The job was done as promised and on time. The guys were great! I would hire them again!

Garage door was fixed by replacing the springs. Door operates with no issues. Repairman called before coming out and arrived on time. Completed within an hour. Great work.

The location was rental property of mine. I met the technician who was already there and waiting at the proper time. I opened the house for him. He looked it over and explained what he was going to do. I left him alone to perform the work and lock up when done. I reviewed the work later that week and it was perfect. I will use only Emergency Door Services for anything having to do with garage doors. They are beyond excellent. It's a really good feeling to know that I can leave a technician there to do the work and it will be perfect. I highly recommend them and am very happy that I found this company through Angies List.

The installation of the garage door opener went very smoothly. They showed up promptly and completed the job within the stated time from. I did call them back for a copy of the warranty, only to be informed that it was send via Angie's List as a PDF file - very efficient.

Repairman showed up early, which was great. The bracket that held the opener arm to the door was pulling away from the door, and the bolt holes in metal door were damaged, and would no longer hold bolts. The repairman devised a way to secure the door to the opener with a bracket across the entire length of the door. The repair is very sturdy, and rather ingenious. Door operates smoothly now. Very satisfied with the repair.

I never got in contact with the provider. They may have called, but I don't answer calls unless I know the number. For that reason, I asked that they text me before coming out and gave them (3) different days over a two week period that I would be home and available. They never texted. So, maybe my required method of communication was not compatible with their business model. I understand and there are no hard feelings. UPDATE: I realized after I wrote this that a representative of Emergency Door Services had written me an email through Angie's List asking me to call. I had not been on the site for awhile and had not seen it. I take responsibility for the miscommunication since the provider did try to contact me. It was my fault.

Scheduling was easy, the gentlemen were prompt, polite and very professional. The garage door not only looks great but is sealed and quiet. The area used to work on the door was left cleaner than when they arrived.

The work exceeded all of my expectations.

Went well. Door looks and works well. My only complaint is that the caulking wasn't the best. Def didn't go above and beyond doing installation.

From the initial estimate, through the install of the doors, openers, and new fascia the job went smoothly. Everyone was experienced and professional. The new doors look great and work perfectly!

All went very well. Very pleasant experience. On time, fixed door and repaired bent metal and made sure buttons were working properly after resetting everything. Showed me where the buttons were and what they did and explained how the manual release chain worked. Would use again in the future.

The worker was prompt, quick (the job took about two and a half hours), and neat, cleaning up after himself, and even coming back to make sure that he had removed any fingerprints from the outside. I am very pleased.

I contacted them on Wednesday morning and they came the next day. The technician was on time and he called me in advance. He was extremely nice. He fixed the problem. What I liked is that he did not try to convince me to do major repairs even though my garage is very old, instead he gave me some useful advice.
