Great experience with this company. Punctual, professional, courteous and no "upsell" along the way. Did the work exactly as requested, and it was a great experience. Woody was my tech and was very pleasant and patient to work with.

Couldn't have gone better. The provider called within 24 hours of me purchasing the deal, and we quickly worked out a time that wouldn't make me too late for work. He showed up promptly. I had purchased an Angie Deal to replace the garage door rollers for $99, because I knew that one side was broken. He did that, and tuned up both doors. The weather stripping on one door was also badly damaged. I would have been willing to pay extra to have him do it but he didn't have any wtith him, and told him that it was an easy and cheap DIY project. He also explained how often the spray the garage door assembly with WD-40. There was an immediate difference in the garage doors. He also showed me that a remote unit that I thought was broken was actually working. He could not have been more professional or more honest. I would hire him again any time.

Very smooth process, we had a fantastic rate because of a Angie's List Deal, even though we didn't buy two coupons before the deal ran out, he still gave us a discount on the second door. They showed up a week early by surprise, but it turned out ok, even though we were still not quite ready clearing the way for them to work. No hassle. Great looking result.

It went very well. Appointment was originally scheduled for this am but I received call early this am from Ray informing me that scheduled worker was sick and he asked if we could rescheduled later today. He offered several time options which we agreed on a time. Workers came 10 minutes early, completed the work and explained what was done. Very pleasant and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again

Purchased a deal to have a door checked. Provider was able to fix the track so that it was not so noisy.

Called at 11AM, door was repaired by 2PM! Fast friendly service at a reasonable price.

Wonderful experience all around. Would add an extra plus if I could. Made appointment easily over the phone. Worker arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. Was very professional & courteous. (Even my neighbor commented how polite & thoughtful he was.) Noted other problems with my door & made those repairs as well. (He had the other pieces in his truck.) spent the time to show me how everything works.

Everything went fine. I am very pleased with the work. I took advantage of the special offer to have a garage installed for $699. I chose to upgrade to a door with more insulation and with 2 windows. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. The installer showed up on time, did a very nice job and cleaned up afterwards. I recommend this company.

they contacted us promptly, set an appointment within a two week time frame, arrived early for the appointment, and went above and beyond to finish the service. when the first replacement remote opener didn't work, the serviceman drove back to home base and returned to successfully install the new opener. we were very satisfied with this service.

I purchased a special deal via Angie's list for a garage door "tune up" They were very responsive in contacting me to schedule my service and the service was scheduled for the following morning. The office staff is extremely polite and pleasant to work with. During the initial appointment, an adjustment of the electric eye was made and appeared to fix the issue (the angle of the sun at that time of day is not as direct) but at the end of the day when the sun angle is more direct, the door did not close. The adjustment did improve things, but when I called them to report that the door was not completely fixed, they scheduled additional service for the next business day and replaced the part and charged me only for the additional cost of the part and not an additional service call. I had been told the price of the additional part ($79) on the initial call and the only reason the part was not installed is that the door appeared to be fixed and they were trying to save me from paying for what seemed to be an unnecessary part. This was all done without me having to be home from work and at our townhouse complex, the garages are not attached to the units, but with the garage number and door code, the service was provided without calls to me at work for directions, etc. This was a nice change of pace from waiting for Sears with long schedule times and delays. I would recommend them to anyone as a nice change of pace for garage door service or repairs.

Greg was the technician and was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. HE checked out the door and told me it was functioning well and he lubricated the hinges, rollers and spring. He also suggested a lubricant for me to keep the door lubricated .

The A communication process was A plus. The work and price was all taken care of using messages on Angie's List. the installer was on time and job was complete in a very timely manner. All aspects of the opener were thoroughly explained and demonstrated.

Emergency Door Services arrived at the time agreed. After quick check up of the doors mechanisms, proceeded to oil the rails and chains. While testing it he found one of the doors rails had become quite loosen and adjusted it. Good service

My husband and I were both very impressed with Paul's knowledge, ability & professionalism. He was very personable and answered any and all questions that we had, which were fairly numerous. He even showed us how to lubricate the door and opener ourselves. Another customer had cancelled their appointment, so he came earlier than expected which was fine in our case, and he did call before he came to make sure it was alright. Paul did all of the work very quickly and efficiently; we could tell that he is very experienced. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely use Emergency Door Services in the future.

We are very pleased to have a new automatic garage door, we wonder why we didn't do it sooner. Its nice to have the light go on automatically when it opens, we have 2 openers for our cars, a pad in the garage and a key pad outside.
