but they couldn’t do it and none of my doors were something that they could work on. They fixed the motor and it’s been fine since which is a testimony on its own. They were there on time. It was beyond what was expected because they fixed something that wasn't even quoted. They were here for a while because they had to completely redo something in the motors.

It was excellent. They were quick and painless. It was a neat installation and the product works well. We had no issues scheduling with them.

I ended up not needing the deal and they are going to just repair the garage door for half the cost. The staff has been professional and knowledgeable in their field. I appreciate their honesty and look forward to them completing the service.

The installation went smoothly and the technician fixed an issue with the pulleys quickly and the charge for the additional work I had done was very reasonable. I will use the provider again - when the other garage door needs a new opener.
